✓ Additionally FeaturesThe app needs the option to input the food and the price already and when you make a sale you just select all the foods you want so you don’t have to figure up the total and input just the total. ✗ Loss transactionsThe transactions can be lost easily even you run it completely. Once you closed the batch with the app , you won’t get paid for that lost transaction!! One more problem, the credit card tips that left by the customers was clear out with no reason. Very disappointed with this Heartland app..Ithiphol C.Version: 7.6.2

✗ Not user friendlyI notice a decrease in tips because the app is not designed for customer to understand it as they are checking out. The buttons are also hard to find and there is a lot of back and forth with the chip reader and many unnecessary button clicking to proceed..ChaoT.Version: 7.6.2
