✓ Ruined my day,I used Total Downloader daily and it totally fulfilled my needs. Now you’ve added complexity by putting things in the app I don’t want and don’t need. Oh yeah, maybe I can spend two hours figuring out how to download files just like before but in a more complicated manner. But I think I’ll use that time to find another app. I gave you a one-star rating because you ruined it for me. This may very well be a Five-Star app for those who need what it now offers but I’ll never know nor care because it is no longer going to occupy memory in my devices..Version: 3.0

✓ DuckDuck Go SupportCan you please add DuckDuckGo support? Pretty much the main reason I use an iPhone is to avoid Google like the plague. But the only search engine option in your app is Google. If you add DuckDuckGo, this would for sure be a 5 star app. Thanks..Version: 3.5.3
✓ Face ID to unlock stopped workingNot sure when, but FaceID to unlock hidden folders doesn’t work. Now you have to type a password every time. The toggle still shows in General Settings under the Total Pro app to unlock with Face ID, but it still requires you add a password every time. Also, importing Videos from Phone Gallery doesn’t seem to work. I have to move them to the iPhone Files app and import them to Total Pro from there. For a paid app, it has several bugs still..Version: 3.9.16

✓ WAS My most used (& loved) app! Never got updated for iOS 16 tho ☹️STILL NOT UPDATED & FIXED FOR IOS 16 - I’m using Amerigo again as it’s basically the same app just they updated it so it now works on the latest iOS,slightly updated ui which I think the next update will bring here as the two have always been very close on their ui. I loved the app when it worked but seems to get very little attention from the devs when new firmware hits our phones. We have had 16 for ages now but not one update for that iOS version. Amerigo just 5 days ago & it’s working. This stops at 72bytes and shows up as download complete which isn’t correct so it’s useless - not worth one star until fixed. 😞 The last update to iOS 16 has made it useless as it can’t get past 72bytes of a download! Was the same with amerigo which is just like this app. Both work fine on older devices running old firmware. If Amerigo can update/fix their app I’m sure you can too so please fix it as you can clearly see was one of my favourite and most used apps. It’ll be five stars again soon as it works…😎👍 ———————————————— Original review when it all worked. Top app that I’ve been using for years! Even got the old version (Total Downloader) on my iPad & that works a treat just has a different look. This one is smart and works the same. ✓ Very Interesting App…Very Interesting App… This is a most interesting App. Its Feature Set is very appealing. After using the "Non Pro" version for a while I became intrigued to see what the additional feature of the "Pro" Version was. So I went to the website to see. As you do, but unfortunately for me it was not in English so I could not read it. The App descriptions in the App store for each "version" gave little indication between the differences that I could see except a tiny increment in the version numbers. the Non Pro is at 3.3.1 and the Pro-version is at 3.3.2. So I ask myself, is a minor point difference in the versions reason to distinguish between a Pro and not Pro version to charge an "Update" Fee? Perhaps I’m missing something... But so far I can distinguish little no difference between the two in my usage of each app. Except to my disappointment, when I did decide to purchase the "Pro" version upon launching it (Which was pleasingly pretty) to find I had to once again enter in all credentials and preferences as none were transferred from the non pro version. Nor were any of the Virtual Folders or files I had set up in the non pro version. I had to start from scratch all over again. This was quite perplexing and somewhat annoying but not as much as it could have been if I had spent some considerable time setting up cloud services and virtual folders with hundreds of files and folders. As it was I only had set up 3 virtual folders and a few files from 3 cloud services. Thank the digital gods! My mood would be much more elevated than it is now. Additionally, I found neither app able to display any photos consistently from any cloud services except for smaller images. Being able to change the name of a file is a very handy function, but it appears the name change will not get updated if in a Virtual folder. The virtual folder version or link remains the previous files name. Again additionally, some Sort functions appear greyed out on some Cloud Services yet functional on others It is these inconsistencies that has me asking... are these the "Pro features" we are paying for? But no... these we "features" that both the Pro and Non Pro have equally so that cant be it.… Perhaps if the Developers Website had a Translation button I might get some light on the questions. I guess I’m just going to have to ask my friend Google to translate it (The developers website) for me. But so far, all I feel like is I’ve just paid the developer to submit a bug fix list.... Which is a curious business model. It has an impressive update record. But I do think this app has real potential and I can see it intergrated in to my workflow very happly, if only I could work out what its motives are and find its "Pro" Easter-eggs 8).Version: 3.3.2
✓ Very Sorry I Downloaded UpdateI purchased the Pro version to avoid ads. It worked reasonably well until this update. Now I’m buried in ads that interrupt videos and make me restart them. Most of them I can not finish because of this. Also the screen format keeps changing so I can’t see the entire video image forcing me to close the app and start over. I get super frustrated that the videos stop half way through when they're suppose to be fully downloaded and that sometimes it'll say downloaded but will play 2 minutes...ALSO when they have been cleared out of the downloaded section sometimes they didnt even download and I have to redo it which wastes my data!
