Like maybe you could get coins for how fast you deal with a patient and then all the coins you have you could use to buy the other characters. Also you should give every patient a different set of teeth, so maybe some need braces and some don't. The one last thing is you need to bring updates out more often because the more you play on this game, the more boring it gets.
