✓ Horrible quality for a medical appConstant freezing and crashing. There’s been times I’ve wasted my entire session trying to connect to my clinician. They also purge text messages when they feel like it and if you want to see your previous chats, charge you personally 150$ an hour for their time..Version: 4.13.1

✓ AwfulI think that vsee has mixed opinions and my opinion is that vsee is very good for texting but not for video chat as I found that when I was on with friends I couldn't hear anything and I tried everything to make it work but it ended up making me more stressed and I wouldn't like to use it ever again and I don't see how nasa liked it for there poor quality of sound.Version: 3.1.2
✓ Does not multitaskIf developers are seeing this review can you please work on multitasking? When I am on a call on VSee on my iPad and I want to check my emails at the same time with split screen the camera freezes. This is unacceptable in 2021 for an IPad Pro and an application that’s meant to be for professionals. What if I want to share information with my client or check my email or open a website at the same time of the call!? I hope that someone reads this and makes the adjustment so that the camera does not freeze in multitasking. Again I’m an an iPad Pro 2020..Version: 4.9.3
✓ STILL doesn't work after monthsMonths ago I had problems with VSee and spent hours trying to correct it only to give up in frustration when customer service couldn't help me without asking for my password and asking me to drop security on my internet. At my provider's request, I tried again today. Updated my password, can login on the website. Downloaded the app. Couldn't login. Powered down, then restarted my device. Still couldn't login. I repeatedly get the "Connecting" screen, but it just circles forever. Won't spend hours on this again..Version: 4.10.1

✓ Absolutely terribleThis app is completely unreliable. I have video sessions every weekday and the app will not let me log in at least two of those days. I have contacted the company twice, and so did my provider and we NEVER heard back. Avoid this app if you can. Just use your desktop..Version: 4.7.0

✓ Gets hungI absolutely love VSee on my computer, but have been frustrated by the iPad app. Although it sometimes works, it often gets hung up on the opening screen while trying to boot. Once it even required a hard reset to get out of the app. I've deleted and reinstalled the app several times, but the problem persists. Hopefully this will be fixed soon, because when it works, it is fantastic. ADDENDUM 19 Mar 2013: contacted VSee, and they assure me that their dev team is working on it..Version: 1.0

My app worked just fine the first time I opened it, but then when I tried to add contacts, it froze up, and every time after that it gets stuck on the first screen, just gray with the Vsee logo. ✓ Bad attitudeDid anyone from vsee take a look at where the ipad camera is? It's at the top of the ipad - on portrait view, above the ipads little belly button. Why the heck did vsee create an app that puts the camera in landscape. To the left or right of the screen. Whenever you try to use it you have to look to one side to seem to be looking at the other party (and miss all the action). This latest update has the picture upside down - Unusable in its current form..Version: 2.1
✓ Warning - locks iPad solid !!I was advised to switch to using VSee rather than using Skype for security reasons. I was disappointed with the App as it looked so 'light-weight' although seemed to manage multiple video conferences in a room where we knew band width was low. In that respect it was better than the PC app which had problems with long audio lag and it dropping out. BE WARNED! This is the only app on my iPad Mini (64Gb) that completely locks the device. It has happened 3 times now, freezing the entire OS and requiring a Hard Reset, I could not even not even switch off the device. I have been very impressed with the resilience and performance of my iPad Mini, with many demanding apps running happily together but this app seems to break the mould! I was going to remove the app, but thought that I might wait to see if issue is fixed in the next release..Version: 1.0

✓ Unpredictable and datedIt would be helpful if you could blur your background for your calls. The system when you are in An appointment can be intermittent. Someone is often dropping off the call and so you can miss most of the appointment. I then go back to using Skype.Version: 4.14.0

✓ Very BuggyWhen it works, it provides a service, no more, no less. When it doesn’t work, or intermittently works, as it does at the moment, it is very frustrating. Audio is poor, so much so that my mum prefers to hear me on the phone, whilst I mute the audio. The video is similar to Skype used to be, fuzzy at best. Then there’s the dropout problem. It currently drops the connection at the end of each call, so you have to use a cumbersome process of re-logging on (through another app-myhomehelper in my case) then wait until it says its online, before making the next call. An update on the MacBook on 30th April has radically improved quality but this doesn’t appear to be available on the iPad. WHY??.Version: 4.7.0
