✓ Needs workI like the service for processing credit cards, but the app looks and operates like it was designed by someone wanting to run my customers off. They need to take a look at the flow of square or paypal app to get a feel for how this needs to be done. If I hand my phone to a customer for them to sign and possibly add a tip, they can’t see a total until they click the button that makes the keyboard go away. Really? they don’t know the total until they click another button? Seriously, way harder than it needs to be. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is I like the service. The app itself deserves 1 or less..Dgt45Version: 5.0

✓ Needs a total redesignThis app is clunky and slow. The powers that be need to redesign this app because it’s horrible. You may want to consider an iPad app as well..WerlaxnVersion: 4.3

✓ Great when it works!I have to reset my password every time I close the app as it doesn’t remember me and says I have the wrong password. Now it won’t even let me reset because it freezes on the page with the security question. I fact the question doesn’t even load. What a shame..MerecourtVersion: 7.6.2
