✓ Ridiculous - Don't waste your moneyLike someone else already said, I too paid $2.99 for one issue (only available days after the hard copy hits the stands) and it wouldn't download to iPhone or iPad. I tried all the things suggested by support who tried to blame my Internet connection, which is BS as I successfully downloaded a much larger mag straight away! Asked for refund, not successful. I could have walked to my nearest newsagent to buy the freaking magazine in the masses of time I wasted trying to download it over and over..Version: 1.2
✓ The Developers Not Womans DayI have had major issues with this same developer of the app. PBL Media. They keep giving me excuses as to why the apps do not work. Unfortunately they have the app for a number of popular magazines and they are all going this way. They have not done their homework when Apple upgraded to version 8 hence all the isssues. I have wasted a lot of money like others with subscriptions that still have 9 mths to run but cannot get. They keep having me try the same thing over treating me as stupid. I am now reporting them to the consumer affairs department for taking money and not supplying the goods. Others do the same..Version: 1.3.9
✓ Frustrating!Love the mag when it finally downloads but it takes so long to do it! The download will stop if you move away from the app. It takes minutes to even load the library screen which is frustrating as you often only have a few minutes and want a quick flick but they are filled with the stupid app trying to connect. If you choose to stream the mag it takes 15 secs or so to load the page! Go buy the mag instead, so much quicker and easier. I won't be renewing this subscription unless they fix the issues. FYI my wifi is fast so that isn't the issue..Version: 6.0

At least once a year it will stop showing new issues and no amount of “restore purchases” will fix it. I purchased issue 21 and it will not download at all and there is definitely not a problem with my wi fi. Very displeased with the fact that my account had been deducted the $2.99 for this issue but not able to view it at all. Also unable to restore previous purchases of other issues. Can someone please look into this problem and fix ASAP. Would like money reimbursed to my account if unable to fix. Tried to report a problem via my invoice documentation but that just leads you to a blank page. Of all things you should be able to use the report a problem link. ✓ Where’s the magazine?I’ve had an active subscription for over a year. Some weeks you get the magazine Monday (Great) but around 70% of the time it’s Wednesday or Thursday! I’ve even had one not arrive until Friday! This week I’m still waiting & it’s Thursday…emails get no response except the automated one that tells you they received your email.
