✓ An excellent educational app for childrenKidloLand definitely deserves a review from me. It’s a great app and I’m proud to have introduced it to my sister and my friend who have now subscribed for their kids. My little baby has been using this app since she was one (1) and absolutely loved it. Helped her develop good motor skills. At 2 she could join the dots and do a bit more complex activities. She didn’t start school until 3 yrs, kidloland was a prefect prep school for her 😀. Now that she’s in Nursery, she’s doing very well and has even won an award already 😂. One thing though, I wish under phonics, there were an activity for blending sounds (2-3-4 letter words) to help reinforce school lessons. To summarise, KidloLand is a Hit!!! 🔥🌟🌟.Version: 26.0.0

✓ NOT A FREE TRIALMy child loves the app but I have to say I feel the customer experience is dreadful. You cannot advertise something as a “free trial” when there is no trying it available. The point in a free trial is that you get to try the app before paying for full use. You force parents to agree that if they try the app in the trial time they cannot cancel. That’s not the point of a trial and is totally ridiculous. This needs to be addressed urgently!!!! Your response is basically calling me I liar. There is a warning that appears when starting the “free trial” that states that if the app is used you will be charged! I wish I had taken a screenshot but I guess I was just too shocked and confused because a trial that can’t be used is not a trial 😒.Version: 24.4.0

Kids cannot just open the app and use it when they want because no matter what you pay it forces you to restore the app every single time you use it. If you have a handicapped child, this is a nightmare not to mention the garbage pop up insisting you rate the app any time it’s opened. If I felt the need to rate your app I would do it but I didn’t want to but you FORCED me to so you get one star for not respecting your customers enough to let them say no. ✓ One of the best apps but some changes are neededI've been a paid subscriber for a while now and have been for the most part satisfied, I would like to recommend some changes. One would be the characters having actual names and not making ridiculous unnatural sounds. For a learning app you'd think speech is something they wouldn't cut corners on. I love the massive amounts of content. It could use some restructuring though. A lot of repeat activities in multiple categories. It would be nice to disable some of the types of activities/characters and the menus be a little more simplified. This app has a ton of potential and it's better than most related apps. ✓ Unable to unsubscribe.I got this app way too long ago, my kids never used it much, so I can’t say how good or bad the actually app is. However, I’ve been paying $4.99 every month, god knows for how long, but I’m gonna guess maybe 2? And the problem is, there’s no clear way to unsubscribe to it! Every month o get billed I take my time to look for the unsubscribe option, and can never find it, so then I put it away and forget about it until I get hit again for another $4.99. I’ve unsubscribed from other apps before with no problem, so it’s not like I’m not looking at the right places. Super annoying. ✓ This app is exceptional!I downloaded this app for my 2 year old thinking she would be entertained for a while so I could make dinner. Never did I think there would be as much content as there is! From art, music, literacy and numeracy for toddlers and pre schoolers I then also realised my 6 year old could use it too. There are multiple age groups so that your child grows with the app. And even coding for primary aged children. I am beyond impressed. My girls LOVE it and fight over the iPad now! 🙊 highly recommend!!.Version: 27.9.3

✓ Good consideringI gave this app 3 stars. 1 star off because it is pricey. And requires yearly purchasing. And 1 off for other issues. The app just stopped working and said it didn’t recognize my purchase. It took several days to connect with someone at kidloland, I’m guessing because they are not located in the US. Once we were connected, the issue was resolved and they followed up to be sure it was still working. I still really like the apps and my 4 year old daughter definitely loves them and is learning sight words..Version: 31.0.1
