✗ I wouldn’t give the app a star at allGot dario as everything seemed to work with voiceover until you actually sign in then nothing.. may get voice thru earpiece but makes it very difficult to use effectively... when contacting Dario support totally uninterested and basically dismissive.. their reply was Dario does not support this feature, it is not suitable for such a use... £50 for a glucose meter that cannot have the app be supported by voiceover is ridiculous and unacceptable.. it can so easily be voiceover friendly and their customer service needs to improve.Version: 4.0.1
✗ Not usable with the iPhone 15 seriesI have used Dario for about 4-5 years off and on, and the last 3 years almost every day. It has been a part of my routine in the morning. However, Dario doesn’t work with the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I did buy a kit with USB-C, but when I insert it, it says Accessory not supported. I did contact Dario Customer Service, and they claim that the FDA has not approved it for the iPhone 15, and sent me a link for approved devices. That is like a slap in the face, because I want to use it with my phone which automatically puts the values in the health app. So until they get it working on the iPhone 15 Pro Max, they have one star. I really don’t want to invest into another system, because I had just purchased over $200 in supplies, just a couple of weeks before the release of the iPhone 15. They also do not have anything on their website about this issue and it would be nice to know if they are going to actually get the device FDA approved for the iPhone 15 or not. So many questions, and they are not forthcoming with answers..Version: 5.8.2
