✓ AppallingThe app charges you for any coins you buy yet half of the time won’t credit you. Their customer services do not reply and it’s money down the drain. There are many other apps that do the same thing without scamming you..Version: 3.4.0
✓ Does not work! Worst service!I got this app because it was so highly rated, but unfortunately it doesn't allow me to receive any texts or calls. I have made numerous attempts at support help but they don't help for the last 6 days. It's been a huge problem for me as my clients have been receiving messages from me, but I don't receive theirs! ✓ Removed options to use credits and won’t refundThis was a good app if you needed a number to receive calls occasionally, you could purchase credits and extend your number for 7 or 30 days at a time. Now though only a monthly plan is available, and my request to refund my unused credits has been ignored. So my number is lost and my credits are worthless. ✓ In-app NoisesI was considering this app. Everything seemed great until I noticed there’s no way to turn off the in-app sounds for messages and whatnot. ✓ Very poor support and technologySupport is poor and hard to reach. The system is not very robust and keeps dropping my custom greeting. ✓ So far fairHopefully I can update this with more stars. Getting my account set up was frustrating…Setting up the vm was a major pain point. About seven months in or maybe more, I had issues getting kicked out of the app and then logging back in. While a lot of my issue was the way I was logging in (user error) the page that it takes you to to log back into the account looks like you’re starting a brand new account…. Which didn’t help me figure it out faster…. I also lost all of my contacts so I recommend saving everything to your phone..Version: 3.8.1

✓ Worst app everThis app is absolutely not functional. Every single call goes silent after 30 seconds and I have to call everyone back from a different line. The app doesn’t show whether you have messages on the Home Screen like every other messaging app. You have to open it to find out. And people don’t receive my texts answering them most of the time. ✓ Generally okayI have tried countless second line apps for international calling and texting and by far this has the best service package ($10/number w/unlimited calling and texting for at least English speaking countries). As other have mentioned, support is crap. I sent them an email, they responded 3 days later to tell them they were working on the bug. It took 3 months for them to fix it 😒. I understand bugs take time, but a time frame would have been great too, or at least an update on progress. This new sign-in process defeats at least half the purpose of having an anonymous second number. In addition, all my old texts have disappeared with the latest release. ✓ Absolute scamThis app is an absolute scam that purposefully list its pricings in a misleading way. First of all, the phone number that you buy with credits will expire after a week, and you will need more credits to make calls. This is the annoyingly misleading part, as the app is intentionally designed to make you jump several hoops for payment. Now, the scam part. I bought the 1 month subscription after buying a number with credits and attempted to make a call within the country I am in, and I get a “sorry, this call is not covered by your plan”. I am in Canada, making a call to somewhere in Canada, so why is it “not covered by the plan”? Disgusting business practice, I am not even sure how this scam app is still on the Apple store. For those who fell for this scam, it is typically possible to request a refund from Apple by contacting their refund department on the Apple website. Which is what I am going to do.
