✓ Awful & weird!Absolutely dire app. How did this get onto the App Store? You have to connect via a new wifi network created by the camera-odd and unnecessary. Then when you connect and try to send a pic, the app crashes. The link is to a Korean webpage. I noticed on the description that the English was utterly terrible and there are many English errors on the device, in the manual and in the software. For a company as big as Samsung, this is unacceptable. It is crap like this that means I don't imagine moving away from iPhone for many years. Apple stuff just works. My experience with Samsung kit is that it you need a lot of time and patience. I've spent over five hours setting up my camera and software and am still having issues. Not cool.Version: 1.2.1

Ever since updating my iphone past ios 11, I have not been able to transfer any photos from my Samsung smart camera to my iphone or any other device. It is extremely frustrating as I have over 500 photos I would have liked to edit and print. I spent so much time trying to transfer them via usd and wifi but no luck. As the other comments say they have tried sim card and sd card transfers and no luck. ✓ Poorly designedThis app does exactly what it says on the box: it connects to your Samsung camera, and allows you to download its photos and use it to take pictures. What it doesn't say on the box is that this functionality is wrapped in what is probably the most ugly, unintuitive and badly designed user interface. Some of the buttons, for example, are not even in English. Saving from your camera is extremely confusing first time around as you're given no feedback as to whether or not the pictures are saved (which they are, although the app doesn't tell you this). The picture preview functionality is also extremely poorly designed, as pressing and holding on a photo brings up an ill-fitting window that only magnifies the picture by about 10%. All in all, this app does the job, but inexplicably manages to annoy and confuse the user at every single stage..Version: 1.2.8

It takes a few steps of going back and forth between devices to connect. Once it connects, it will take pictures, but if you try to zoom in, it immediately crashes. ✓ It broke my camera!!Bought a WBF2200 bridge camera because of this app as I wanted a remote view finder and zoom. Placed camera on a sturdy table - started to zoom in using app and the lens got so far out the camera fell forward from being too heavy, fell Off the table, bounced in to a lily pond 4 ft away!! Ruined and samsung say I didn't use it correctly so no refund! Nothing in the manual states "don't use max zoom unless camera is on a tripod of a certain height or width. When they refused to pay up I got a few different size tripods and it falls off a few of them under the same conditions ! It worked fine at first but it doesn’t any longer because Samsung won’t upgrade the app or create a new one that supports iPhone upgrades above iOS 11. “Create it and Forget it“ must be their motto because they do nothing to keep their customers satisfied. This feature is one of the reasons why I purchased my expensive Samsung camera. Takes great photos but if I can’t use the app, it’s pretty much useless. It simply won't create a link when I select the camera in the phones wifi settings ( I get a tick as if it's connected but the app says it's not connected). ✓ Broken AppI bought an NX300 and regret it. It was an expensive camera at the time and WiFi connectivity was relatively new. At the time the camera always connected immediately to my iPhone without issue. I used the remote feature constantly. Now I’m lucky if I get my phone to connect to the app at all, and even when I do the remote capture feature doesn’t work at all. It makes my camera freeze and the image isn’t mirrored on my phone.
