✓ App Great - Hud very badMost realtors won't deal with hud, because they screw everything up all the time. And it's a time limit with them. They really don't want to sell homes. They just waste you time. The seller broker is 0 yes ZERO help at all. You will find that you have to do most of the work yourself. If possible skip hud. You will thank me. If not I told you so. Look forward to losing some money, becouse you couldn't do what had to be done on time, because you didn't know it was your Job to do it..Format KingVersion: 3.1.4

✗ Big ERROR with app!I love the ease of use of this app. Biggest error is that you are listing the period deadline date in the box that indicates "Bid Submission Deadline". This is incorrect leading a buyer to believe they have more time than they do to get a bid submitted. I called and talked to someone at customer service but the problem persists the last time I looked. Wish list: Add the IE escrow information and the PCR or Condition summary page to this app. Also, a link to the bid submission page would be helpful as well.
