✓ Bad updateNew update makes the keypad entry screens useless. App is completely unusable now. Needs to be fixed immediately!.Version: 7.6.1
✓ Not user friendlyI notice a decrease in tips because the app is not designed for customer to understand it as they are checking out. The buttons are also hard to find and there is a lot of back and forth with the chip reader and many unnecessary button clicking to proceed..Version: 7.6.2
✓ Loss transactionsThe transactions can be lost easily even you run it completely. Once you closed the batch with the app , you won’t get paid for that lost transaction!! One more problem, the credit card tips that left by the customers was clear out with no reason. Very disappointed with this Heartland app..Version: 7.6.2
✓ Not recommendedWe used this program for 3 weeks and had numerous issues with it. The card reader completely stopped working with IOS 8 release and they have yet to update the app. Customer service told us that we could "enter the card numbers manually". We bought the hardware for this app so that we would not have to enter numbers manually. Therefore, the app is a failure at a core level, and not recommended at all..Version: 5.0
