✓ Love the Magazine, App Download IssueThis is a great magazine. I have a paid iTunes subscription for the digital version of the magazine, but the app does not always allow for the download of the magazine or alert me in notifications when there is a new issue. ✓ Did not get what I orderedI tried to use this app a couple of years ago and paid for a subscription. The app kept crashing when “restoring purchases” and I was never able to view the issues and just gave up. Didn’t even bother to get my money back. Well, I come back a couple of years later, install the app on a new iPad Pro hoping it will work. The past issues that I had paid for actually showed up so I decided to go ahead and get another subscription. However, instead of the Fall 2020 issue showing up in my library, I now have the Romantic Cottage issue! My iTunes account is showing a subscription for Cottage Journal so I know I didn’t purchase the wrong thing..Version: 10.2.0
✓ Great magazine, horrible App!I've been a digital subscriber for a couple of years and love the magazine. The full color large photos are one of the best features! I hate the new layout of the most recent update. Before, I could see the magazines side-by-side which were laid out so I could easily see which ones were downloaded or not. This is important since annual subscriptions don't include special issues. Now, I'm forced to flip through each one - one-at-a-time to see which ones I have or not. It's not convenient. I find myself going back & forth to see which ones I'm missing. And it looks like a cheap, tabloid layout and this magazine is anything but cheap. It should be noted too that print subscribers do not get digital access. I changed it up this year to a print version so I could have the actual magazine too and now I find I have to purchase the digital versions too. Ugh!.Version: 6.0

✓ No help or response on restore requestI have spent a lot of money buying issues. No problem until the most recent app update now I can't restore a single issue. Can't even read the issue I just purchased. I have sent multiple emails requesting support and have not received a response. It feels like theft. ✓ Have to pay for everything!This seems like such a great app! A lot of interesting articles, and aesthetic images. One problem. YOU HAVE TO OAY 10 DOLLARS FOR ONE ARTICLE! I understand having the special edition articles, like romantic cottage, having a price. But Autumn 2020 cottage!? Spring 2019!? Summer 2020?! All of those should be free! ✓ DO NOT PURCHASE!!!I purchased a subscription in May. I cannot “restore” (access, view, etc) any of my issues, even after being on an hour-long chat with Apple. I sent an email to the developer, but since others have gotten no response, I am sure this is just a sad waste of money. However If the developer does not solve this or is non-responsive, I will make sure to follow-up with Apple so they can remove this App from the App Store..Version: 8.7
✓ Are you kidding me???I am a paid subscriber to the hard copy version of Cottage Journal. Since I travel a lot for work, I stupidly thought that I could also read the iPad version for the same price (which isn't cheap, by the way). I can do this with Southern Living. Why not here? ✓ Cannot access on my iPad!!!I love this magazine however, I can only read it in my iPhone. The app wants to charge me per issue to read it in my iPad. Cannot open/restore issues. When I try to re-order the subscription it tells me that I already have a subscription. The same happened with my Southern Lady subscription. I’ll probably renew my subscription with Amazon as I have no issues accessing Victoria, Souther Lady, or TeaTime on my Kindle app..Version: 10.2.0
