✓ Missing dataApp does not have data for SNCF trains (Transilien) and suburban buses in Ile se France (Optile)..Version: 5.2.0
✓ Can’t buy ticketsAs a frequent visitor to Paris I wanted the ability to buy tickets easily on my phone and have an easily accessible record for making the business expense claim. However this isn’t possible without a physical Navigo card which makes it a pointless app from an electronic ticketing perspective..Version: 10.23.0
✓ Beware zonesThe app is good but the map isn’t clear and you can easily travel out of a zone with a tourist ticket (Versailles for example) which isn’t clear on the map . If you do, the ticket trap inspectors will be waiting for you with a €50 euro fine. Beware the tourist traps..Version: 10.11.1
✓ Can’t buy tickets unless you have navigoThis app only works if you have a navigo pass. You can’t buy a simple ticket, say if you’re just passing through Paris. Which means you’re oblidged to queue at a machine. Quite unbelievable in 2023..Version: 10.22.0
✓ A good app ruined.The old version was not perfect but better than this rehash. Certain elements like bus times are difficult to find and a whole section on shopping is unnecessary and just gets in the way of what is a public information app. We just want to get where we are going - if we want shopping opportunities there are plenty of apps out there if we want them. ✓ A disaster!This app is terrible. I had to use it for the buses as google maps doesn't seem to have access to this information anymore. The bus schedule is not accurate, the walking directions between stops are total non-sense, the addresses are not recognized when you type them. ✓ CumbersomeThe comparison with what TfL does in London reflects poorly on this app: - line status: why displaying all lines looking the same? Users are only interested in disruptions. Showing a line running fine the same way as a disrupted line is useless information and misses the point - loading tickets on a physical card is cumbersome and feels outdated tech - the map is static, impossible to to tap on a station and get a quick summary on next trains, amenities, disruptions (inc. escalators and elevators). The line diagrams provide minor added value - all pages are very busy, especially when using the bold Parisine font - having 2 maps is confusing - the regional idfm reads better on mobile - many display issues (overlay of text/buttons) Use Citymapper instead - shame navigo can’t be topped up using an alternative app.Version: 10.39.0
✓ ClunkyThe official transit app for Paris, with real-time subway, bus, and tram times for defined routes or spots nearby on a map. Great source of info but clunky interface with lots of options that can't be turned off (car and bike share stations for example) or that require too much scrolling (a prompt for routes and default stations sit on top of list of available transport even if irrelevant to a selected map area). The app Transit is much more intuitive and informative but the RATP agency will not allow it to license actual real time GPS info. So the RATP app may be more accurate if looking primarily for a way to figure out when the next train or bus will come, but it is still not that user friendly..Version: 6.7.8

✓ Idea is good, but not well executedOne thing I don't like about other Transport APP is that I have to pick a station as my starting point or destination, but this app allows you to choose a specific address as your departing point and destination. This is very practical, especially when it also includes the Bus system. For example, I'm close to two different stations of two different lines, with this app, it will tell you which stain is more practical to get to your destination while other normal app needs you to choose in the first place a station to show you how to get to your destination. However, this app is badly designed, it's buggy, laggy, not like an iOS app, not to mention a good one. Hope the dev team will improve the app and it will become more and more fluent and responsive..Version: 5.4.1

✓ Stop the Video Ads!!!!This has been a wonderful app that has made living in Paris much easier HOWEVER the latest update is auto-running video advertising, fortunately only on my tablet and not my phone (so far). I find the static, visual ads annoying but tolerable but the videos must stop! Or you must let me pay to get rid of them. I can't have my tablet suddenly making so much noise.
