I believe that children will be engaged but it was confusing at times for example how will you or your child know when to hit the grey objects to see the name of the objects. ✓ Glitchy and AmericanisedThe lack of a UK English option brings down the rating for this app. Letter pronunciation is important but terms like 'pup' are not familiar either and make the rhyming element harder than it needs to be. My main issue though is that the app keeps losing the paid for elements and I have to restore constantly which then loses my daughter's progress on the exercises. Adding UK English and fixing the technical issues might raise the rating significantly but at the moment we don't get far enough through the games to find out..ChookrackVersion: 2.0.1

✓ Tracing lettersThis is a great idea, but the app is far too sensitive - even adults struggle to get the letters as perfect as this app requires! The voice giving feedback should probably stop saying 'one more time' when it takes about 5+ more times to get it, & should definitely stop saying 'it's easy!' when you get it wrong. That makes us feel incompetent for not managing something classed as 'easy' - not motivational!! ✓ Bit of a rip offI brought this for my daughter on my iPad and decided to pay £7.99 for the All in One package. The full package did not have anything extra than what was already in the app but in full access. That's not the worse part. I installed it on my iPhone as the app had glitches on the iPad but it would not let me restore purchase on my iPhone. ✓ Short time to be able to use itI purchased the app in order for my son to review before school started. I was intending to have it available only for the month that I purchased. So, I payed the full month, was charged fully and then canceled my subscription for the next month within a couple of days. Once I did that, I received a message that my subscription was still good until September 3rd. However, a couple of days after I canceled, the app did not allowed me to log in. My child was able to use it for an average of 5 times! If I payed for a full month, I should have been able to use it for the time said when the subscription was canceled!.Wake up Bj!Version: 3.8.1

✓ HorribleThis is a total rip off, not worth 1.99 let alone $11.99. So disappointed . Do not waste your money on this, it just gives you the exact same mazes with a direct word, has very very very little vocabulary and tells kids they are wind if they have not written a letter in the exact manner they said to trace it in in the trace feature. The spelling one one ask you to trace the middle letter she doesn't even get you to write the word or actual say what any of the other letter are. ✓ Might as well print out pagesI’m pretty disappointed in this app considering all of the positive reviews. The animation is subpar compared to similarly priced learning apps. I felt like I was watching a 480p show from the 90s. More importantly, the addition and subtraction content was far from any level of learning. It was more practice than learning. For instance, 3+1=4. There’s no visual context on what 3+1 means. My kid needs to see 3 rabbits + 1 rabbit = 4 rabbits! The only thing I’m happy about is that there’s a trial period.
