✓ :(I was playing on a mission in some aircraft place and i tried to kill this sniper guy, i wasted 13 shots with the second sniper that you can buy with cash. By that time the other people had come and half killed me so i was screwd from the beginning, even if i shot the people first i got killed by the sniper. The only way i could beat thins mission is by wasting my money on some useless credits and buying better weapons. The controls do what i dont ask them to do, for example, i click to reload and i end up moving to a different position that i didn't want to go to because id die, and guess what happened, i died. Also it does not shoot when i click the shoot button. This is one of the only games that used up half my iPhones battery in less then 20 minuets. Im very disappointed..Version: 1.1.0

✓ My inner Hitman is disappointed.The concept of this game, super nice. Throwing kunais to kill someone without trace, silent melee attacks, and the classic Sniper-game! But it doesn't actually promote you to play smart like actual assassin games do; the experience is ruined by the "pay to win" train. I mean, you start with VERY underpowered weapons and instead of working your way up, the missions immediately get balls hard, and with such weak weapons and low growths in pay and Experience Points, it forces the player to basically spend cash to get a weapon that is necessary for the mission. The concept, again, is great, with multiple ways to act stealth. But if you plan to make a contract game that is a pay to win in the end? It's not gonna be a pretty sight..Version: 3.0.4

✓ Ruins itselfThe game is a good concept it can have that but it is impossible to continue after level 6 without using premium currency, I'd play the terrorise mission but I can't afford a premium silencer and normal ones aren't available till level 7, I'd also play the ghost mission if the first enemy on it wasn't out of range of any melee weapon, meaning you have to buy throwing knives for the premium currency, this wouldn't but a problem if you could get these thing with regular currency but you can't, so it is..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Good But Money FocusedThe games graphics have definitely improved since the first and all around it looks good. However this game unlike the first is all centred around spending your real money to pass. I am level 9 now (everything earned in game) and its getting to the point where I'm simply not doing enough damage or the sight is so in accurate and forces me to take hits. The first CK had less than stellar graphics but the gameplay was there the guns felt great and had smooth animations it just lacked the story sense CK2 has. If you want me to spend money out of my own pocket don't hinder me to the point where I'm forced to, design the game so it can be played without monetary input and if you choose to invest it only becomes easier or more fun..Version: 3.0.1

✓ CONTRACT KILLER 2So disappointed with this game! It blows! I downloaded it to test it - It takes FOREVER to load up each time you restart a game. I got a few games in then it gets to the point where it is impossible to progress unless you purchase credit (rather then having the ability to earn it in the game) to buy better weapons/medical bags and if you dont - the guns are weak and you soon die because it takes multiple shots to kill the soldiers coming after you and they soon kill you. ✓ Too many bugsThis game is rather fun. However, since buying extra stuff in the game is very expensive and since it is virtually impossible to move on in the game without buying things, it is essential that the game works continuously. I have found that on numerous occasions the game did not register my challenges or did set back daily achievements. As such you will spend and waste money on challenges that are then not recognised. ✓ Fantastic... Maybe not!!Below is my first impressions review, but after some time playing the game I need to add the following. The fire button, only responds half the time, the enemy animation needs works - often there will be a gang member running towards you but shooting and looking in different directions. The amount of cash you need to spend to get passed chapter 5 is ridiculous. Glitchy and very slow frame rate and crashes are way to common. I still think its a great game but needs some serious updating quickly or everybody who has bought it, will delete it. The first Contract Killer was a great game.... But this is on another level, it looks stunning and the new gameplay make it, the game Splinter Cell Conviction should have been. I love it!! The game has crashed a few times and the controls are little glitchy, but I'm sure these issues will be fixed in a update in a week or so. Hopefully more weapons, more locations and more mission types will come along with further updates and possibly improved gun fire sounds and AI animations and reactions..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Good game, shame about the developers greed!Overall I really like this game, especially like the challenges to complete the level without being spotted. Problem with that is you have to buy silencers for the guns and throwing knives and melee weapons for when guns aren't appropriate. Only 2 ways to do this are earn points through the game or BUY them, except I think by the time I've earned enough points for 1 thing I won't be playing this game anymore. Takes way to long to earn enough points for what you want to do, almost forcing you to buy points if you want to get anywhere. ✓ Many issues need to be fixedThe overall aspect of the game is kind of nice, it’s a little bit of a time killer which is good. But to purchase weapons STRONG enough to complete missions, is unreal. Not too mention there is not many upgrade factors of which you can do to a gun to make it stronger. I mean come on, 3 choices to “upgrade” we need more attachments that we can upgrade. Take some ideas from call of duty games or zombie frontier games. Also, you get no where NEAR enough credits to be able to purchase the stronger weapons, and it’s annoying. I get you guys need to make money, but the least you can do is either reward us with more credits, or make those that cost credits cheaper, and easier to obtain. 3600 credits for a mini gun, come on man. And lastly, everytime I use a time slow skill, or a flash bang, my game is CONSTANTLY crashing. And I’m near the end on a rather long mission. ✓ Impossible to progress! Just impossible!Found the game really impressive and addictive until Vanishing Point in level 3. Meant to ghost around while reaching a designated area. The only way to progress is to kill targets. However, nothing seems to work except knives. I need knives! Picking them up with melee weapons would work but I can't return to previous levels to accumulate knives. Please do something for the game! ✓ Freemium still a bit too premiumGlu makes fantastic games. Full stop. This game is no different. But the constant complaint throughout is that their credits are way too expensive. I don't mind making in-app purchases and in fact do for most freemium games but glu takes it too far. They have to remember that this is ultimately a mobile game and, while it's a AAA title, I'm not going to pay AAA prices to get the full experience. Dead Trigger offers a much better pricing model - 4.99 for me to buy numerous guns and upgrades, enough for the full experience, is much more reasonable. ✓ Too short StorylineGreat game, awesome graphics, love the various choices of weapons and different diverse killer contracts but the story line is very short with only a few levels to progress being left on a Clift hanger with no choice but replay contracts without progressing the story at the end. ✓ Free to Play but Pay to WinI hate these kind of games, where they make a big fuss over being free, yet you have to pay to make progressing actually possible. Contract Killer 1 was quite a good game, but all of Glu's more recent games want your bank details more than your enjoyment. As for the gameplay, the controls are pretty bad, there are only about 8 guns you can buy without spending money, and although the new stealth idea is good, it needs lots more work and why do the melee weapons have durability? ✓ Contract killer 2After spending a great amount of time accumulating gold med kits and other items only to use a whole lot of them trying to get through the three levels in killing spree only to have the second part of this challenge to cause me to use many of the items because that stage just kept on repeating and never actually ending then I find that level 7 on stage three would allow me to switch weapons keeping me on an assault weapon which did not allow me to shoot snipers eventually I lost this round gold and med kits to me this seems quite coincidental if I were you people don't bother the guys at glu are controlling the game play and will not allow a user to progress without incident.Version: 3.0.3
✓ Okay Glu Games, let's get real.As far into this game as I've played (literally less than two minutes of game play though), it's awesome, and I really want to play it. However, it crashes right after the first shooting and that weird guy comes out with a missile thing and contract killer dude goes "what the hell was that?". ✓ It was good.....I was really enjoying this game until I updated today and the performance of the game has become very choppy and at times unplayable. If they can fix it back to the way it was before the update that would be great. I have never experienced any crashes at all and completely disagree with an earlier review that says you will have to get the credit card out and spend money - not true at all. I'm at level 20 on this game and haven't spent a penny - however, I have fulfilled some of the promotional gimmicks in order to get free coins.....which takes little time. All in all this is a great game for it to be free and the quality of graphics and gameplay is decent - but please restore it back to how it used to be..Version: 1.1.0

✓ Ruined what could have been brilliantI speak for a lot of people when I say we would have happily paid for this game. The previous set a great standard that with the new graphics this game has would be perfect. However it has been completely ruined by making it free. Because of this, you have to pay loads more money than you should do buying weapon to progress through levels all the time. They not only betrayed their fans but the brand too. ✓ Thats stupidI finished a couple of levels and I was level six to get a silencer I need to get level 7 but I couldn't get the other ones cause I didn't have enough credits to buy the special ones so I couldn't do 1 mission so I finished all the others so up came a stealth one so I started it and it turns out I NEED throwing knives for the FIRST KILL so I bought all I could afford 3 pack so I used all them up and still the mission was not finished so 2 missions I could not do but big problem there are only 2 missions there so im stuck and there is no way I am payin $5:50 for 100 credits so stuff u glu.Version: 1.0.1

✓ Really needs fixing and other stuffOk first things first the bad hit detection, I hit a guy on the head but still misses, close range I use a fully automatic rifle and some of my bullets hit him but not all of them bearing in mind my scope is right on his body close range but some bullets still miss and why does it take 10 or 9 shots to kill a guy up close? Second thing you will need to spend money to get a lot of stuff for example the med kit, better weapons, some good upgrades and other stuff, so the business model is questionable. ✓ Quite goodThis game is very good in the terms of strategy and stealth and I enjoy playing it but it gets very hard once you have used the 3 medpacks that you start off with, and to make matters worse it is not easy to get more medpacks because they have to be bought with credits, which you can get whilst playing the game but not very often and when you actually do get some they only give you about 1 or 2 and medpacks cost 13 credits. ✓ No good at all.It's only for real money players. If you don't want to spend money on this one, Do NOT download. Before Act3 it was good, then no matter how good you are you will stuck. Missions do not reset or anything, if you can't finish it, it will be there forever even if it's the only one left and you stuck with it. You will HAVE to spend real money to move on. I wouldn't mind spend some money on a game but if I HAVE to follow your script, that's a big NO for me. No free missions? That's not "contract killer" man, that's called "Call of Glu's duty", and for god sake even in call of duty you can do free missions that reset every now and then - a game where you are a soldier that have to obey orders. ✓ CC (1) was great! But...Hi, I'm the owner of a 4G iPod touch. I had Contract Killer on my iPod for ages, and I've been playing it all the time. So when I heard that contract killer 2 was out, I rushed straight in and bought it, and then I waited for the update that included iPod touch 4G compatibility. However I finally have re downloaded it, and it won't run. It keeps crashing at the second load screen - after the intro video. Does anyone else get this problem? And is it something you can fix? ✓ Could be betterFor some unknown reason the game has money in it BUT 99% of items available for purchase you have to purchase with a credit card. The first Contract killer is about 50-50 between game money and credit card. CK1 beats CK2 in that aspect but CK2 you are more involved in the game, if they set up the store more like CK1 the game would be a lot better in my opinion because who wants to pay a few hundred dollars [ real money ] before you decide if it was worth it. ✓ Frame rate issue IOS6.1Game is visually stunning for an iPhone game, so is the ability to go stealth. Reminds me of the Splinter Cell games. The only down side is the poor frame rate and that unfortunately affects the gameplay and your enjoyment. If this was fixed then i would recommend it to anyone. I'm running this on the latest IOS 6.1 for the iPhone 4. I would recommend further testing and optimising of the frame rate. So on that note; 5 Stars for Graphics 2 Stars for playability (due to frame rate issue). ✓ Potential but currently bad.TL;DR this game is brutally difficult unless you pay real money. Gameplay is pretty solid, but the UI needs customization. I'd like to move the positioning if the snipe button and take cover button. The fact that the guy stands up right after reloading even if you don't want to is kind of annoying, and results in taking unnecessary damage. The game throws rediculously hard difficulties at you that requires a perfect run just to get past at the START of the game. The only way to truly enjoy the game without such a steep learning curve is to pay for credits. Pay for ALOT of credits. The lag during melee takedowns makes using knuckles (basic melee) almost impossible, and all other upgrades are paid with real money not earned money. ✓ Very DisapointedThey may give it to you for free but more than half of the weapons require a ridiculous amount of cards to purchase and if you buy a cheap one, it wants more cards for a good sight. Also, when you fail a contract you don't get any of your used throwing knifes back which are ridiculously expensive. Even more, some stealth contracts are near impossible to complete even with a silencer and a couple of throwing knifes. As some enemies take more than 3 headshots with the standard sniper rifle, needing you to reload and they shoot at you in stealth contracts, failing the mission. Then, they want even more of your money to make sure that you can melee all of the enemies successfully. I mean why not make it so much better by pricing the game at 69p and making the in-game items far more affordable (not having to use real money at all) and a free throwing knife or two each day you log on..Version: 1.1.2
