Using an iPad Pro 10.9 with a Pioneer DDJ WeGo2 it works flawlessly, the ability to use Soundcloud is a fun feature for impromptu living room sets with friends. I'm giving it 4 stars, and it would be put up to 5 if there was the ability to create a playlist in the app. I also don't think you can record and save your mix either, but I haven't spent a lot of time on the app so I might be wrong. ✓ Great AppIt is a great app and the only reason I’m giving it as four stars is because my boyfriend bought the app and purchased an iPad 7 as he needed a new iPad and more gb’s. So he downloaded the App to his new iPad with all his music and when he tried to start mixing some songs would not play. ✓ Look No FurtherThis is an excellent app, whether you are just doing for fun or are running a serious business. I have a Gemini MIX2GO Pro and it integrates perfectly. I will say, though, if you intend to use on an iPad 2, you might want to consider a newer device. This app requires iOS 9 to run, and that makes an iPad 2 very slow. Because of this, the app will crash every so often and will sometimes lag, but I also have it on my iPhone 5s running iOS 12.4.9 and It works fine. So to sum up, this is an excellent app that I would recommend to anyone, but remember: if you have an iPad 2, think twice. (Also, it’s a great investment to get the Value Pack. ✓ Please fix thisSo I’ve been using this app for a year, with my Mix2go, it’s pretty awesome, but for some reason now I have to login through a website for SoundCloud, I logged in, but for some reason it shows this thing of a premium membership, but I ignored it. When it showed me that I can safely go back, it redirected me to songs, basically iTunes songs, and nothing showed up, I can’t figure out how to get my songs and the premium membership still showed up. I tried logging out and logging in again, but it did not work. I see that you guys normally listen to reviews, so is it ok if u guys respond to this? ✓ Just get itThings that work get my review. Everything else is not worth my time. This app work well as a mixer, masher and nudger. I also use Launchpad to make concise loops and then use this app for the editing. Just get it. You’ll soon see why its good for DJing purposes. ✓ Cross DJ is a Decent app-One set price for everything. -works like a regular mixer. -hot ques feel inaccurate and offset. I find myself using hotcues alot when I dj. But when I am using this app. I feel like I have to avoid them or I'll be made out to be a fool. -FX's have an input delay. Use the White Noise tool and you'll notice it immediately. -Fx's are also hard to use right, seeing as they are noticeable soon as you press them. footnote - I converted from popular platform EDjing because of a payment issue I had with their platform. ✓ Does What I Need...with support desk help.I am not a very technical guy and only needed this for a very basic task. That is to load my play lists from my iPod or iPad onto the Automix feature and just let the app play the playlist automatically . I couldn't work out how to do this at first , it seemed more complicated than another DJ app I'd used before and I also asked my son to have a go but he couldn't work it out either. I emailed the support desk and didn't get a reply so emailed again a couple of weeks later and they responded 7 days later with a very helpful video attached to show me how to do it. It was actually quite simple and I had nearly done it but just failed to do one thing but now, with the support desk help I find it easy to do this and it is perfect for what I need. ✓ For free app has great mixing abilityBeen djing with real gear for years. For a free app I found i could do a trance/techno mix right off the bat. Touch fx are fun. I also like how I can choose which advanced features to buy (I would not use some of them) and that this is not subscription based up. I like how I have easy access to everything on one screen so I can actually mix (unlike a certain other app where I have to pay to get the mixer screen formatted correctly) I'm really giving this a 4/5 as the pitch lock algorithm not that great (i hear artifacts when enabling pitch-lock and changing tempo) when in other dj software I don't hear this. The reason for 5 stars is to make up for all the brain-dead reviews that expect this to magically work with subscription based music listening services that have DRM - when really they should be giving "Apple Music" a low review for it not working with any DJ software! This is something the developers can't even do without an agreement / business arrangement with Apple, so quit it with all the super-entitled complaining..Version: 3.5.6
