Why do I have to reload every time?! And can I add time more than 5 mins a time?The pro of this app is that you don’t have to get coins to do laundry anymore. The main issue of this App is that whenever you finish an action, the whole interface reloads. That itself isn’t annoying but it gets worse when you try to add more time to the dryer. The default timer for dryer is 30 mins and if you want to add more time you can only do it 5 min at a time. So that means, you go back to the main interface after you started the 30 min timer, wait for 10 seconds before you can add time, then wait for 10 seconds so you can push the button on the machine, then wait for 5 seconds for the app to realize that, then go back to the main interface for another 10 seconds. You have to repeat the whole process 4-5 times before you get enough time in the dryer..Version: 2.2.9

Kicks me out every single timeThis app kicks me out every week. Every time I need to do a new load of laundry it’s unable to verify the login information I have saved and I have to go through the painstaking process of selecting my state and waiting a minute for it to load, then selecting my city and waiting a minute for it to load, then selecting my location and waiting a minute for it to load. Today, after all that waiting, it wouldn’t even let me update my password. This app is the WORST. Also, the notifications never notify me of anything. It pops up, says I have a notification, and when I open it, it takes a minute to search for a machine and then tells me I’m out of range. I didn’t want it to search for a machine, I wanted to read the f*ing notification. I hate hate hate this app. Hate..Version: 2.2.9

Barely WorksIt is very slow to load, to find machines, and connect to them when I try to pay. Does not even connect to half the machines- will either say they’re busy/in use when they’re not or just can’t find them to begin with. Does not always start the machines that it can find which means after I get all my stuff loaded into a machine and wait several minutes for it to load each step in the process, I end up having to move it all to another one and try again. Notifications for when your machine is done have never worked for me. When I put in tickets for these issues I don’t think they ever try to fix them. It also went through a period where it would constantly log me out. I forgot my password and could never reset it because the process for resetting it with security questions never worked..Version: 3.0.0

Absolute Insult of an AppIf you’re like me and this app connects to your apartment’s laundry machines, it’d be understandable if you thought this app would be a welcome convenience to avoid having to run to a laundromat or find a place to give you some quarters. That would be true, however, this app so rarely works that it becomes an infuriating hassle. So if you just moved in and see the apps logo pasted around your laundry room, I’d highly recommend finding a reliable source of quarters or a nice laundromat, because that will be the only way you’re getting any laundry done. This app only takes payment in $10 or $20 charges, and at the moment has a few bucks hostage as it shows my balance but “fails to retrieve my account” and requests I try again. The customer service is also nonexistent, as I’ve reached out weeks ago when I first encountered this problem and never received a response. This issue occurs both on my phone and my girlfriend’s. I’m not normally one to review apps, which is something I seem to share with many of these other reviewers, but this is the only app I’ve ever used which genuinely ruined my day. I have petitioned my management company to either change the machines or the app, but I’m not holding my breath..Version: 2.3.0

Barely FunctionalThis app works about 25-30% of the time. The application itself is slow, and most of the time loses connection to the machines so the “texting you when the machine is done” functionality does not exist. Next, in using the interface, even if you are literally right next to the machine you cannot connect to any of them in the laundry room. If you do get connection, and for some reason switch applications, it signs you out where you have to spend 10+ minutes signing in. I assumed this might’ve been a 1 time issue, however, it has happened anytime I have had to do laundry. This functionality needs to be fixed. This application is honestly a joke and makes me dread doing laundry as my entire day will be taken up trying to use this application. I’ve resorted to looking at other laundry options because of this as the machines are as good as scrap metal since I can’t connect to them in the first place..Version: 2.3.0

Slow, clunky appThe user experience using this app is frustrating at best. The app is super slow, and has to refresh the connections whenever you move between any pages. Why should you have to refresh the Bluetooth connection to the machines that I’m standing right next to when I reload money on my card? No one has taken the machines in that time because I’m standing right next to them. I don’t check my balance before going down to the machines, because why would I? I should just be able to take a few seconds to refresh the money on my account. But with all of the slow refreshes of Bluetooth connections, the whole process takes a couple minutes. It also has logged me out multiple times and then insisted I need to change the password, and when I’ve tried it never works. I ultimately have to wait a day until the app starts working again and then I can login with my same password. And there’s no reason why I should have to look up my account based on apartment building location, when you have to put in your email address after that anyway. You should just be able to look up my account by email address and not need to go through the location. I always keep quarters on hand in case the app doesn’t work because it doesn’t work consistently. For the developers: I’m using an iPhone 11S on wifi..Version: 2.2.9

This app is awful and needs a lot of work.I hate this app so much. It logs me out constantly and I made my first account and it logged me out and I could never get back in even though I had $40 loaded onto there that I’m never getting back. Yes, it was also the right password. So I made a second account and today it has logged me out again and keeps saying “incorrect password “ or “can’t locate what state you're in.” It won’t let me login and I have money on there as well. I am so frustrated with this app. I have called customer service numerous times to only get a voicemail each time and I never get a call back. I have only sent one email but that was never responded to either. I wish I didn’t need to use this app but I can only get so much change from the grocery store due to the coin shortage. My neighbors have also experienced the said above problems as well. I’m disappointed because I was so excited for an app that I can pay laundry with due to its convenience. I wouldn’t be so upset if I could at least get a hold of customer service and have someone help me get my original account back or the money I lost. Please!! DifficultWhile it is handy not to have coins all the time, this app and it’s set up are glitchy. First of all the instructions don’t match the machines. It says hit the start button but our machines have no “start” button. You have to just keep pressing buttons until it says “card” and then “hold.” When you put your clothes in either the washer or dryer and for whatever reason, ie: not enough funds or the app disconnects and when it comes back it tells you the machine is “unavailable,” even when it’s your own clothes. The only way around this is to take everything out and try again until the machine is available “again.” Also when adding funds to your account, you don’t get a “completed” message. It just looks like nothing happens so when you hit to complete the transaction, it takes your money twice! Just be aware..Version: 2.3.0

After you adjustThe initial set up was not a user friendly experience. It took myself,my significant other, and a rather large argument to figure out how to make the app work. If you have no one to argue with, you may not get the app to work. If it is you and only you, braving the trials and tribulations of unfeeling machines that can not communicate in forms comprehensible to human lips or ears, the result may be a pile of burning dirty laundry strewn in front of the laundry room, your nude form astutely standing on the roof of the apartment building were you reside, and a fist angrily shaking towards the sun in defiance of an old god that abandoned you. But, if you can make the app work, pretty solid piece of software. No crashes, WiFi friendly, and ease of use for the transferring of funds..Version: 2.2.9

Unhappy customerONLY ONE STAR.... had to put “3” stars so the post would even go through. Interesting... The app worked great the first 1.5 years and the last few months there have been many issues with the app/ service (and we’ve tried on multiple devices). The company apologizes but it’s seems to continuously happen. There is also a national coin shortage which makes it difficult to even get quarters to do our laundry. Very displeased with this company and app the last few months. I suggest there be free laundry or some compensation for how often the app doesn’t work. My significant other is in the fitness industry and I am in the medical field therefore we have a lot to laundry to do-it’s frustrating not being able to do your laundry from a company error. It’s also interesting that the review won’t even “complete” when you only put one star, every single name, symbol, made-up words happen to be taken. Lord save me !Honestly the worst app I’ve ever used in my life! I’m seriously thinking of starting a petition so my apartment complex will get rid of our washing machines that use this app.. it takes 10 minutes to locate the machine and it also logs me out so every time I don’t log in in a couple days.. it’s the worst Edit: if I could give this app zero stars I would! The machines don’t work when it rains because u won’t be able to access the app. It will tell u that ur password is incorrect even if it’s not . I usually have to delete and redownload the app every single time I want to use the machine. It’s take an average of like 10-15 minutes to get the machine to work EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s become infuriating I honestly just want to rip these machines out myself and drag them to the dumpster. Everyone in my complex hates them the app is garbage. Seriously if u read these reviews DO NOT use this garbage it will just ruin ur day. Also customer service is a joke. I had the app charge me $7 for one load once even tho it’s 1.75 I called for a refund never received it. Today I called again someone named Yolanda hung up on me and would not answer when I kept calling back. If any business deserves to go out of business it’s this one! ReallyUpdate: they redid the app and it’s a little better. Still worth very little stars. Somehow you still can’t add a custom amount of money. Additionally, (this has happened to be twice) the app will glitch upon adding money on and double it. And if you contact customer service they say they can refund the double charge, but need your card number over email.. yeah... no. Figure out a way to look up people’s accounts without them having to send compromising information 🤦🏼‍♀️I still really dislike this app, but have to use it. You would think they would have added in a way to add a custom amount of money or pay as you go, but I’m not given that choice. So dumb. Also HORRIBLY made app. The previous version was the worst app I have ever installed on my phone. I actually went back to quarters because of it. Stops Working RandomlyWill stop working out of nowhere. It logs into my account (shows my balance and everything), but says my account cannot be located. I try to send a message to their tech team through the app, but since it “can’t locate my account” it won’t let me send so I have to look up their contact info online to sends an email, but they take about a week and a half to get back to me and when they do it’s only to say to uninstall the app on my apple device and reinstall it (which doesn’t fix it). I have made sure my wifi and Bluetooth are both working and they function perfectly for other apps, just not this one. When this happens it causes huge problems because I can’t just wait several days to do laundry, and my time is very limited, and I can’t get change anywhere in the weekends because of the “national coin shortage” so micropayments get needs to get this figured out..Version: 2.2.8

Always brokenThis app always has a problem. We can’t do our laundry, I’d rather have coin laundry again! It doesn’t run on my partners phone since his OS is too old. Now it has problems constantly. Support will say things like, do this with the Bluetooth turned off, but do that with it on. What? Then it won’t save our card so every time you need to put it in again, oh it won’t accept it now. Why don’t you try the photo feature to take a pic of it? Oh my god. So I add $60-80 every time I top up, because I don’t want to have to wait days to do my laundry until they’re able to fix the problem. Now it logs me off every time I need to do laundry, then it won’t recognize me. And it won’t run unless I have WiFi. Guess where there’s no WiFi. I’m the laundry room. So back I go. This is awful. I always need to message my landlord to do our laundry because for whatever reason this app doesn’t work on any of our phones. it’s embarrassing and a awful..Version: 2.2.8

Worst app but still better than using quartersThis app is slow and glitchy. I have to close it and reopen several times to get it to connect to machines. Also can’t use it with wifi on. Once it didn’t work at all for several hours, and I already had my clothes and detergent in a washer, so I had to scramble to find quarters in my apartment. Maybe unrelated to this app - in my building, the app is connected to top loading speed queen washers, which are horrible and don’t clean clothes well and leave lint. I’m assuming they could put this app on better washers, but this app combined with these horrible washers just make my laundry experience unpleasant every time. This is the worst app I use, but I continue to use it because I have no choice..Version: 2.3.0

Making laundry a rage inducing activityI actually have to mentally prepare myself before doing laundry because of this app. If it isn’t telling me I don’t have an account or that it can’t find any laundry machines in my building, it takes so long to connect to the machine that my temperature settings reset to the default or it doesn’t bother to inform me when my load is done even though it has the required notification information. When it’s “working,” it still requires multiple reboots to get a load of laundry done. About the only feature that works flawlessly is loading money on my account. I would say avoid this app, but doing so means either finding a massive amount of quarters, taking your laundry to somewhere else, or moving to a new apartment in a building whose laundry machines don’t use it..Version: 2.3.0

App steals ten dollars! And doesn’t work!This app is NOT functional. To use the washing machines in my building, you can either pay through this app or use quarters. When I first moved in, I tired using this app because who has quarters anymore. However, the app is non functional and I deleted it from my phone. First, it asks you for the location, but takes forever to load and not all locations are listed correctly. I had to send an *email* to the customer service department to find where my apartment was actually listed. There isn’t even an easy way to report problems. After you pick your location, it asks you to upload a minimum of ten dollars (even though my laundry is much less), which you can’t transfer back to your card if you don’t spend it all! A total rip off. Then after all that, the app wouldn’t connect to any of the machines and I lost ten bucks. It’s easier to get quarters than gamble with this app..Version: 2.3.0

Pointless and horrible appI would be fine with app operated machines over credit card operated if the app consistently worked, but it does not. It’s infuriating the amount of time it’s stolen from me. Too often I’ve loaded my laundry into machines, added detergent, and it just won’t work. It won’t allow me to login or it just loads for ten minutes. I’ve redownloaded the app multiple times because of this . When I’ve complained to my Apartment Manager, she said yeah all the tenants are complaining you’ll just have to use quarters until they fix it. But there’s a quarter shortage??? You need to add money to get it to work so it’s connected to an account anyway so why not skip the app and just let us use a card? Plus you have to add money in increments of $10 and $20 so when I move out of this apartment building an inevitably have a balance, I’ll have to contact this horrible company to get reimbursed. This app works like an app that hasn’t been supported in years. I’ve also contacted the company when machines haven’t worked and haven’t been consistently reimbursed for the money they’ve stolen from me. Worst app everDoesn’t allow persistent login. No wifi in basement, so you have to go outside to get a signal (letting it connect to your account), then run back inside so it doesn’t give an error message when connecting to washers/dryers via Bluetooth. Have had this app for eight months, and it’s a major headache. I dread doing laundry because of it. Would highly prefer to use a credit card or quarters because the UX is so poor. Also, it’s nearly impossible to top off time on dryer. You can maybe add time (just 10 minutes) once or twice but then the app stops responding. You should be able to select how much total time you’d like to add (e.g., half an hour) and then have it actually work! Or have the process be so easy that you don’t mind repeating the steps several times (if they don’t have the technical ability to add this feature)..Version: 2.2.6

The glitchiest, most frustrating app EVER!!!I have never NOT had a problem with this app. It consistently shows only 1-2 washers or dryers are available even when there are 8 that are online and not in use. Sometimes I go to do laundry and all the washers are sitting empty and ready to start but the app says they are all busy. Additionally, it frequently crashed or gives error messages about having poor connection even when I have good service, and the annoying blue loading screen flashes up every time I tap anything in the app. It doesn’t accept Amex, which is fine, but nowhere in the process of adding a credit card does it ever SAY it doesn’t accept Amex, which would be nice. It also double charged me for no reason. That said, support did respond in 45 minutes. However, from now on I will be stockpiling quarters to avoid using this app..Version: 2.3.0

Unreliable and non-existence customer serviceI have been using this app to make laundry payments for a few years now, but I am fed up with it. It seems to have recently gotten much worse. It regularly cannot connect to laundry machines and cannot retrieve my account. It also seems to no longer be able to remember your account information even when you request it to. Finally, if you need customer service, forget using the “request support” feature; no one will reply to you. You instead will need to directly contact the company through their website. Its as if they don’t get or review any support requests from the app. This is especially true if you need a refund because of errors on their part. I have neighbors who gave up using this app because of money stolen from them by this company. This app and company belongs in the figurative trash..Version: 2.2.8

Not worth the hassleI’ve been using this app since I moved to my new apartment complex in December. Outside of it force closing and logging you out mid wash cycle or switching over your laundry, needing to be constantly closed and reopened to just pay for your laundry to be done, the final straw was the inability to change my password or log in at all. My husband and I have both made accounts and after getting through all of the security questions just keep getting an error. I got so frustrated that I’ve called their customer service line twice and left a voicemail once outside of working hours and no one answers, so I have emailed them. Three times!! “Would you like to rate this app”Well, since you keep asking right in the middle of trying to start a machine, here ya go. It’s inexplicably slow and unintuitive. It doesn’t save login information so you have to type in your email and pw every time. But it does save your last room location, so even though the typical user is in a multiunit building with numerous laundry rooms, the app assumes you will be in the same room every time. So, you log in: delay. It automatically searches for the machines in the last room, and does not find them: delay. You find the function to change rooms, and select the room you’re in: another delay. Bottom line: it works, in the most basic sense, but user experience is bad and doesn’t seem to improve over time..Version: 2.2.9

It rarely works so you best hope you always have an extra 10 minutes on hand!If you like it to take you 10 minutes to change each load or even start your first - then this app is for you! You can surely go on your jolly way after fussing with this atrocity for 10 minutes, right??!…. Well….that is hoping that after your initial 10 minute wait time you don’t experience another error and the app NOW cannot locate your account; in these scenarios I find it’s most therapeutic to scream obscenities at the top of your lungs while you simultaneously try to remember whether or not you still have cash somewhere or if you depleted your stash from the last time this app did not work. I will never live in another complex that requires you to rely on this app to do your laundry and it is a large reason why we likely will not be renewing our lease. System crashes whenever reloading cardIt seems as though every time I’ve tried to reload my wallet, there is a system error. Also the idea of notifying you when your laundry is done is great! Except once every 5 laundry loads does it ever really work. Is that because the Bluetooth connection doesn’t reach to my apartment? The system should still be able to recognize which user paid for which service and notify them. I still have to set my timer on my watch or phone so I know when everything is done. Please advise! This app has the potential to be a great help/addition for residents, not a headache whenever laundry day arrives. The customer service team DOES respond to you, but it doesn’t help when you’re standing in the laundry room panicking because you can’t get the app to work/login/reload your wallet..Version: 2.2.6

GarbageWorst laundry app. I’ve been dealing with it for over 2 years now. Has errors half of the time, I’ve been over charged for loads, I could go on. One time the machine was off balance & when I fixed it, so it could finishing spinning, the machine just timed out. So, I had to pay for an entire new cycle when there was only 4 minutes left… machines should really have a spot for physical money for when the app is down. Otherwise your wet clothes will just have to sit there until it’s up again. I mostly hate that you can’t change the temperature of your wash water (or any of the other setting for that matter; like if you decide you need an extra rinse, etc.) once you press start. Seems really silly, given that the water temperature doesn’t effect the cost of the wash cycle you chose. I get the deep rinse part, but then at least let me pay the extra .25¢ and add additional settings. The dryer can be “topped off” for 15 minutes for .25¢..Version: 3.0.0

Worst app I’ve ever usedI’m not normally one to review apps, good or bad, but this is honestly one of the worst apps I’ve ever used for anything. Every page is slow to load, I’m talking 1-2 full minutes of loading screens between every step. Half the time it doesn’t connect to open machines and you have to open and close the app several times for it to properly register. You can only load money in increments of $10 or $20, even if you only need to do one load of laundry. I’ve been logged out of my account multiple times and unable to get back in. Im currently locked out my account , unable to access the money in my account, unable to do my laundry (which is literally the only job of this app), and I continuously get an error message when trying to update my password. To top it off, it’s impossible to quickly reach customer service to get this resolved. So I guess I will be washing my underwear in my sink until I can get or a laundromat. Seriously, please avoid this app if you can! It’s not worth the frustration..Version: 2.3.0

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Everyone involved in making this should be so embarrassedTerrible app. Slow, glitchy, doesn’t work at all more than 20% of the time (absolutely not an exaggeration), loads for a VERY long time after every button you hit. Logs you out the VAST MAJORITY of the times you try to use it, will decide mid use to stop connecting to Bluetooth with no ability to trouble shoot besides sending out a customer service request in what seems to be a black hole void cause no one responds or is helpful. This app needs SERIOUS, SERIOUS, SERIOUS work, I’m shocked it is actually used and isn’t an entry level computer student’s first ever project. Get it together guys, I mean come on it’s almost comical how awful this app is. Never knew doing laundry could raise my blood pressure this much! Barely WorksThis is one of the worst apps I've ever used. It feels like it was made by someone taking a basic coding class. Half of the time, the app loads forever and then says it’s experiencing issues and to try again later or it just logs you out and won’t log back in. On multiple occasions, I’ve loaded the machine and added soap only to have the app glitch and be stuck with no way to start the load until I go out somewhere and find quarters. The other half of the time, when it’s “working,” it takes 102 days to just load the available machines. Then it takes a thousand years trying to load each page and there are multiple pages to navigate through just to start one load of laundry. It notifies you that your load is done at the incorrect time, which is unhelpful. It will also put a machine’s status as “busy” if the machine door is open, which makes no sense because who is washing laundry with the door open? The machine should say busy when the door is closed or when the machine is actually running. The app needs to be completely rebuilt or something because it doesn’t work enough for it to be a reliable option to do laundry. If this app connects to the laundry machines in your apartment building, just keep a supply of quarters on hand instead or use a laundromat. I’d rather wash my clothes by hand in a bucket than rely on this app to do my laundry..Version: 2.3.0

Can’t add timeI don’t understand what the issue is with the dryers. When you use the app to add funds, there is no problem adding funds to your card. There is no problem starting the washing machine and there is no problem starting the dryer—but it only gives you 45 minutes for $1.50. Every additional five minutes is a quarter. I wouldn’t even mind paying the money, but for some reason it is very, very inconsistent when you try to add time. Most of the time when you hit “add time” it just says it can’t communicate with the machine and you have to try it over and over and over again. Therefore it takes me 20 minutes of just standing there, trying to add time. Again, there’s no issue starting the machines initially but it is very difficult to add time— it is very hit or miss and you have to make multiple attempts. I really wish they were correct this and I would give if more stars. Thank you!.Version: 2.3.0

Nice when it worksUsed the app for about 4 years now, and within the past 3 months it’s become a major pain. There’s always been lag issues because it takes several second just to change screens, but now at least once a week (I do multiple loads per week) I’ll randomly get a message informing me the app is “not available.” This will happen 45 minutes after I’ve used the washer and am trying to use the dryer or it might happen when I’m trying to load my first load of clothes: there’s no telling when the issue all arise. And good luck trying to contact customer service, they never respond. May have to ditch the app altogether and just stick to coins, frustratingly enough Update: six months later and the issues have only worsened. Error messages are much more frequent and still no customer service in site. I’ll be contacting my apartment management on Monday and will be pushing them to abandon this service.Version: 2.3.0

Completely UselessI could get hover the fact that the app is slow and glitchy, if it consistently worked, but this app has logged me out of my account more times than I can count. If it would let me log back in, it would be one thing and I could consider it an annoying bug that times you out after an extended period of inactivity. Instead, you can be in the app one day, and completely locked out the next. This is now the third time that the app has logged me out and told me my password was incorrect. So then I have to go through the process of verifying my identity (and I do get through that stage), to then be told that there are network issues (I’m sitting in my apartment, on stable wifi) that prevent me from changing my password??? Then, because I try the process more than once, I’m locked out of my account. Customer support will literally never get back with you, it doesn’t matter how many times you contact them. THE WORSTThis app is supposed to facilitate laundry services however all I find is that is slows down the laundry process as it takes forever to “think” and scan what machines are available for us. And now, on a Sunday, I’m trying to do laundry and this asinine app is so buggy that I can’t log in even though I know I’m entering all my information in correctly (and I’m getting a “cannot locate host” error). ALSO there is an option to stay logged in, however the dumb app makes you sign in at least once a month. If the “stay signed in” function actually worked, I wouldn’t be in the predicament. Honestly, even as deeply inconvenient as a quarter coin laundry system is, I would gladly switch to that archaic system over using this clunky, slow, and poorly built app. If you are an apartment complex or similar looking to use this app, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Absolutely terribleHad to rate three stars just for this to go through. Spent 30 minutes trying to sign up due to many errors. Once I finally managed to sign up, it kicked me out and I had to sign in. Tried to sign in, but kept getting errors. Finally got signed in, and nothing would go through as far as payments, and once it did, I was charged TWICE. Took forever to get the app to register my laundry machines, and once it did, it started my machine, and 10 minutes later, the machine was “out of order” if you’re like me, and you put your laundry and detergent in before starting the laundry, then you probably wanted to throw your phone across the room. Thank god for machines that still accept quarters….Version: 2.2.9

Inconsistent and UnresponsiveWhen I moved, I was excited that my apartment complex had a feature to pay for laundry service via your phone. Now, I would rather carry quarters back and forth. The app rarely works. At least once month, I have to re login (even though I have requested to stay signed in). It takes several attempts to login due to timeouts, “the app service is not available”, etc. I’ve tried to change my password and after going through the entire process of proving my identity and selecting a new password, the app cannot update. It tells you to contact customer support. I’ve sent about a half of a dozen messages and yet to hear back. When I am able to login, in the laundry room, it takes about 8 minutes average for the app to locate the laundry machines available. I wish this app would function better. My weekly laundry chore turns into a full half day with the inconsistencies and unresponsiveness of this app..Version: 2.3.0

Too slow, unnecessary extra stepsThis app is fine, I don’t have any major issues with it. It’s definitely more convenient than using quarters. It’s just sooooo slowwww. It takes forever to pull up all the machines, once you tap on the machine you want to use, it takes forever to load again just to tap “start” on the app, then “start” on actual machine itself. Then the one thing that makes no sense to me is that you have to tap “done” on the app after the machine starts. This is so unnecessary and if your trying to do more than one wash, you now have to wait for the app the refresh and show all the machines again. So it’s frustrating if you’re preparing your next wash and you forget to press the stupid “done” button..Version: 2.2.9

Nigh UnusableThis is hands-down the worst app I’ve ever used. It is 2:30am where I live, and I am in the middle of trying to do laundry after our cat decided to treat our bed as a litter box right before bed… which of course isn’t the app’s fault. But what IS the app’s fault is that I currently have damp laundry stranded in three machines because it won’t load. I’m used to waiting for 15 seconds for the app to initialize, and walking fully out of the laundry room in our complex to get good enough signal that the app will connect to my account, then standing in the doorway to try to get the sweet spot of Bluetooth connectivity to the machines AND cellular data connectivity to my account. I’m used to that dance now. It’s tremendously bad, but it’s predictable and therefore manageable. THIS is new. Now, it says “app not available” or something similar. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but nothing helps..Version: 2.3.0

Worse Rip Off AppThis app, if your lucky, will occasionally work. That’s what so bad. You don’t occasionally casually do laundry. You plan a time then when you must sign in the app to laundry, it keeps reading, login failed. This is the theft. When you get it open, you have to add $10 intervals to your wallet. Ironic, never has it failed to take your money from your credit card! Now they have your money but you can’t access your account. How convenient for this company. Customer service is nonexistent. I have never received a reply back from contacting customer support. Today I’m going to convince my property management to terminate this service. In addition, I’m going to write a negative review about my complex because of this company on every social media of my 1.5M followers. Maybe now someone will wake the heck up!.Version: 2.1.2

Lighter than quartersSo the app has potential but there are some issues. 1) it takes forever to actually load the app once I’ve clicked on it. 2) every time I want to start another machine, because I’ll do a couple loads of laundry at a time, it takes forever and reloads the whole thing instead of just quickly refreshing the list of available machines. 3) I hate that the only options for reloading money are $10 or $20 there should be the option of whatever the cost of the machines are. 4) it will remind you when your laundry is done but it’s completely inaccurate. I have gotten the reminder and gone across the building and down three floors to the room and there still been 10 minutes left. Also if I start my washers at about the same time (always within two minutes because I have to refresh and start over between each purchase) the timing is grossly incorrect. For a 32 minute wash one machine will take 27 minutes and another will take 40. Kicker is you never know what ones going to be slower and what ones going to be faster so you can try to time things to get done at the same time. There’s still potential if these kinks can be ironed out. I’d like to have them fixed because it’s a whole lot lighter than carrying quarters when I already have laundry, detergent, softener, dryer sheets, etc.Version: 2.2.2

Using Coins Would Be EasierI can see how this app could be useful or even better than regular coin laundry but most of it’s “benefits” are useless or unreliable at best. The app only takes $10 or $20 to add to your wallet which is hilarious. Starting the machine is usually fine for me, which is the bare minimum. But adding extra time (or “topping it off”) is always a hassle and if you’re using these dryers you’re going to want extra time unless you like damp clothes. I would just pop in another quarter at my old place, here I have to fight the app and machine to take my money. Another “useful” feature that doesn’t quite work is that the app tells you how long your laundry has left until it’s cycle is finished. That way you can walk away and check how much time is left until you can come back, right? No, as soon as you step away and the laundry machine isn’t in range, the app no longer shows you how much time is left or the machines. You might as well use your own timer if you plan to step away. All of this is to say that this app is just as good, if not slightly worse than regular coin laundry. No real added benefits, just slightly worse experiences..Version: 2.3.0

Convenient but rips you offIt will sometimes not work, when it does work it’s very simple to use and convenient. However I dislike that when your “wallet” has money left on it that will not cover the cost of a load say $1.00 or $.75 or $1.75 when you ad money to your wallet the previous money you had on there disappears!!!! Granted it’s a not much but it adds up and it’s the point of it.. it’s ripping you off and stealing money from you basically. I am also curious to see if it is keeping track of it accurately I have not made personal records and kept track to match with their “history” to see if it is being accurate with money placed on the account in the “Wallet”.. so easy to use, convenient but kind of a pick pocket.Version: 2.2.9
