Launch Center Pro - Icon Maker for Negative User Reviews

Bought this app...And now you expect me to pay extra to get the original features back? What a scam....Version: 3.1.2

Meh, interface not adaptive for iPadIt’s been years since Apple provided the capability to compile apps which scale and display well on both iPhone and iPad. But no messing with that here! If you want to use it on an iPad, you’ll either have a crummy zoomed phone app or use it at iPhone size (and a small-screen one at that). I rarely use this app despite having it for years. I use my iPad more than my phone and the developer’s decision to more or less not support the iPad means it’s unlikely I’ll start..Version: 2.9

BadI’m trying to call people and it’s saying I need to add money to to call them I am MAD!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡.Version: 3.2.1

Not much useThought this would make my life easier. Sadly the applications that are supported by this app are very limited and only 10% of the ones I use can be opened. In these cases there is no benefit as the standard apple folder structure works does what's needed. Wish I hadn't wasted the cash. Would be useful if there was a list of supported apps easily accessed. Maybe there is and I didn't look hard enough. :0| So unless you are a Facebook twitterer or similar not worth buying..Version: 2.3.1

Dead on the vine?2 years, no updates?.Version: 3.2.7

Limitless potential; limited applicationGreat idea in theory. However, it's not terribly intuitive nor does it have broad reach with its controllable apps. I really wanted to love it, but until they reconsider their support materials and provide more insight on the arcane public URLs, it'll remain a niche app with little relevance to the common user. Lack of Apple Watch functioning is quite surprising as well. I'll be keeping an eye on this - it has potential that it's just not delivering on presently..Version: 2.6

Developer broke it order to gouge $$$Had this app for years, which I use mostly just to launch common apps that didn’t fit on my home screen. Opened it today and everything is locked and I have to pay a subscription to keep using it (paid twice in the past already). There was no warning of this - used it this past weekend with no indication it was going to be disabled. Plus past purchases didn’t come with a “we will disable this whenever we want” warning. This is not the kind of developer I want to support..Version: 3.0.7

Am I missing something?I paid the whole $50 bucks for this because it was worth the money for my apps to open seamlessly. But it opens the launch app before it brings up whatever app I choose, every time. Am I not doing something right in configuring the icon or does this app just not work? I’ll gladly change my review if this can get sorted, it seems like a fun app and I like all the different options. But if my apps can’t just open like normal I’m going to need a refund..Version: 3.2.7

Needs polish, especially on iPadDoes what it says it does, though the design seems stale, and the iPad version only works in portrait mode, and the iPad icon doesn’t load (you only see the wire framework placeholder app logo)..Version: 2.8.1

It's amazing at what it does but unreliableThis is THE BEST icon maker on ios. I can't find another like it. It works seamlessly and others do not. However, the devs rarely keep it in service. Often times (like now), the icon maker will say it's out of service when trying to add the icons, and there's nothing I can do but hope it gets fixed. I paid for this feature specifically and can't even use it which is upsetting. This is n amazing app with great features but it really needs more consistent support. Please keep the icon maker alive devs!.Version: 3.2.7

Very unhappy with loss of featuresI have used this app for a very long time and have loved it. However, I went to launch one of my apps from within Launch Center and imagine my surprise when I find that I cannot launch the apps using the same workflow that I have used for a very long time. Instead, I find a lock on the app that I want to launch and can no longer launch my app. This is a very poor way to roll out an upgrade. If you want to charge for new features, great; but don’t take away features that I have had previously for a long time..Version: 3.0.7

It’s nice butTutorial is limited. Would like to be able to take the action icons or a group directly on the home screen or the lock screen. Maybe you can but I can figure out how. What’s the use to have to click on the launch app and then click on my action. It takes two ‘clicks’ if I want to message someone anyway so it’s not a time saver. What’s widgets? Seems like they are no use as I have to again open the app to use it. Maybe I’m not getting it, as I said the tutorial is very limited..Version: 3.0.2

StupidIt’s a great app but seriously why do you have to pay? i spent so long making tons of custom icons like in the tutorial just to find out right at the end you have to pay and it was all a waste. such a rip off! put ads or something don’t make us pay!!.Version: 3.2.4

Problems persistWhy doesn't Launch Centre select the current App icon when an action is assigned? i.e Zite and eBay. I have assigned them a position on Launch Centre but the old icons are used not the updated icons that came with the Apps being updated recently. Zite still shows the owl and eBay is shocking yellow in colour. Also, why no email support for contact? Not everyone is a twit, some of us like to use email. Can be useful but needs to be more customisable..Version: 1.1

25 bucks!!!I’ll keep it quick, it has the right idea but conveniently doesn’t tell you that you need to pay $25 to add it to your Home Screen. Don’t get this app.Version: 3.2.6

RubbishAbsolutely rubbish.Version: 3.2.6

Works great but...The app doesn't recognise all of the apps I have installed. I tried adding Angry Birds Space and Angry Birds Seasons which are in the supported apps list but don't appear in my installed apps list even though they are installed. Also it would be nice if we could move an action to inside a group. Also, the app doesn't support time changes. I had an alarm set for 11am to launch an app and now it alerts me at 12pm due to British Summer Time clock changes..Version: 1.1

Good idea, still limited.Unfortunately what the this advertises as a 'compatible app' just means its able to launch it. Reminders is there but I can't jump straight into set new reminder. Maps is there but you can't pass an input through to search for nearby. Maybe it's possible with some tweaking of the URL but it should be default. Also, quick access to Bluetooth and wifi please! Needs some work before its truly useful.Version: 1.0.2

Another one jumping on the subscription bandwagonI'll start this by prefacing that I do fully understand that developers need to make a living. I would love to find ways to justify helping that. But I can't in this case. I got LCP months ago after reading and hearing way too many good words about it, but if I'm being honest, I don't think I have ever actually used it once. I just don't see anything it can do that Shortcuts/Workflow cannot. Maybe the actions are easy to setup, I'm honestly not sure. However, this is the kind of app that just doesn't justify a subscription. Custom icons? A theme? Siri integration? NFC? Come on now. The new version mentions future features that might incur extra costs as one reason for this. Sorry, but I'm not the type who pre-orders things. I understand how these particular devs are not the ones who screwed over lots of people in the past years worth of this pre-orders nonsense, but nonetheless the very concept is flawed and wrong. I'll check again once these new features are released, but until I see real, good reasons for this app to have a subscription attached to it, I will treat it like all others that have attached a subscription for things that do not justify one, and will rate it as low as possible because this behavior needs to stop..Version: 3.0.0

Dont bother unless you want to payI spent forever trying to find a way to customise my apps without having to pay only to find out that I had to pay to put them on my home screen please save your time and don't download this app. The price is ridiculous anyway..Version: 3.2.4

Fool me once, shame on youSo i already paid for a "lifetime" licence for the Pro version. Then there's an update that adds basic features and asks for in app purchase. But you can also subscribe monthly or pay $30 for another lifetime licence. So how do i know that in 6 months there won't be another IAP feature that i have to buy or another "lifetime" purchase? I understand that devs need to make money and i support that, but don't nickel and dime your customers..Version: 3.2.0

Launch Center ProJust trying it out. So far not impressed. Settings option is annoying. Can't access any settings and no easy help button. Promising idea, needs work..Version: 1.0.4

DisappointingThought that I would be able to link to any app on my phone but that's not the case. Only allows you to link to certain apps - likely apps that have paid to have their app located in launch pro. Not very helpful at all..Version: 1.0.4

Very SlowThis App takes a while to open. By the time the buttons become active, I could have just searched for the App or created a message etc like I used to. I'm assuming it's slow because I use an iPhone 4. It might be quicker on a 4S. Otherwise it's a good App..Version: 1.0.2

💀No one wants to pay for it dude.Version: 3.2.7

DeceivingThis is no better than shortcuts app that if free. This is very limited to few actions. SETTINGS cannot be modified anymore. Their pro version is overpriced. Not worth it..Version: 3.0.6

ExpensiveTo expensive, not worth it.Version: 3.2.3

Scheduling not reallyI bought this app so I could schedule an action but it really doesn’t do it. Probably a limitation by Apple. All the app does is give you a notification that you have to swipe and enter your passcode in order to launch it. There’s no way to even respond through my Apple Watch which would be very convenient. Also, to schedule an action you have to go in and edit the action. I run the same action at a different time everyday and it would be much better to be able to drag the action into a “schedule section” and choose the time and day to do it from there..Version: 2.8.2

Terrible waste of moneyA waste of money unless you are very very lazy and can't be bothered locating an app. Didn't live up to expectations even slightly. Save your money and use the cheaper alternative that actually works or just click a couple of icons.Version: 2.4.1

It's OKPerhaps this is an app for the "power user". For me I found it was unable to open a lot of my favourite apps. There a lot of apps that come pre installed, that is their icons are there and a handy link lets you download them but if you don't want a lot of Twitter related apps or USA related services like me you will find yourself deleting a lot or all. Unfortunately a lot of my favourite apps do not have URL compatibility so I can't instal a link to "Fast Notes" my favourite note taking app. On the other hand it works extremely well as a speed dial device, something that Apple denies us and instant SMS/eMail links to selected contacts. It is a handy quick access to a favourite web site app too. You can create a very quick two step link to a browser of your choice and a site of your choice on that browser like Wikipedia. Press bookmarks drag to Wikipedia and it opens. So all up a great very professional app. Well worth the money for speed dial alone but may not be aimed at your market. It' obviously no aimed at me..Version: 2.2.1

MacjimThought this would be a useful app to help bring all my most used apps to the home page but, it only does so much. The other problem is in the way some apps will launch with Launch Control Pro: I wanted Sparrow to open at the inbox but I can't get it to do that. It instantly opens in a new email window. But the biggest problem is the lack of apps that this app will work with especially with Apple apps. It doesn't work with them all so it really defeats the purpose of being a one stop launch control app. Oh, and it doesn't deserve to be called Pro either..Version: 1.0.1

Idea is good, but low functionalityGreat idea for an app. But it has some bugs and the integration isn't as great, so over time I relied less and less on it eventually I am deleting it from my apps because I never use it anymore. For those who can adjust to using it the features are welcoming..Version: 2.6.1

Not currently working at allUPDATE- I made a bunch back when was new. Those are working fine. Tried making a couple new app icon links, they don’t work anymore…. They just launch a black screen. Some apps don’t work correctly - Zoho crm - goes to prompt to upload documentat, not home page -GoToMeeting - crashes -NY Times - home page won’t load -Google news - error message 2ND UPDATE - Still not working a year later..Version: 3.2.7

URL IssuesI bought this app solely to bring 3D Touch shortcuts to specific actions in the settings menu and from inside apps but every time I tried to set them up it had issues with the URL and wouldn't open them. The app has a lot of potential but this needs to be fixed..Version: 2.6.1

Largely pointless for many peopleAs far as I can tell this app is only truly useful for a handful of things, such as launching Mail directly into a new email, or launching Simplenote directly into a new note. If you're hoping to launch directly into a new note in Evernote, fr example, save your money as that isn't supported. Indeed, unless your app of choice is supported with detailed 'actions' like this, all the app does is gather other apps in its own launch screen. The idea is apparently that this helps you get to your favourite apps quicker because they're probably buried inside folders on your home screens, so just put them all in here and launch this instead and look for them in here rather than on your home screen. But why wouldn't anyone just keep their most used apps in the dock or on the first home screen, or use the fast search screen to find them? LCP has very limited advanced actions for saving time by launching directly into a function of an app, and for everything else it seems completely pointless. Looks nice though..Version: 1.0.1

Waste of time and moneyToo hard to use. Very limited apps, unless I just couldn't figure it out properly.Version: 2.6.1

Don’t bother downloadingDoesn’t work like it should, they acknowledge this and still don’t reply or offer refund. Stay away, have complained to apple..Version: 3.2.7

Still a bit slow and suckyI use this on my iPhone 4 and find that the app runs very slowly. It is a great idea and this app is a great start but I don't actually find I save any time as the time for Launch Centre to load and then the time to perform the action is a lot slower than opening the app in question and performing that action. Also there is not enough integration with the native apps. For instance you cannot launch the photos app straight to camera roll. In fact there is almost no support for most of the native apps other than launching the app. I look forward to updates as this is a great idea and maybe it runs better on a 4S..Version: 1.0.2

Not as good as Launcher£3 for this. Don't waste your time and money. It's way fiddly to set up actions and even when you do e.g. "open comixology" it says "unable to launch action would you like to open comixology in app store", so I thought let's humour it and clicked that and then it opens app store and says "app unavailable in the store" the same kind of message you see when you try to open a link to the app store from an American website. If it wasn't so much of a pain in the ar£e to get my money back I'd demand a refund 😒 I've had more use out of an empty paper bag than this app..Version: 2.7.1

FalseThis advertised through the training video, that I can make custom app icons without showing the extra step of opening through shortcut. So far most of my app icons when I click them opens through shortcut instead of opening directly to the app. Waste of time and subscription. Disappointed. Would have been worth the subscription if all the apps worked the same..Version: 3.2.7

Pointless and expensiveLoaded with in app purchases and subscriptions. Requires a lot of fiddling for not much gain. Why bother?.Version: 3.1.7

Rip off!So not worth the hype, every feature costs so much money.Version: 3.2.3

Realized it suckedThought it would be seamless. Just another pretty app trying to do something beyond its grade..Version: 2.6.1

Can only launch some appsIf you happen to use the apps Launch Center supports it's a handy app. 4 of the 5 apps I use the most can't be launched by this app so a waste of money for me. I bought another Launcher app which did work with my apps, and as a bonus can launch from the Notifications screen. My advice would be to check some the alternatives..Version: 2.4.1

IssuesI ran into some issues because if I don’t use the apple apps and I use the other option it doesn’t have the apps that I need so if you could update it where you can use the apples app without going into shortcuts launch center pro or update it where we can have all the apps that also come with our phone that would be great thank you. And if you can’t I would like my money back , again thank you.Version: 3.2.4

NOOOOThis app locked me out my phone and it will do the same to you! RUN AWAY FROM IT WHILE YOU CAN!.Version: 3.2.7

EhIt’s great and all, but you still have to pay for so much stuff! As well as this, and I know this is just my old phone, but the plus sign the video depicts isn’t appearing and I can’t export my apps. Soooo, eh. Great for people with money to spare..Version: 3.2.7

Love it but…I love everything about this app. Yes, it makes you pay but it’s worth it for how easy it is the use. The UI is great! Thing is, it doesn’t actually launch any apps. Anything other than a local Apple app launches a blank black screen. I feel like this is a relatively simple coding fix to adapt to the new updates, but I’m worried the app has been abandoned looking at the update history. I’ll hold out until my free trial is up, hoping for an update that makes it usable, but I’m not optimistic. Disappointing, considering how much better this is than the Shortcuts app!.Version: 3.2.7

Do not upgrade!!This was a fantastic launcher, but since upgrading you are limited to 10 actions, themes / UI colours are limited to 1 now and every little feature costs. Have no issue with that but the prices for the features just make it unviable now. So after using it for years I’m now deleting as just don’t use it enough to pay for the features to get it back to pre-update. The new icon also looks like something out of a children’s cartoon!! Wish I hadn’t upgraded....Version: 3.0.1

HorribleIt said that yoy dont have to pay to make your own icon. well u do. i spent half an hour trying to figure out how to do this and it says u have to pay. waste of my time.Version: 3.2.7

HorribleWon’t even download onto my phone.Version: 3.2.7

Pay $5 to get the right to make the in-app purchase? No thank you! It’s ridiculous that user have to pay $5 for the app without all the functions, and you have to pay $30($25 for the previous users) to get all the features. Are you kidding me? Either you have the app free with the in-app purchase or a paid version with all features, the last time I saw this kind of thing is Artifact, and it lost most of users within a month. Good luck for you guys!.Version: 3.0.1

I’m just so...disappointed.Wait! What?! I’ve been an avid user of this software for years and love it and just upgraded and I am now being asked to pay an additional $30 for software that I’ve already paid for? That’s, like, extortion. I mean, I can’t expect to never pay for software upgrades but I didn’t get any warning. I just updated all my apps as I usually do and then BAM. No more launching. I would happily have used the previous version. I feel like I’ve been betrayed.. And I’m just really disappointed. :(.Version: 3.0.7

IPhone 👍👍👍👍 , but iPad 👍👍I use this for a handful of bookmarks on my iPhone, mainly for specific transit stops and lines, making these available through the app’s quick actions widget. On the iPad, on the other hand, especially the 12.9” version, the app is less useful to me. The icons and buttons in the main app interface are uncomfortably large. (Only the widget icon size can be adjusted in the app’s settings.) The only way to call the app’s actions seems to be via its buttons, not other apps, although I might be mistaken. If I depended on this more, the annual subscription fee would be a bargain, especially with the previous customer discount..Version: 3.0.2

Where's MY apps?I have nearly 120 apps on my phone but this program only recognizes about 20 of them. Why did I pay $3 for an app that wants me to use their own list "featured" apps. I do like the idea of this app though because the the UI is simply awesome once you figure out how to build lists and functions. Full access to ALL my apps would make it a 5 star for sure..Version: 1.0.2

Limited usefulness for most peopleDifficult to use and usually only saves you one or two taps compared to going directly to your other apps. Nice idea but flawed execution. Also location-based actions do not work. I’ve allowed “always” on location tracking in Settings. It still doesn’t want to work..Version: 2.9.1

Pretty but pointlessThe app looks great and in theory is a sound idea, but the reality is that it doesn't actually do very much. The fact that you can't shortcut to system settings or pick any app that you have installed completely and utterly kills its usefulness - regardless of whither this is a limitation of Apple or not - the point still stands. PROS - It has a flashlight and a half decent phone keypad and, erm, yeah, it looks nice. CONS - No links to system settings. Linking to apps is extremely limited (only a very small list of predefined apps are supported). Can occasionally be slow to load defeating the 'quick shortcut' idea completely. Sadly you're not really getting anything back for your £2. There are free torch apps and free phone diallers, and everything else can be achieved by just swiping to the right home screen page and tapping the relevant app yourself. Very disappointing..Version: 1.0.2

It is a great app but....This is hard to review as I was a dedicated user until they force pro sub on the app and now it cost previous user more money even thought it was paid previously and when update it charged me again..Version: 3.0.7

Poor integration for native appsThere is very little support for native iOS apps - the three most useful actions for me would be new calendar entry, new reminder, set alarm. I feel I'm being penalised for complacency with native apps! I would love to use this app but it is just too difficult for me to figure out this URL thing and the most basic iOS apps are not supported. Shame..Version: 2.0

Developers please fixI bought the icon composer but it now just does not work. Whenever I search for a glyph it just doesn't show any glyphs instead it bugs out and the search bar/glyph drawer disappears..Version: 3.2.5

DisappointingI was really excited to use this app but I did not expect to have to pay for every single feature and just to add it to the home screen. I understand that developers have to make money but it’s ridiculous that you have to pay just to add the apps to your screen. The app is also super laggy and does not respond well. Overall I just don’t think it’s worth the price, especially considering it’s a yearly subscription and not a one-time purchase..Version: 3.2.7

Icon ComposerThis is by far the most user unfriendly app I have ever had. I paid for the Icon Composer Option, and no matter what I do, how I do it, tutorials I watch nothing helps. I have reached out for help and nothing. I can’t change my icons, and I can get my money back. This is horrible. I was so excited to be able to change my home icons, and now I am just completely disappointed. Save you time and money.Version: 3.2.7

Limited and expensiveFirst of all, let's start with the price. HOW MUCH?? It was already expensive when it was £4 a couple of years ago! This app is ok for shortcuts into another app, e.g. I used it to get at specific passwords in 1Password. I had it set up to also be able to quickly add a task or text a few selected friends. But the reality is that it is more intuitive to add a task by simply telling Siri, or opening Reminders or your fav todo app in the same number of steps. The shortcuts to message friends also rarely get used because it is simply easier to use a contacts app that is specifically designed to speed dial any number of your favourite friends. But this app does provide a quick way of getting at specific features of an app, if the app has that ability — as in the 1Password example..Version: 3.0.7

Not optimized for iPhone X despite saying it isPoor optimization, many UI features don't 'fit' on iphone X (clipped by the notch etc). Confusing method for editing. Overall, not happy at all. Will request a refund..Version: 2.8.2

So near yet...Bought this on the back of having tried the excellent Timer app but feel disappointed. Clearly lots of potential but is hamstrung for me by not being able to do simple things like just launch Safari, Mail etc. Instead you have to launch to a blank page or new email for example. I realise now that this is down to Apple's URL scheme but had I known beforehand, I wouldn't have bought. Also, I hoped to be able just to launch Sparrow but though the action is listed, it launches to compose new email instead. I had hoped to use this to quickly launch between my different email app inboxes but frustratingly it's no quicker because of these issues....Version: 1.0.4

Good but...There’s a bug with the Goodnotes app when you use this. I only used this to change the icon for Goodnotes 5 and every time I open the app, it asks me to import a blank document. Please fix this!!.Version: 3.2.4

Update iPad Pro UI & contact us linksThe user interface for the iPad Pro 11" isn't updated, (relatively minor). The user interface for the widget on iPadOS 13 has small icons on the "largest setting" with very little text showing under the icon. So the icons are small with dead space around them and making it harder to tap. This gives me less space for my other one or two widgets that show all the time in landscape mode, essentially wasting some of my space widget space with is precious. I tried to contact the dev's directly through the iPad app, but the page won't load and then I tried through the "app support" link on the iPad App page through the AppStore and it says page not found. So even though I like the app in general and have a few use cases for it at the moment. I'm frustrated with the UI and the lack of ability to contact the Dev's to give feedback. If this would have come up about a month ago before renewal I would of been tempted to cancel. Please fix the "contact us" links and update the iPad UI. Thanks. :).Version: 3.1.3

PoorPoor.Version: 1.0.4

Too expensive 🤷‍♀️😣You need to pay for all the good stuff 😖🤦‍♀️.Version: 3.2.4

OK, better for accessibility people?Hi, I am a user of apples voiceover software, and this app doesn't work well with it I cannot understand how to use it at all, if you could update it so it will work better with voiceover please that would be amazing I will wait for your response before I delete the app, I don't want to delete the app but if it doesn't work well with voiceover I can't use it.Version: 3.0.7

TerribleWhat a waste.Version: 2.8.2

Lack a lot of featuresDon't bother.Version: 2.7.1

Wishing for more app compatibility!!!If this app allowed you to shortcut 'ANY APP YOU MAY HAVE', this would absolutely be a 5 STAR app hands down!! Unfortunetly, that is not the case so I only use it as a simple 'speed dialer'. That one feature would make this app truly remarkable, until then, if it ever happens, it is what it is.....Version: 1.0.4

Still opens Launch Pro CenterI like the app the for me the thing that holds it back from being a 5 star it that it can’t mirror the badges and that it still opens Launch Center Pro instead of opening directly to the app. I thought it would do it automatically but still opens the app like shortcuts. Not sure it that’s a glitch on the IPhone 12 only but it’s annoying..Version: 3.2.6

I tried to find it useful for my selfI tried using it on an iPad Pro. I don’t use an iPhone. I guess if you find it useful for your workload and it helps your productivity, it is worth to pay the upgrade money. I personally find it difficult to use. Searching the list of all apps is a pain. Could use a slide bar on the side so you can speed up to the desired letter. Even more painful was that after I tried and tried to be patient to keep scrolling the app I was looking, telegram was not there. I will uninstall. Might consider for iPhone if Apple will release one with USBC :D. All the best for future development..Version: 3.1.7

The developers support tRumpOkay not totally sure about the title but now that I have your attention... - the developers are never afraid to ask you for more money - the app is seldom updated, let alone updated for current devices - the developers keep pushing that the app is premium but the support it receives is abysmal - the idea is solid, but the execution is poor - any updates to the app usually leaves me questioning, “why would they do this? This is the opposite of good.” - It’s simply as though the developers are giving up and don’t want this app to succeed - if you want an app that gives you more excuses than features, get this app, pay for it, and then wait to hear about how you should feel excited to pay for it again in the future 😔.Version: 3.2.7

Great but lack of appsInitially I was fairly skeptical of its usefulness, but after using it I've found it incredibly quick and resourceful. So much so I put it on my task bar. However, I believe that they are too few apps that can be used by the app. iPhone Settings would have been a very useful action, yet things such as wi-fi and Bluetooth were ignored, amongst around 80% of apps on my phone. I hope updates in the future will fix this, and if so this app would be a beater. However it's not quite there yet..Version: 1.0.1

Many apps are not addableSeems like this has potential, but many of my favorite apps do not show as addable to groups. This kind of defeats the purpose. I created a navigation group only to find compass unavailable as an action. I then created an office group, and found that my most used office app, Documents To Go, doesn't appear on the action list either? Ok, I'll just add my favorite ebook reader, Megareader2…. DOH!!!!! It also does not appear on the list of addable apps. Come on now. I think I'd use this app a lot… if all my installed applications were addable to new groups. As is, this is only marginally usable. With a "featured" app section that is about as long as my installed app list, I get the feeling that I paid a high price for a launcher app that is just trying be an advertising platform rather than the utility I've paid for. If you are just going to try and sell us stuff the app should be free..Version: 1.0.2

Good start, overpriced and doesn’t work as advertised$63 for a lifetime subscription? Seriously… It can make some decent icons, however the process is overly convoluted. The biggest let down is the creator states it doesn’t use bookmarks or Siri Shortcuts when that’s literally all it does. I followed the guides, and was seriously disappointed. I’m glad I didn’t waste $63, quick uninstall..Version: 3.2.7

Not good. Limited.-Doesn't work with Apple apps. I understand it's not the developers fault but they should MAKE IT CLEAR IN APP DESCRIPTION* BEFORE YOU BUY. E.g. you CANNOT add a reminder, or any other simple Apple action like add a Calendar event. -Adds another step: I didn't think before I bought that in some case you may just be adding another step. Why not go direct to the app if you are just launching? And it is limited what you can do within apps. E.g. Cannot chose to launch TuneIn radio at your preferred station, app lets you just launch. Just go straight to app. -Limited selection of apps. -Has potential, but at very least needs to be worked on, like adding more apps, working with other devs to allow full use..Version: 2.3

47 dollars??Must be joking about the price for lifetime and have the nerve to ask for tips as well.Version: 3.0.2

NFC stickers do not workOne of the main features I was excited for was the NFC stickers. When the feature originally rolled out I bought the stickers and attempted to assign them to an action. They don’t work. Every time I scan the stickers it takes me to a generic download this app from the App Store page instead of taking me to my launcher. Responses from their support team have been infrequent. Otherwise the app is fine but having paid for this feature and still not being able to use it I can’t rate the app as being good..Version: 3.0.7

Not impressed while it promise muchSettings are not accessible..Version: 1.0.4

Actions for iPhone Settings no longer supportedI have purchased the app mainly in order to set up shortcuts located in my iPhone’s Settings (e.g. Wifi and Bluetooth disable/ enable functions) only to realize that due to Apple restrictions the app in no longer capable of doing that. Shame on you Apple for denying third parties to make our users life easier where you have initially failed to do so yourself:/ Having said that is it possible to get a refund for the app?.Version: 2.9

It’s a great app,It’s a great app, but you gotta make it free. Who’s gonna pay that just to make it work? No one wants this that badly..Version: 3.2.6

So much potentialEdited December 2014 What I said in my first review stands, but I'm increasing the star rating because I do use this app a lot. Sadly, app developers aren't all forthcoming with their URLs. I've figured a few out. But it's a hassle to add then that way. Let's hope more apps are added because this is potentially such a great app. ----------- Previous review ... so few apps. There are some common/popular apps that are not supported by this app, which limits its usefulness: - skype - one Note (can't stand Evernote) - Note Suite - Tripit - gneo - whatsapp - Swift Key - Airbnb - Notability - Air Keyboard - Parkopedia &/or Parkbud - Voice Memo But it IS pre-loaded with "featured" apps (most of which you have to pay for). I have the apps I want, and am not spending more money when I'm happy using them. This app has BRILLIANT potential. But I'm finding it frustrating, not being able to populate it with the apps I need to access in order for it to be indispensable. :(.Version: 2.4.1

App has not been updated in over a yearThis app looks functional but has not been updated in over a year and looks it. No privacy policy posted. Any app recommended by the App Store needs to be up to date and have modern features. This looks dated and even refers to iOS 9. Installed then deleted. When it’s updated I’ll try it again..Version: 3.2.7

(iPhone 4S)This a good and polished app, but it's main selling point is speed, and frankly one of the slowest apps I have. Once it's up and running it's fine. But the time the app takes to load is so huge that any potential time savings are completely wiped out. Even with this app in my dock, it's ALWAYS faster to find the app in question, launch it, and perform the required action. At present, the app is pretty much useless, even on my 4S. Until an update is released to address the issue with speed, I'd recommend avoiding this app. Definitely not worth the asking price..Version: 1.0.2

Please readI liked this app, I liked having customization to my phone, I really hope to see more apps like this Im the future, I had to delete the app because of how expensive it is, yes you can use it free, but that has a lot of restrictions unless you pay, and I’m not going to pay $47 for premium access, if you made it much cheaper, free, or made the free user restrictions less restricted, I would love this app, but, for now, I’m not going to keep this app..Version: 3.1.6

Useless with Skype; don't waste money.I can make a phone call from Skype starting on iPhone home screen by two clicks, if it is a recently dialled number, which is expected anyway if you dial someone enough to create a shortcut on this app. This app also need two clicks, but the difference is that it doesn't dial anything and leaves you with a Skype screen with no response. Absolute waste of money for me..Version: 2.6.1

MediocreAfter just 1 week of using this I can already see some quite significant deficiencies. For example, there is no way to make it simply launch safari. It's also very annoying that every time you click "action composer" it overrides the text field meaning that to chain two or more actions is incredibly tedious in app. Having 12 actions is decent but it would be even better if we could pin groups onto the widget. Also apps surely have more extensive URL schemes than what is shown here so it'd be nice to have proper documentation of these in a library somewhere together with useful user created actions..Version: 2.6.1

Not remotely intuitiveBadly, badly needs some proper instructions. Whilst the front end looks nice, actually getting anything useful into it above and beyond launching some basic apps and actions is (without long, tedious trips to the darkest corners of the internet), seemingly impossible. Frankly, the amount of time required to set everything up would take decades to claw back. It's not like writing a new message or email, calling your other half or launching Facebook is tedious in iOS anyway. Save your money and steer clear..Version: 2.0

Setting screen became a promo screenNot cool. Initially really liked this app and would have rated it much higher. But now when I try the Settings option I'm given a promo screen that does nothing but try to get me to visit the App Store and write a review or check out other App Cubby apps. So here it is :-(.Version: 1.0.4

Few apps supported ...Unless you use apps with public URL schemes, this app will do little or nothing for you. Too bad. It's a good idea. Also, NO HELP INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED! So if you want some help with your apps that are not already recognized, then you are going to be in some serious frustration..Version: 1.0.1
