Pretty uselessOn corner for 4 years now. Not able to efficiently use any aspect of the portable app..Version: 6.2.1

Very stressfulWhy are we forced to buy new phone if this app is worse the the old version which worked just fine? In this time of COVID-19 when doctors are so stressed, they don’t need another reason like the so called “upgraded app” that will add to their stress and wastes time that should be used for patient care..Version: 8.3.0

Where is the customer service responseSeriously, Cerner where is the customer response to all of the concerns about this new release? There are some legitimate issues here! C’mon folks, get with the program..Version: 7.3.0

Accurate dictationsI use this app to dictate and then transfer dictated sections into the PowerChart office note. Unable to dictate social history, family history or past medical history. Useful to look at results otherwise practically worthless. As are most Cerner products which have great potential but the company seems to go out of its way to ignore customer feedback in order to improve its offerings. Such a shame!.Version: 5.10

Please fix the dictationDictation was probably the best part of this app. Now it doesn’t pick up half the words, and is very slow. Please fix this as this app has largely become useless for many of us that dictate notes on it..Version: 7.0.0

Terrible app, avoid if you canThis is the single worst piece of medical record keeping software that I have ever used (vs Epic and other homegrown EMRs). Anytime I want to dictate notes for my clinic, I usually have to login and log off of the app around five times and hope to be lucky to make a solid connection. The dragon integration is great, when it works, and unfortunately that is infrequent. There is zero consistency day-to-day in which work-around will allow me to open and use the software. Unfortunately, our clinic has bought into this Cerner ecosystem and we are far too reliant on this app. There is terrible product technical support, frequent unexplained downtime and surprise updates that tend to render the app unusable for at least several days after launch each time they come out..Version: 9.1.1

ClunkyVery light version of Power Chart. Voice recognition is stellar! Helpful for phone calls from patients to look up labs and imaging. Unnecessary haptic steps. Real estate taken up by useless options like on the opening page: checkbox for remember user. Not necessary because the user is always remembered anyway..Version: 5.9

Upgrade doesn’t workThe new update has ruined the app. If the app actual opens it freezes and won’t start back up. My days have gotten longer playing with this. Please fix this!!.Version: 8.2.1

Working. But crashingI do a lot of work on my iPad. It’s crashing often on. Always asking me to sign in. Very difficult even look at the patient in their charts. Needs real help from the developers. It needs a resuscitation. Getting worse now. Please make it better. Please..Version: 9.2.0

Has potential… really confused as to why the app launches a Bluetooth phone call when using in your car…? Makes no sense, chews through battery life, and is frustrating when you’re in your car!!!.Version: 9.4.0

Always freezes!!The app would be so nice to be able to See where patients are to round, but it ALWAYS freezes up!! I need to restart my phone for it to work.Version: 8.8.1

Drains my batteryThe newest version drains my battery. After 15 minutes using the app my battery is down 30%. I have an iPhone 8+, and previously my battery would last 2 days, now I’m having to recharge it at lunch.Version: 8.8.0

Getting worseThis used to be a really great app, but it just keeps getting worse and worse. It seems as though you are trying to make it obsolete. Starting today it now logs out after about 10 minutes, even if I’m using the app. The display for lab results is basically useless as you can no longer look up just by the most recent labs. If I leave the app to go to another app, when I come back it goes back to the patient homepage, not where I was 30 seconds ago. When I log in for the day, it is still on the previous day. Please restore this to the functional efficient app that it previously was..Version: 5.9

Still lacks even the most basic featuresThis app completely lacks the ability to perform even the most basic and frequently performed functions, such as **ordering medications.** As a physician who works with two different mobile EMR apps, Cerner’s PowerChartTouch highlights glaring feature disparities that are emblematic of the long-standing deficiencies inherent to the Cerner’s parent EMR. Of note, these deficiencies are a solved problem in other EMR apps. For example, Epic’s Haiku app has supported basic functions such as ordering medications for years. It is remarkable that — despite this profound feature disparity — Cerner’s PowerChartTouch app has made no apparent progress towards integrating even the most basic features within the past 12 months. I recommend that physicians seek out alternative EMRs when possible and avoid Cerner’s languishing platform altogether given the seeming lack of active development..Version: 8.7.0

This app needs: Micro view and increased ordering abilityWhy is the micro tab conveniently missing? It needs to be there to make antibiotic decisions moving forward. Also, why is the ability to order things limited? Please add the ability to order fluids. As of now we can only cancel them. At some point in the very near future, please add the ability to order/edit power plans. Also make the app faster overall..Version: 9.4.0

Doesn’t show Op ListsGood for answering quick questions: finds patients easily. Shows Clinic lists but the most useful function, which would be keeping up to date with Operating Lists, is absent Not useful for surgeons.Version: 9.6.0

Years behind Epic’s Haiku- pretty useless for inpatient services. Doesn’t really make sense why CORES Mobile and PowerChart are two separate apps - powerchart overall needs to have the ability for lab notifications and secure chat.Version: 9.2.0

Domon face recognitionIs there a risk of somebody stealing my thumb or face every 24 hours? There’s no reason for it to not open my app every time?.Version: 6.0

Schedule viewing: open slotsWhy can’t I see my available slots on my schedule? I don’t see any settings that I can adjust so it must be within the app. Also agree with previous post about being able to view other schedules - fix both issues please!!.Version: 7.11.2

Clicks don’t work, power plans are ill conceived,. Don’t believe me? Try using restraints or medications that create interaction alert. You will throw your phone in agony. Loss of flowsheets and viewing current labs firstWith the new updates we lost flowsheets and labs vital signs and also lost viewing only current labs first and the ability to pull up old labs now the laboratory screen is filled with The clutter of old laboratory results that Are of no importance to the current day placing orders are slower constantly verification of patient physician relationship and is slow. Microbiology not available such as cultures and sensitivity, all charge after discharge not accessible, medication history dosing scheduled of current inpatient orders not available. All this should be available just like they are on otherPrograms. Can’t believe it’s not done..Version: 7.2.0

App does not openI updated to the new version today. The app will not open on my iPad at all, and I have an iPad Pro with the latest software upgrade. Tried turning my iPad on and off but doesn’t work..Version: 7.11.0

Old version preferredWhen the new update came we lost an important trend review for data. For example, when a lab was selected a double tap would open the details of the lab and include a graph trend of the measured value over time. This was very valuable for many types of measurements including, vitals, specific blood pressure trends, heart rates, and important lab values. Now with the update, vitals are not available in a trend view, nor labs. Labs are only listed by dates, and not easily accessed like before. Our team rounds appreciated the ease of data access and mobility throughout the hospital on our service and power touch expedited our rounding, now since the update the data is not as timely/accurately updated, and the trending capabilities are absent. Very disappointed in the updates. Please bring back the trending graphs and detailed views of vitals and labs that were available before. Dictation is spot on 100% and a time saver, but not used anymore by our team since graphing trend review was taken away..Version: 5.7

Repeatedly gives system errorI’ve downloaded this app 10 times. It allows me to review one patient, but if I exit that chart and try to view another, it freezes. Horrific updateDeleted the ability to lookup new schedules of providers. Just got rid of a huge reason to use the application. Thanks for changing the font, that was what was missing... Bring back the old functionality so that health care providers can do their jobs. Utterly ridiculous..Version: 7.9.0

SearchYou removed one of the most useful features in the app. Predictive patient search. Now I cannot find the patient if I don’t have the exact name..Version: 7.4.0
