✓ GlitchyDo not forget your password or you’ll be locked out for good. There was a day the sound wasn’t working, so I tried restoring the app and couldn’t remember my password to log back in. The link to reset the password is broken and there’s no customer service to reach for support. Besides this the Vault is great! I love how it will automatically delete any photo or video from your phone after storing them. Just don’t get locked out or they’ll be gone for good..Version: 4.6.0.3

But when you hit the plus sign to add photos it takes you to the bottom of your photo feed which can be however many years ago and you have to scroll scroll scroll scroll until you get to todays photos. ✓ Won’t open anymoreThis app came in pretty handy from time to time when i needed somewhere to store some photos but as time went on my app got progressively worse. It all worked great at the beginning but then my first non fixable issue that i had was that every time i tried to import a photo the app would crash. So after that point i couldn’t import a single photo. Another issue i have now is that the app won’t open and doesn’t stay on longer than 1 second before it crashes. I have offloaded the app several times and tried several different fixes in order to get it to work but nothing has worked. ✓ Help! Photo PermissionsI just uogrades to the XS Max and am having trouble saving photos from my vault to my phone. Even though I granted photo access permission when I installed Vault, when trying to save a photos I am getting the error message that it does not have permission to access my photos on the phone. When I got to Settings>Privacy>Photos, the Vault is not listed an an app that has been granted permission even though I gave it permission at the in-app prompt. ✓ App crashing constantlyI’ve loved this app up until recently. Now, every time I go to launch the app, it crashes before it begins to load. It basically flashes on my screen and goes away. ✓ Vault is STUCK!I have had the Vault app for years, and this is my first time having this specific problem. I am trying to put the pictures back in my phone photo album from the app, but it is stuck. I selected 30 pictures, and clicked upload to photo album. It only uploaded the first picture out of the 30. Every time I go to open the app, it’s says “1/30 complete” and then it immediately closes the app and goes back to the Home Screen of my phone. When I go to my phone gallery to see if any pictures are uploaded, it only uploads that first picture. I have logged back into the vault app about 10 times and it keeps doing the same thing. When I checked my phone gallery, it has 10 copies of that same first photo. So every time I open the app, it immediately closes and another copy of the first photo is added to my phone gallery. Before attempting to upload all 30 of the photos, I individually added one and it worked perfectly fine. Then I did one more, and it worked. So then I tried to do 30 at a time and now it’s stuck. I want to delete it and then reinstall it, but I’ll lose all of my photos!.Version: 4.6.10
