✓ Buggy. Customer service is badThe application is buggy. The shadow feature doesn’t work. I’ve tried to contact customer service multiple time and got no response from them. Other than that it’s a great application for creating text on image content. I’m using both Quote Maker and Typorama. It would be great to have one but fully functional app. They have not interchangeable features like ability to crop in Quote Maker ( not in Typorama), and styles in Typorama that don’t exist in Quote Maker..Version: 4.3.3
✓ Not worth the moneyThis app was good and I don’t disagree that builders should not make money but £29 or £4.99 PER MONTH for a set of fonts is, frankly, taking us all for a ride. Also, since moving to this new version I have LOST all my original projects, can’t even edit them with the new paid options. ✓ Good features, but it crashes too oftenI like the editing features - it has many tools to change the appearance of the picture. The fonts are pretty good and the automated layout of the phrases gives you many choices. ✓ App broken after updateThis is my go to app for thumbnails but the recent update won’t let me edit my projects anymore. I can’t add shadows or colored shadows to any texts anymore (the option literally doesn’t work), and they removed the black and white grit textures? I can’t even adjust text opacity anymore and saving your photos “Raw” doesn’t work. (Only shows text on black screen) Why are you asking for money after this?? ✓ FrustratingFirst off let me say that I was enjoying this app 75% but EVERYTHING you must pay to unlock such as certain fonts, 3D effect and removing logo. However removing the logo does not work on all pics UNLESS YOU UPGRADE IT ALL. Kind of feel like I'm being hustled. On another note I have contacted support several times about not being able to change my background (bugs) and no response. Today I had to delete and re download the app & now I cannot restore my previous purchases with app removed etc. so my next move is to contact Apple for a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of customer service..Version: 4.1

✓ Good but keeps crushingThis app is great tool to put filters on your photos and create texts onto your pics but it’s not stable, consistent, and I would not trust the developer. First of all I’m surprised that it doesn’t ask your permission to load from your photo gallery which makes me think what else this app gets into on my device. I wound not recommend it for pro to moderate use as it keeps crashes and does not load all the photos from the iPad gallery. App crash mostly happens while trying to choose a photo from your device gallery..Version: 4.1

✓ Finding new format challengingI think there is just a learning curve for this update. I had an older version that I loved but the current design options are more modern. Really loved the old version because it did not have a watermark or insist on receiving credit which reduces image impact. Still trying to find out if you can pay to get it removed. ✓ Terrible experience after the developer removed full access for which I previously paidI purchased this app in the past (when it was just a one off payment) and used it for some time. Then the developer broke the app by removing access to previously saved projects. Things went more downhill from there. After loosing access to my previous creations, now I’m being asked to pay again for the app in the form of a subscription. This is a very unethical practice and I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. I tried emailing the developer but received no response. I’m very disappointed..Version: 4.4.3

✓ Major lag unable to useI thought I give this app a try because it had such high ratings and good reviews, after downloading I could barely navigate through the app due to it lagging, there are no icons or anything that tells you how to change the background picture, and when I finally figured it out, I couldn't scroll through the backgrounds because it was lagging... mind you I was using a high speed wi-fi connection while doing this... I may change my review if I ever get a chance to use this app... super disappointed.Version: 4.1

I used to love this app. But now it seems to be changing and less can be done without paying, so I’ll be looking for a different app. The main cons of this one are that you can’t tell the size of the background picture so it takes a while to find one that fits the text.
