✓ Finally!!This is the most amazing app/crm system that I have ever used! The integration between my email, my phone calls, people i need to contact...it’s insane! There’s so many great features. I’ve only been using it for about half the day but I got more done in that time than I have all week! I’m going to give it a full trial run just to make sure it’s all good, but I already plan on getting the pro version. I use Insightly now and this blows it away!.Version: 4.9.2

✓ Easy BusinessI don't often write app reviews, but felt obliged to with this App. I found this App doing a search for email Apps, and was intrigued by the App idea and the lovely UI. After a few minutes set up, Cloze started by telling me it had worked out the key people I current communicate with. I've gone from 5 email addresses with a very full inbox to having the most important information to me up front. I'm a strong believer in simplicity is best, once you use the App, you realise it's simple in its UI and it's methods. Credit to the Devs.Version: 2.1.1

I repeatedly found myself saying “it does that too?” I have used it for almost a year now and have appreciated the continued enhancements. Never had a bug problem. ✓ The answer to my prayersThis app, combined with desk top web app has solved so many productivity and organisation problems. It has rolled all my work flow systems into one and even removed a level of anxiety about me dropping a ball. ✓ Amazing app for staying organized and focusedI was looking for an app that would integrate all my email accounts; keep track of contacts, to-do's, and recurring projects; send me reminders; and integrate with my calendar and Evernote. This does all that and more (even keeps track of my phone calls, and can do the same with social media but I haven't decided on connecting those yet). Plus, it: tells me if and when someone opens an email I sent them; has 'mail merge' functionality, allowing me to send personalized emails in bulk; and prompts me to reach out to someone I have not been in contact with for a while. ✓ I just downloaded and I love it.I’m looking forward to learning more and utilizing it for my 2000 contacts. However, I have two issues. One, I do not see the ability to create groups. Two, I do not see the ability to send group/mass texts. Many times I communicate to small groups of 10 to 20 people, based on the city, state, or a common category such as buyer, seller, broker - by text. The iPhone does not allow a simple way to send mass texts, so I thought maybe this app would. Any plans to enable the creation of groups and categories, or sending of mass texts?.Version: 4.9.3

✓ Suprising powerDon’t let the ugly and archaic UI fool you, this app is extremely powerful from a functionality standpoint. I tried about 20 different CRMs and none have this feature set. And shockingly it’s only $20/month for pro when all the others are $60/m or more. I’d really like to see Instagram DMs and Facebook messages incorporate. I wish that search pulled results from notes. I wish the sales pipeline had a functional Kansan view in mobile. I wish tags were listed without having to search. Definitely would like more customization options. And of course I’d love to see a sexy speak design (and in particular something done about the laborious settings menu). With all that said I’m very pleased and highly recommend. ✓ Great jobI tried this out a few years ago and dropped it. I regret it! Re-tried a few weeks ago and just subscribed. This is a great replacement for my CRM - not 100% of what I’m leaving but simpler and easier to manage by far. Would love some improvements like email sub folder management - right now the only thing I can do is archive/delete. Would love to turn an email into a todo. Would love to be able to connect people with a task without that creating their contact type to change to “broker.” Would love to understand the timeline of deals - the default start dates and end dates don’t make sense to me, and going through changing them is equally confusing. What is a “start date,” after all? Would love to be able to manually “clear” a calendar all-day event from the agenda. All in all, this is a very solid program and with the inclusion of a web portal is a game changer. Not to mention the incredible service & support I’ve received as I’ve had a few connection issues here and there. Bravo!.Version: 4.9.4

Things that would help from a usability perspective: 1) Add Contacts to Custom List: need to be able browse ALL contacts not just some. Searching isn't as thorough cos memory isn't a reliable source. 2) POP mail support. Yep of course many people have moved on to IMAP (some time ago) - but small and medium-sized business (esp. in non-tech industries eg film/tv production) often haven't. Honestly your scoring algorithm isn't as important to me as you probably think. Cool? without a doubt; interesting? absolutely - but not critical - I'd rather get unscored mail than none at all. 3) Notifications. Ummm how can I tell when I've got new mail? I can't see any way to turn on badges, sounds or banners. That's, unfortunately, a showstopper..Version: 1.1.0

With too much going on I kept missing things, which is costly. What I love: - Incredible level of automation and analysis - G-Suite integration - Evernote integration. The new customer had delayed getting intouch with me so when he did finally reach put my memory had lapsed on why he would be a good new customer. ✓ Hands down one of the best CRMs I’ve seenI’m a busy executive and rarely write reviews.. but I’m so blown away by this app I just had to. I’ve been using this for almost 2 weeks. I integrated my social media accounts, mobile number, multiple email accounts and multiple Google Drives. The fact that it pulls together all public info, all communications, all files about all your contacts and show all of it in one screen is one of the most useful features... especially when I didn’t have to manually enter or re-tag anything. I’ve gotten back in touch with contacts that I lost touch with a for years. There still are some functionalities that I have not used yet, but signing up for the Pro version is a no brainer if using for any kind of business. There is one functionality that I wish it had and that is to automatically track LinkedIn messaging. But that’s not Cloze’ shortcoming.. it’s because LinkedIn doesn’t provide activity tracking in their API.. so no one else has that functionality either.. I just logged them manually. Give it a try. ✓ Intuitive and easy to use!I’m a new real estate agent and before that I had no idea what CRM was. My office is small and they do not have a CRM for agents to use so I was left off without any tools. I tried many CRM softwares but as a complete beginner, I was very confused about how they worked. Until I found Cloze, it was so easy to use and very robust data tool. I was dreading input data from my phone to the software but Cloze did it automatically. It’s integrated into my phone, email and computer, so they’re updated simultaneously. I love how they stream lined and systematized everything for me so I can start making calls to my contacts right away! Also they’re customer support is really helpful. ✓ A great personal assistant!I have been looking for an app that would log all the people I contact and just couldn't find one that did what I wanted. I downloaded Cloze when it first launched and never bothered to try it out. I am so glad I rediscovered it. This app does exactly what I was looking for and more! I wanted to record all the new and existing clients I contact, mainly a record of when i phoned them, so I could chase them again a month or so later and make sure. I wasn't calling the same company twice and forgetting I already had. Cloze does exactly that but also logs all the emails I have sent to them, other people who work in the same company, or people we both know, Cloze keeps all there details up to date, reminds me when to call them again, and all without me having to input anything! This is such a great app and could well be my most used app from now on. I cannot recommend it enough for people who want to keep track of their contacts and social media activity. ✓ One week in...I've spent about two weeks on trial accounts with at least 15 different CRM or contact management apps and it actually took me awhile to find Cloze on CRM comparison websites. It may not fit the power user but has some unique features not found in most of the other apps I've tried. Cloze is great for building relationships, reconnecting (and reminding you) with contacts you've been out of touch with and just a great tool built around relationships and keeping track of tasks, deals and appointments. It's a joy to use and has great social media integration. It has two way email sync and tracking. ✓ The ONLY CRM you need!I have been using Cloze for two years now, and can’t live without it! It has many great features you need to learn how to use. My favorite feature means you never have to type a contact in two places... Your CRM and your phone. I have all my contacts sync with my phone and tablet and vice versa. My calendar syncs, my To-do list from my phone syncs to the agenda, and so does any other To-do’s I create for a client or prospective client. I see some bad reviews on here by people who do not understand how to work the program. It is not that complicated, but once you know how to do a few things you are off to the races. It is worth every penny and more. My other favorite feature is I use Evernote for client information. I can see all their Evernote notes, emails and phone calls all in the timeline. This is an amazing CRM. Anytime I have had trouble, which is rare, support has always been very helpful! Don’t buy another CRM... Ditch Outlook and G-Suite. ✓ The Best CRM for FreelancersI work for numerous companies with numerous employees and Cloze is crucial in helping me stay in contact and stay on task. The features I love the most are the email open tracking, scheduled emails, custom fields with anniversary reminders, email templates, and last but not least the files sections that compiles all the files I sent or received from a specific client. I took me a week to get used to the User Interface and now, nothing else out there makes the cut..Version: 2019.1.1

I even needed help with a feature and emailed support thinking like most apps I might get a response in a few days...to my surprise it was less than 5 minutes. ✓ Great idea, well executedIts been great so far! Having all my Facebook, Twitter and email notifications on the one platform and elegantly organised has been fantastic. The only thing I can see is missing is LANDSCAPE layout support... Some emails and Facebook posts are completely unreadable in Cloze and I think having this feature added (why would you even omit it to begin with???) would be a great help..Version: 1.5.1

Admittedly it’s my first time using a relationship management tool but it completely revolutionizes my workflow. It’s a tiny bit rough around the edges, and the documentation is a bit lacking. ✓ Future Must Have AppThis app is not currently needed by the masses but will be a big hit and a must have in the near future. My advice is for you to read the opinions of those who have rated this 5star. Its also worth being mindful that this app requires you to have some social savvy. The intro tour is very quick, limiting and can lead you to think its an average app. Once you unlock the potential and get your links organised, you will love this. Its perfect. ✓ Had to change CRMI had to make a change; my software became unsupported and the server shutdown immediately; years of information and customer data. It wasn’t lost but it wasn’t usable. I did some searching and started trying out programs. I found Cloze and within 2 days I was sold. Great program. Easy conversion. ✓ Where have you been all my social life?I should say that I have only been using Cloze a matter of hours, but I am really impressed. There is undoubtably a period of time required to get used to how the interface works, but I can see endless potential in this app not least from a business perspective if connected up to a business Facebook or twitter stream and email, something I am going to have to look into further. Would have been nice to see some direct setup links to other email providers such as Hotmail but that's not a big issue. I think there is definitely an 'app gap' here for those who don't enjoy apps such as hootsuite, so this is a more than welcome addition to my collection and with time and further developments I can see this becoming one of the greats..Version: 1.1.0
