✓ Good little app with my PT-E550W and QL-820NWB Label PrinterLove the way I can create labels on the fly but I would like it to support Cloud files (iCloud, Dropbox etc.) so I can easily access labels I've created on my PC with the P-touch editor. However, it does has a couple of bugs I’ve noticed. If I print more than one label and then decide I want to print just one more from the same screen, I select print and the drop down will show 1 label to print, if I then tap on print it will print the previous number of labels I selected. Very annoying if previously I’d select to print 100. If I tap on the + sign the 1 displayed will start increasing from the previous print value, so in my example 101. The only way to stop it doing this is to tap the - or + signs first. The other bug is that it doesn’t give me the option to select the country from my contacts list when creating an international address label. I have to go in and add this manually..Version: 5.0.2

✓ App better than reportedThere are a number of negative reviews of this app, but I have to respectfully disagree with them. I’ve found that it connects to my printer (a P-Touch Cube Plus) without any problems, and I’m able to design and print labels just fine. If you are designing your own labels, there are some fiddly things: if you change the text of a label from a pre-existing text box, it doesn’t automatically increase the width of the label until you reposition it - so the text will initially fall outside the label (and will be cut off, if printed). But if you tap and drag the label it will adjust the label width correctly. So there are some issues about positioning text, but they are minor. Hence the 4, but not 5, star rating. Ideally, this stuff should be handled within the app, not by the user..Version: 5.2.8

However, I am now having a problem with the label print themselves. ✓ Good App, does what is says, but can't print on round labels.Everything about this app works well and enables the printing of labels from iPad or iPhone. It's a shame it isn't compatible with the 12mm or 24mm round labels though, as these are mostly what I need to use, so have to do that from the desktop, unfortunately. My writing isn’t that great so journaling isn’t an option when I make scrapbooks and I do four a year for Grandkids that they can read the titles of the pictures clearly with these labels. ✓ Works surprisingly wellTo be fair I had very low expectations for software made by legacy printer companies, because I literally never had one working well before. But to my surprise, this app just works, I was able to connect to my label maker Brother D610BT at 1st try and everything worked great. ✓ One limitationThe app works fine with the limitation that if you are attempting to print images in 2 colours (black/red) the image will not display in red. Can't find print log and used to auto scale text to suit media but now have to crop text to label took 4 attempts to print an address without losing print off the side top and bottom. Maybe ok on a PC but fiddly on a iPhone screen. Think this is a way of making you use more print paper trying to get text to fit label instead before it would just auto scale to size. ✓ Easy to use, but limited functionalityEasy enough to use the software but that’s primarily because of lack of functions. There’s no built in help, so you have to search the web for others experience. The app has limited functionality for creating editing and modification of templates. No manual cut or feed, no explanation of cutting options when printing (leaves the last printed label uncut from the printer in some combinations). Editing designs is not straight forward and there’s limited editing tools (e.g. no alignment or relative sizing). No paste options for graphics etc..Version: 5.3.5

However, I also noticed that most of these reviews were a few years old, and many were specific pertaining to problems regarding a software update. I nonetheless preserved and purchased the label printer as I had required such a device for considerable time. I guess any issues regarding problems has been addressed over passing time, as I have found that the software is both simple to use and delivers in line with my requirements..Version: 5.2.13
