✓ Happy with app but not with customer serviceHello, I live at Bloomfield Place Apartments in MI. I am enjoying the progressiveness of this app and its technology. :) it’s super convenient. However, whatever service we are using to do maintenance on our machines, I have not been successful at reaching. Two of our buildings washers are out of commission and I have call the number given to have someone come and get them fixed and no one has picked up on the phone line. I’ve been hung up on twice by the automated system. Please let me know what number I can call to fix this issue, as our complex does not personally handle the laundry machine maintenance. ✓ Generally very usefulI’d love to give it 4.5 stars. It’s really convenient, I don’t have to keep rolls of quarters around and it sends an sms when your load is complete. That said I have had a few times when, for whatever reason, the app can’t or won’t connect to any machines. I don’t know if it is an issue with the company or if it is on my apartment complex’s end. Again not sure of the cause of this complaint, but the range on the app, with the exception of adding minutes to your dry cycle(Awesome I know!) you have to be in the laundry room or right outside of it to even check if there are open machines. Even still, I’m glad my complex paired with this payment company!.KratzetVersion: 2.2.9

✓ Good for the most time but it’s been frustrating lately.I rarely write reviews but I think doing a review would catch developers attention. I love the idea of being able to pay laundry through your phone but the app has been crashing a lot lately and it’s getting a bit frustrating. My app isn’t as slow like what other people expressed that it took them 10-15 min for it to work mine takes about 10-20 seconds which it’s not a big deal. I haven’t had any problems with the app not launching till last month. Hopefully this will be addressed. I would be nice to send customers emails as a heads up if the app will be down for the day so we can plan ahead of time. Thank you..Pinaupong manokVersion: 2.3.0

✓ This app failsUPDATE: Sometimes when you complain, someone actually listens. Since writing the review below, the app has improved greatly. All of the issues listed in the following paragraph have been corrected. The app is reliable and hasn’t crashed since. It is still a little slow but not frustratingly so. We never did hear back from customer support, but the issues have been resolved. OLD REVIEW: This app, when it works, is slow and unreliable. However, it frequently crashes stating “Unable to retrieve account” (although it will still let you add money to the account it can’t retrieve) to just plain failing. My wife and I have repeatedly (at least 5 times, but probably more) sent a request to the app’s customer support, but have heard nothing back, ever. ✓ Good when it works.This app is great when it works. But it’s very hit or miss. Doesn’t pick up available machines sometimes when I’m standing in the laundry room. The functionality of the app is slow and poor quality. Even when you add money the app will freeze then say nothing was deposited. So I’ll deposit money again and get charged twice. Today when trying to use the app it wouldn’t let me sign in and said password was incorrect. Then when I went to reset my password, it wouldn’t let me get past the first step because you have to list the state you live in and it didn’t even offer California as an option. Found out by troubleshooting it myself, it was because the app wasn’t updated. But where most apps will tell you that you need to update your software. This one just says your password is incorrect. Only reason I didn’t give it one star was because I like it when it actually works. But the app is just not consistent. And as someone who has to do laundry often for my job, this app can be really stressful when it doesn’t work and you’re on a time crunch. There’s no trouble shooting or FAQ, contact info for the company, updates or directions or what to do when it’s not working. So if you’re like me and realize that the app isn’t working after you’ve already put your laundry in with the detergent... you’ll probably have some frustrating moments wanting to throw your phone against the wall because the functionality of this app is not great at all..T.r.e.777Version: 2.2.8

✓ Hair by Tim inside My Salon SuitesI was a little worried about using the washer and dryers at work. After another tenant helped me out and showed me how to use the washer and dryer it’s not to bad. The app guides you through the entire process, it shows you the amount of money you have on your wallet, it’s tells you which washer and dryers that are open and ready to use. Once you put your laundry into the washer it notifies you on your phone, watch or whatever device you use that your Landry is done and ready to switch to the dryer. The dryers do the same and if you have an issue you can email, talk or send in a repair request. I recommend MicroPayments. Update: if I could change a few features it would be that the washer and dryers not beep till you press start. It’s a little annoying when you are putting your items in the washer or dryer and it beeps and beeps and beeps. Also the app seems to lag when you are using it..SirkGomezVersion: 3.0.0

✓ The app is working way better!Edit: the app is working well now!! I can add time, find my machines, and connect easily. I can start my machine without restarting the app. Very pleased! It sometimes requires me to restart the app or turn my phone off and turn back on to even find a washer or dryer. It takes so long to start that my phone screen will turn off, which makes me have to start over loading the app, refreshing, searching for machines. The add more time function doesn't work. Sometimes it says I'm not at my home, or says there are multiple laundry rooms in my building (not true). I was really excited to not have to get quarters anymore for the wash but this app is terrible so I'm considering just going back to quarters..SleepbullyVersion: 2.2.9

✓ Works for some, worked for meI was hesitant to try this due to the reviews but with covid getting quarters because much harder so I decided to give it a try. I haven't had any issues with it so far, been using it for about 3 months now. There are some parts that could use improvement, it is not the most user friendly app ever but it does the job, at least for me. It's so nice to not have to deal with quarters and reload whenever I want. I can't give it 5 stars because I had to worry about potentially losing my money just to give it a shot. Moral of the story- definitely recommend giving it a try since it does appear to work fine for some people.. as long as you're prepared to potentially loose money or have a bad time.
