Menu and options are extensive and customizable. I’d ask the engineers to take a look at the UI when updating items or provide a special instructions. The special instructions box gets cut off at the bottom of the screen, and it’s nearly impossible to edit. At the same time, accessing that box can also accidentally cause the user to touch one of the other options near it, potentially leading to incorrect instructions for an order. Evidently that information does not show up for the employees so instead of getting my hic that I wanted I got Fanta orange. Sections overlap each other.
