✓ App doesn't workI requested a verification code almost a day ago and I did not received it so was not able to use the app. It's a good idea but I guess I'll have to keep booking my PJs the old fashioned way - through my assistant. Shame..Version: 6.2
✓ Bait and switch, then a scamTerrible business practices, make promises then change their pricing model - so far this year I’ve counted and they’ve changed pricing and routes EIGHT times in a major and noticeable way. Consistently dishonest business practices. I’ve flown with them for two years primarily in north America and it’s getting worse and worse to the point where I’m not renewing and will likely contest the existing charges. Not expecting to win in a court battle, but I’ll be making sure their garbage business practices are made very public..Version: 6.14.1

✓ Marketing push notifications can’t be turned offThere is no way in the app to turn off marketing push notifications so prepare yourself to be inundated with ads. Turning off push notifications all together is also a non-starter since you need them to snag a seat on a flight. i’ve even attempted to contact the company about this issue but received no response..Version: 7.6.3

✓ Horrible experienceThe worst private aviation experience I have ever had, no wifi on flights, no seat selection even though I was the creator of the flight, my family is not sitting together, and they only communicate within the app through some call center in Florida with untrained reps. For the price of this experience, there are a ton of better options, this is the spirit airlines of private aviation…they don’t actually own planes or have a standing private charter business. ✓ Waste of time and moneyChanges to the system has left people who purchased packages unable to fly out of anywhere without reserving the entire plane which is something you don’t need this app to do . Your other option is hoping and waiting another user reserved an entire plane and is willing to sell some seats , again something you don’t need this app for . Crowdfunding a flight is a joke also . The 20 grand they want to upgrade or join just to use the app and service is laughable . It was a good service a year or two ago but no longer :(.Version: 6.15.2

And again. And again. Edit in response to developer: I find it very hard to believe that most users find phone spam helpful. ✓ Full on scam. Lost $10kIf I could give zero stars I would. Terrible app and even worse customer service. I fly private all the time and this by far has been the worst experience. Stay away from these thieves, I lost $10k from this company so if you value your money then do not book with these people. There are way better options out there with actual normal humans that will give you excellent service. This app is just about grabbing your money and is just another transaction to them. They could careless about you being happy with the app or the whole process. Booking a private jet should be a luxurious experience from start to finish. And these people treat it like you’re renting a Prius from Budget. I regret using this app and dealing with Dean when I asked for a refund because I couldn’t physically make it to the plane due to technical issues out of my control few days prior to my trip. ✓ Good idea.... But bad appNot a well designed app at all. It won't load empty legs.. Doesn't say if you need to register to load legs.. Every time you open after the first time it comes up with a message asking you to change notifications in your setting as it says it can't load without being able to send you push notification. Which is rubbish information. This message then blocks the whole screen and you are stuck with it... Great idea...badly executed.. Wait until they redesign the app....Version: 5.5.1
✓ Searching Airports is Overtly ComplicatedYou cannot search by typing in a location, whether that be, town, city, state, etc. You need to type in the exact name of the airport you depart from and arrived to. Which, makes you leave the app, search the exact names of airports (which aren’t all included in app) and type that in to the search bar. It’s an easy fix. The first year i had great use and really enjoyed it despite the airports not being the most convenient to me...After signing up for the second year they just changed all the rules. Now you have to pay for every flight...more than the cost of a first class airfare and much less larger jets to choose from. Sorry I signed up for the second year. ✓ Dishonest companyThis is a review of the service and not the app. I subscribed for 1 year, and I was interested in one particular flight leg due to the nature of my business, and this was the dubai-riyadh leg. The service was great when it worked, but half the way into the contract, the company changed the deal and started to charge extra (charter basis) and dumped me and the likes of me without offering us a refund. We were offered a meaningless solution which we refused. I have been robbed, and I would advise people not to join this dishonest company service..Version: 6.12.9

✓ Company needs better communicationThe company needs to be more transparent in their communications and changes. I enjoyed their service however their pricing changed as right after I signed up and their availability dropped on shuttle flights. The company did a terrible job of communicating their price change. They sold one product/service and left out the fact that pricing could change during the sales presentation. I’ve flown twice and liked the service but I no longer trust them. ✓ Download App = Cold CallingI have received numerous phone calls since I’ve downloaded the app. Once you download expect to see calls from Ft Lauderdale, Fl - they don’t leave messages and when I did answer and tell them I didn’t have time to talk, they still continued to call and not leave a message. Very irritating and in my opinion the point of using apps on our phones is to minimize aggressive sales tactics and annoying sales calls. ✓ Terribly fraudulent company positive reviews are fakeThis company forces their employees to write the positive fake reviews they promise the employees and customers the world then change things the next day and don’t offer a refund, they have their employees trying to figure out who writes the bad yet truthful reviews because in their contract it states that a member who says anything negative they have the right to cancel without a refund. ✓ ScamI’m taken back by the lack of communication from company as a Memeber for almost three years they cancelled the smart plan and I got a call few days before my renew date and cold shoulder. They told us we where grandfathered in at rare and plan all lies. If you read an article from air stream jets on google about jet smarter it’s dead on !!! ✓ Need for many more shuttles out of the Atlanta, and Southeastern states!!This is a great jet shuttle service, and very nice jets compared to other private jet services. The biggest problem I've come to find, are the limited areas of daily shuttles for people living in the Southeastern states, and cities such as Atlanta. How can Atlanta be the the busiest airport in the country, yet Jet Smarter doesn't put near the amount of attention for those living in that area? So there's 2 shuttles out of Atlanta, one to New York, and one to Ft Lauderdale. The southeast has had such a commercial boom in the past 10 years, bringing the largest corporations to the Carolinas, Georgia, and Alabama! With Boeing, Honda, Mercedes, Volvo, BMW, Polaris, Honda ATV, and Shutterstock!! It's very frustrating to try to put a flight together, but must fly to New York first, one of the flights from Atlanta that Jet Smarter has as a shuttle. Now your left with getting from Charleston to Atlanta, and on the return leg, getting to your home airport from Atlanta?? I also believe there should be more round trip fares, rather than selling one way at fares a time. We'll have to see if they grow, and begin to accommodate those of us living in the southeast? Once in the air, and in the small airports, things run very smoothly! I'm just hoping that they realize the need for members flying out of Atlanta, to many designations? Member.Version: 6.12.8

You select departure and destination airports and you get a bunch of prices on a bunch of days. ✓ JetSmarter scams longtime customersI’ve been a jet smarter member for nearly 3 years and what started out as an all you can fly for one price app has become an author rip off where they are now running shuttles that are far more expensive than first class tickets without any flexibility in service. The promise of getting an empty leg to anywhere of value out of Los Angeles is probably zero so you were left with shuttles to New York on 25-year-old planes landing and hour and a half from New York City and paying $2400 for the privilege. Take the $15,000 year they charge you and buy amazing first class tickets on really good airlines and you will be happy you did..Version: 6.10.1
✓ Nickel and dime paying clients - not a good practiceBooked 2 flights thru JetSmarter for JetSuite X one week in advance, and needed to change the flight 2 hours after the booking to a later time that same day. Was charged $75 per ticket to make the change by JetSmarter, when JetSuite X offers that service for free if you do it 24 hours prior to the flight. Upon finding out that JetSuite X actually doesnt charge their clients to make such a change, I was welcomed to read the JetSmarter terms and conditions I accepted while booking the flight, which state their $75 change policy. ✓ Same App/Different Name/Same ProblemsCannot figure out why this remains so elusive to so many companies trying to do the same thing. Please note to whoever reads these: if A client is booking a flight with two seats it doesn’t make sense for me to pay 3x the original fair quote just because they are going to six passengers. The way this makes sense is under this scenarios - whole plane rental. You would have to be crazy to spend $6-8k for a on a shared ride when a whole plane charter is $12-15k. A customer is better off just booking a straight charter and putting six people on it for $2k a seat. Why on earth would a client charter six seats for $36k? Hope someone finally figures out how to make this seemingly simple, strangely elusive, proposition work- but this APP as of today makes little sense..Version: 6.21.3
