✓ Best utility designed for mystery shopping!Finally there is a uniquely designed tool for mystery shopping including a lot of features in one spot rather than constantly switching between camera, notes, stopwatch, etc. This app lets you capture the complete mystery shop assignment in one spot and everything is automatically time stamped to the second. Developer is very committed to this app and is always making improvements based on customer feedback..Version: 6.3
✓ Shop-ItGreat app for mystery shoppers. It has many useful features such as the touchscreen time-stamp, a hidden camera, and a panic mode that switches the screen to WWF. Drawbacks include not having the inherent ability to change or correct Shop notes, and also, if you take a lot of notes as I do, you might look like a suspiciously overactive tester. A microphone alleviates this problem a little, but I have to stop talking when I'm around an employee. This is the exact time that I want to be able to take precise, detailed notes. Also, in the current version, there is no way to inherently change or correct your notes. There is a workaround, but this needs to be fixed..Version: 5.1.1
✓ Great Mystery Shopper Tool!I love this app! I have been using it for my mystery shopping jobs for everything from recording times to actually recording the conversation with the target CSR. Even with my phone in my purse, the audio was clear enough for me to use accurately complete my report - and the exact time shows right there as you play it back. With multiple assignments in a single day, and since I can't take notes at the time of the job, this has made my job so much easier! I know I don't use all the features but just for the timing ability alone, it's the best I've found. ✓ Very helpfulThis app is very helpful for mystery shopping and auditing. I especially like the stealth camera feature and that the audio recordings are time-stamped to the second when replaying. I used to record with other apps and have to do the math to figure out what time an event happened by calculating time from the start or end time of the recording. The one-tap time stamp is very useful as well but I do tend to forget to record timings, so I always use audio as a backup. I have been using this app for several months and have only once lost a recording, but I believe I accidentally clicked something that caused that to happen. ✓ Very usefulI recently downloaded this app and I have used it for about five shops. It certainly makes my reviews a lot easier to manage. I take a lot of photos and I have a hard time saving the photos on the screen. I have to really rub that button that says save to report which I think is a problem with the app. I wish that there was a way to just automatically save the photo without having to make that selection. Also I would like to be able to customize the mark time feature so that I can customize the time stamps for certain events that take regularly take place for different types of shops. But I find the app really useful and no longer use my text for taking notes during the shop..Version: 3.3

✓ Best Mystery Shopping AppThis is my "go to" for mystery shopping. I love that I can just tap the screen and mark the time. I also use it to record shops, but I always make sure to out my phone in airplane mode first. When I haven't done this, my shop was interrupted and I lost recordings. ✓ Overall a great app for mystery shoppingOverall a great app but a few minor annoyances If I email myself the event I want all videos and pictures and recordings attached too. I shouldn't have to manually email each to myself. Perhaps each event could also be its own folder in the iCloud Drive and everything stored there so I can see it from my Mac without having to email Also the hidden camera and send button could there be an option to swap them around. Too many times do I hit the return key while taking notes and I get the hidden camera warning instead of a new line. It should act like a normal texting action Also why can't the secret cam be enabled at the same time as the regular cam, they are two different action buttons anyways?.Version: 6.6

There is a workaround on the default keyboard by sliding the predictive text bar down. Swift key keyboard won't work as yet but I'm sure the next version will work out the changes caused by ios 8. ✓ Good stealthIt Took a few shops for getting used to record mode being blue for on and gray for off with video being the opposite! It would be helpful to have a simple portrait oriented video walkthrough on 1st launch of how to juggle the key features. Some of us shoppers read enough instructions as it is and a change would be nice, lol. I had an instance where audio, video and pictures were screwing with each other AND I didn’t know what the heck was happening. I read the manual but it still took some practice to know what stealthy stuff happens and what doesn’t and what conflicts with the other. I’m looking forward to innovative features. I have ideas like, •It Would be cool to see partnership with audio transcription to text. •if there were ability to make all data (includes the audio and photos) of each “shop chat” a folder that’s accessible in iTunes file sharing that we can just drag out onto our desktop. •make photo export more organized. I hate that when I save photos they go in my camera roll with everything else. Is the easy workaround either to make these .jpg files have custom names relating to YY_MM_DD_ShopTitle when we access our smartphone data on 💻 ? •we can export individual photo copies in your app to any other but individually. It would be a good option to provide “export all shop data” and its a single folder for easy archiving. •Sync partnership with GeoVerify. •Access partnership to JobSlinger Calendar, and ... and....Version: 7.2
✓ Ultimate Time Saver!This app is just what I needed! I was having to carry around my voice recorder, stop watch, camera and cell phone to text notes to myself. Now everything is at my fingertips! My audio recorder only showed elapsed time so I would have to waste valuable reporting time just calculating elapsed time to real time. It allows you to name the shop you're on, document the time, tap it to indicate instances that occur while you're on a shop, take photos, and record audio while "shopping". And it looks like you are just innocently texting as everyone is always doing. The customer support is super, which is a big plus! ✓ Best Mystery Shopper Notes & Timestamp App Available in iOSAs my Shop It app was not working Thursday night (I hadn't yet installed update to 6.2) when I had a shop to complete, I used the GeoVerify app to do my timings. It only confirmed for me how much more convenient the Shop It app is. For one thing, GeoVerify doesn't include the seconds on time stamps - just has hours/minutes. Also, you can't put all time stamps on one event - each timestamp is a separate event, so when you go to email the timestamps to yourself, you have to do each one separately - crazy! I don't know what I would do without Shop It!.Version: 6.2

✓ Fantastic!I was looking for an app to supplement my shopping experiences. I was shocked to find there just isn't a lot out there... Until I was recommended by a fellow shopper to download this app. It is still new, but offers much that a shopper needs to be successful. I love the ability to send my reports to my e-mail.
