✓ Difficult to initiate, but best was to submitI had a very difficult time initiating everything with the app and submitting my first request. (Dependents are not allowed to set up the account. So we are at the mercy of our extremely busy service member to jump through all of the start up hoops. This is silly. If the service member trusts their spouse to be on the lease, they trust them to initiate service requests.) However, once we were able to get set up in the app, I have found it to be the best way to submit service requests. All service requests I made at move in were ignored and all requests I phoned in were ignored. However, this app creates documented proof that a tenant has requested service, therefore Liberty is contractually obligated to respond. Also, proving photos in the app of the issue helps streamline the process. ✗ Cable ServicesI am very disappointed that the only cable service that is provided or allowed in my area is Spectrum. Spectrum is the worst service ever and their internet is terrible. Not to mention the fact that they waaaaay over charge for their very poor services. Please allow AT&T Fiber to be installed in our community. It is very frustrating and disappointing that we are not allowed to have a choice of internet/cable providers in our area!
