✓ Too many ads. Makes me want to smoke. 👋If the free version had no ads it would be good. It hits me with notifications when I’m not craving cigs and makes me think about my nicotine addiction. Everything in this app is easily findable on the internet and social media..Version: 2.44

✓ Eh, it helps... KindaI use the free version of this app, so I can only base my rating by what I've seen/used. Realistically, unless you are truly dedicated to quitting, no program or app is going to work. There is no magic solution; it takes a lot of determination. The main thing this app provides that helps me stay motivated is "money saved" and of course tracking how many days I've been smoke free. The fatalities is not accurate, and quite ridiculous in my opinion..Version: 2.42
✓ Ok before the updateThis app has now become one of the most frustrating apps on my iPhone and does not encourage me to reduce smoking at all, instead it encourages the opposite! It was good until the last update, now it's filled with advertisements that are unwanted and irrelevant. Would be good to know in the update description that you were going to add advertising which is very frustrating. Very disappointing to see that the primary objective of this app is now to generate $$ for the developers rather than reduce smoking..Version: 2.2
✓ Easy way to quitI haven't smoked in two weeks or craved to. Please if you truly want to (even uncertain, I was) get the book Allen Carr's Easy way to quit smoking. I am using this app to see my progress. I don't want the a Dailey notification and there should not have to be the cravings on the home page.Version: 2.2

✓ Ok for monitoring bad for networking.If you want to track your progress this app is great. But the community comes with the paid version and they don't bother telling you that you must have a Facebook account to participate. If you are anti Facebook as I am you end up paying for an app you can't use. If you complain they tell you to open a Facebook account oblivious to the fact that some people won't do that and unwilling to refund. A little scammy in my opinion..Version: 1.92
