✓ Not sure how to rateThis app is not very user friendly I have found. Every time I open it it asks me if I want to restore my issues and that it may take a lot of bandwidth. I thought when I downloaded an issue it was installed locally on my iPad. It's very confusing. Also not sure what you are supposed to do when finished with the magazine and are at the end. Can't seem to find out how to go back to the beginning. But I love the recipes and photos in this magazine..Version: 17.5
✓ Unable to Print RecipesI like the app, especially the search feature, but sometimes I just want to print a recipe and that can't be done. There is an email feature but that just gets you a small pic of the page and a view button that opens up the pixelmag site. Once on the site you are only able to open up the emailed page from the app you originally emailed from..Version: 3.1.4
✓ DisappointedIf I could I would rate zero stars! This update corrected nothing! I purchased the subscription one week ago, emailed and messaged you, but still am unable to access even one issue to read. I am only given options to purchase( which I've already done ) or preview. I am extremely frustrated. I have purchased several printed issues and enjoyed them, which is why I wanted a subscription. Digital is my preference. You offer this option but have not delivered the product. Please refund my money as you have failed to provide adequate services to your customers. ✓ Horrible appThis is not easy to navigate. I cannot tell if I have a subscription or not. When I click on a new magazine it wants me to buy it. Also new special issues do not show up. Or.....they are behind in posting them. I am ready to cancel the whole thing except I love their magazines. I got an email today saying they have a new special issue and it is not there. Bring back the old app. It was easy to use. Enough complaining..Version: 18.0.0

✓ SubscriptionsA year or so ago I subscribed to a 6 mo. Subscription for $10.99. It keeps renewing but won’t let me download the magazines. It offers a single issue price for $4.99 not $1.99 as this app states. My favorite magazine and I can’t even access it even though I have already paid for it. Very disappointing..Version: 17.5

✓ What a rip off!I recently subscribed to Taste of the South print edition & was excited to look up the app for it, thinking I'd have access to it, plus some extras the way other magazines do. I was so disappointed that I'd have to pay for the digital version after already paying for the print version!!! What a rip off!!! ✓ I Don’t Get New IssuesIt doesn’t seem to update. I bought a $20 yearly subscription, but I can’t access new issues whenever they come out. It doesn’t even show them as an option on the app..Version: 17.5
✓ Horrible user experiencePurchased issues are not even remotely easy to access. They are part of a “stack” of all of the issues that you must flip through to find the ones you’ve purchased. And that problem will just compound as more issues are published. I’ve bought several issues and now it’s just too much trouble to try to search for them. (Not to mention that my bookmarks also disappeared.) The previous design of the app was fine and included a sort feature to show purchased issues. The current design is absolutely terrible. I’ve essentially lost the money I’ve put into this app because of their terrible design decisions..Version: 6.3

It was easier when it had the ones you purchased in a list so you can pick which one you wanted to look at. Why did you change it??
