Learn Spanish with Lingo Arcade for Negative User Reviews

Good learningSo far good. But can't say cause I am reviewing the trail. Yet to see if the next 5 levels also deliver for higher rating.Version: 3.0

StimulantLes premiers niveaux passent vite mais on ne s'ennuie pas.Version: 3.0

A good startFun to get little ones started with Spanish. Would be more engaging with music/audio.Version: 3.0

Good But Too Much RepetitionYes there is too much repetition after having got it right a number of times. It should move on to more learning and testing.Version: 3.0

EVERY 15 SECONDS A POP UPIt's would be a good app to learn from but the advertisements every 15 seconds is what kills it. Your right in the middle of a lesson here pops up a advertisement and it's every 15 seconds to where it gets irritating why would they think that anyone would want to purchase an app that your gonna see an advertisement every 15 seconds. I found another app that teaches Spanish without all the pop ups to where you can concentrate on learning. I gave it 2 stars because of all the pop ups.Version: 4.0

Good - butA good idea, but the number of pointless adverts you have to sit through are ridiculous.Version: 4.0

Bueno juegoBueno juego par apprendar español!.Version: 3.0

Vocab learnerGood for hammering vocab.Version: 4.0

Good Fun and Quite AddictiveI wasn't sure about this app to begin with but I have had great fun with it and whilst I haven't learnt anything new ( much ) it is very good for pronunciation as even the words I thought I knew I was getting slightly wrong. I am finding the challenges very easy so hopefully the higher levels will be more testing.Version: 3.0

Good concept, butI’ve only done one level. Very small amount of (not very relevant) content, presented in a good way. I really hope that if you pay the subscription the ridiculous amount of (sometime very inappropriate, considering children use the app) ads that you need to sit through would go..Version: 4.0

More ads than play.I understand needing to pay to keep something active like an app. But there are ads about every 20 seconds. Which is creating a lot of anxiety making this not very much fun. I understand you would like people to purchase it. But I’m not gonna purchase something that makes me nuts because every time I start to get into learning something I see a casino game being shoved in my face if you can fix this I’ll be happy to come and update my review..Version: 4.0

OkIt only teaches you about 10 words and then you have to purchase additional levels. Too many advertisements..Version: 3.0

Too many adsThe first 2 levels are free but the amount of ads are super annoying. The free part is probably why there are so many adds not sure if the paid version has the ads. The ads are also not conducive for anyone trying out the app to consider purchasing. It could be a really good learning app without the ads..Version: 4.0

Too many adsThis game could be so good, but you have to watch a 15-30s ad after every round.Version: 4.0

FantasticLots of repetition in all different ways to get you really familiar with content..Version: 1.2

Rapid retentionThis is good way to speed up you brain...makes it work faster and retain better.Version: 3.0

Too many locked levelsVery repetitive which helps learn I guess but also makes it a wee bit boring.Version: 4.0

Lingo arcadeIt's a bit all over the place, it could have better categories especially if it expects u to pay..Version: 3.0

I don’t mind itIt’s a really good game but the reasons I don’t like it is 1 - way to many ads 2 - you only get 2 free levels then you have to pay It’s an amazing game just don’t really like it.Version: 4.0

Easy to useA bit simple but good for learning some words quickly..Version: 3.0

Review in exchange for 5 new levelsPretty good so far, a bit repetitive but nice sound effects.Version: 3.0

Missing English TranslationI purchased this app and find it to be a fun and easy way to learn Spanish. Only complaint is that a number of the review portions do don’t have the English translation. It would also be great if it had an audio component to it so I could learn the proper pronunciation of the Spanish words..Version: 4.0

Not really freeLong story short they make you pay as you go. I got through all of the free levels in a couple of hours. After that they make you pay. I also feel like the English translations are inaccurate. The Spanish was accurate, in a textbook sort of way, but the English translations were wrong..Version: 4.0

Shame about the adsQuite a good app although way too many pop up ads, quite simple Spanish, good pronunciation provided.Version: 4.0

Good appI've used duolingual and borrowed my boyfriends Rosetta Stone account. I find this app to be a good blend between the two and not nearly as expensive as Rosetta Stone. I prefer the picture cue in this app over duolingual..Version: 3.0

Submitting Review for Free LevelsOf what I've played of the app, it is not the most entertaining nor rewarding Spanish learning app there is but I am willing to try out the other levels and see if it gets better.Version: 1.1

Clever idea but insufficient attention to detailFor example, butter knife is translated as "mantequilla" or the English for knife & fork is given as "fork & knife", something a native English speaker would never say. It's a pity about all these mistakes. The other annoying aspect is the way that with every single level, the words/phrases are presented in virtually the same order, meaning that some get left behind so that the learner's given virtually no chance to learn them fully (through repetition over a longer period of time) as the app "rushes" through them after you've learnt all the other words or phrases (indicated by a gold cup). An example of this for one level would be frog & hat. So - there's definitely room for improvement, especially as it's a paid-for app..Version: 3.0

Free for 45 seconds before video ad floodIf you are looking for a free app, look elsewhere..Version: 4.0

It has its issuesQuick question, does this app support the family share or do I have to pay the $0.99 for each device? Also is there a way to track the kids progress? With Duolingo I was sent a email each week to let me know how long they spent on it and how many XP they got. Also it’s not letting me link to Facebook. I’m also not able to send an email from the app with the contact us..Version: 4.0

Eye catchingLevel 1 is a good beginning to learn Spanish..Version: 3.0

Spanish learningIt was good but you had to buy the full game😕.Version: 1.0

Fun and interesting BUTEasy fun way to build your basic vocabulary BUT paid for extra and after update asked to pay again. Shame because I liked it but I don’t like being ripped off and asked for money again and again..Version: 4.0

BienPour commencer.Version: 4.0
