✓ Blocks validation for 3 minutesFor whatever reason if you are not quick enough to scan the barcode on the gates, it will block validation for three minutes. Are developers insane? Responding to developer: then please post on the screen instructions how to avoid the blocking. Was I moving the camera too much? Did I run out of time to scan the barcode? ✓ DecentThe app has no better substitutes in Poland (that doesn’t mean it’s perfect, though). Can’t trust it totally, yesterday missed a bus from the airport in krakow because the app said it will depart four minutes after its actual, real schedule. Pretty frustrating when it makes you wait for an hour for the next one. Making you display ads when you need the app ASAP is also a bit irritating (I don’t recall having to do that on Android)..Version: 2.3.46

✓ Easier to buy tickets on bus / tramJakdojade asks numerous personal info GRADUALLY which is disturbing. You need to sign up an account, put money in the wallet in the app instead of using apple pay directly. Then they ask for your phone number. Then vehicle side number, it says you can find it on ticket validator in the vehicle but you can’t, one tram has a long series of numbers which don’t work and is confusing, 2 buses have this number above the window. ✓ One Star - Loaded The 'Wallet' But Then ProblemsI'm travelling to Wrocklaw in the next couple of weeks. Downloaded this app in advance of arrival so I could easily use public buses and trams. It installed without problem, set up an account using my apple id without problem. I added funds to my account without problem. But ... if I want to buy tickets the app asks for my phone number so a validation code can be sent by SMS text. This is where the problem is. The space for my UK number isn't big enough to accept the last digit (even when I remove the leading zero as per international dialling convention) so I can never receive the text message with the validation code. This means I can't buy tickets and have money sitting in my Jakdojade account that I can't use. If the Developer reads this I am more than happy to discuss the problem in more detail - screen shots etc - if they're able to contact me. So a one-star review because I am unable to use the app. Fix it, I'll try again and re-review. :).Version: 5.2.0
