✓ I have recommended enough times!I can still remember when I was signing up on the app. It wasn’t as quick as I thought it would take me ngl, but so worth it. It’s been a game changer to my life. I knew I love dogs before bur I have come to love dogs even more since I signed up to this app. The reasons for just how great it is comes to a list. I’m so grateful and I am always recommending it to people who loves both dogs and cats, also for owners. ✓ Love the walkers. The App is good but needs a little workThe ability to reschedule or update changes is a problem. It’s not easy at all, especially since you pay up front, even for a batch of services. Seeing your scheduled services is also pretty inconvenient. ✗ Abuse from delusional owners with no support from RoverDownload this app if you’re happy to be abused by delusional owners and have Rover tell you to get over it. They don’t care at all about their sitters/walkers etc and only care that you’re making them money. An owner could send you incredibly rude and abusive messages but Rover support will do nothing to help you, even when you’ve been threatened. They will just tell you to get over it and to put up with the owner and the inevitably bad review they will leave you even if it is completely unjust. They will offer you no support and let owners continue using the app when they are clearly abusive towards sitters and their own poor dogs. ✗ Poor user experienceThis app is poor, I miss dog buddy. So I tried to log in and I was asked to verify my account (again) by adding my phone number only to be told that it was already registered. I couldn’t progress any further to set me up as a walker. I tried to deactivate my account and create a new one but said my email was already registered. I used my partners email, finally set myself up as a sitter and submitted my details for review. I got told I needed to make some changes and that I’d been emailed what I need to change ( not told what I need to change in the app) I never received the email. I can’t check if it’s right anywhere in the app because you can’t look at your account details. I’ve literally tried to sign up to this as much as I can and can not get anywhere on it.
