✓ Amazing experienceFirst, thanks the manager Sid, he took my initial tech request seriously and efficient on one Saturday, and solved the issue in 10 minutes. Then after that I requested a refund because my daughter’s vision is getting worse to play the tablet everyday, to avoid she plays the table, we asked for a refund, since we have played for 1 month, so I asked for 11 months refund. Sid is very nice and refund all the money. This app has over 70 games and no commercial at all, all the games are well designed and good for different age groups of kids. So I downloaded it in my phone, created an account and started a free trial. I told my kiddo if she liked all the games enough and used it frequently, we’d keep the subscription. What I didn’t realize was the subscription and accounts weren’t transferable to devices (ie I have an iPhone, she had a Samsung tablet).
