Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Launch Center Pro is run in the background for just a few seconds when entering or leaving an iBeacon region or geofence. If you use iBeacons or geofences and are concerned about battery life, keep an eye on the new Battery Usage section of the Settings app.

✓ Launch is fantasticI wish that Workflow could schedule... It can't but Launch can do that and sooooooo much more. If an app has a url, Launch can usually interact with it in a few clicks. Love it. :) I think others could use it more thoroughly than I do. I have only used it to schedule Workflows that I run on a weekly basis..Version: 2.9

✗ Largely pointless for many peopleAs far as I can tell this app is only truly useful for a handful of things, such as launching Mail directly into a new email, or launching Simplenote directly into a new note. If you're hoping to launch directly into a new note in Evernote, fr example, save your money as that isn't supported. Indeed, unless your app of choice is supported with detailed 'actions' like this, all the app does is gather other apps in its own launch screen. The idea is apparently that this helps you get to your favourite apps quicker because they're probably buried inside folders on your home screens, so just put them all in here and launch this instead and look for them in here rather than on your home screen. But why wouldn't anyone just keep their most used apps in the dock or on the first home screen, or use the fast search screen to find them? LCP has very limited advanced actions for saving time by launching directly into a function of an app, and for everything else it seems completely pointless. Looks nice though..Version: 1.0.1
