✓ Found a great handyman the same dayThe app is clear and well organised, very user-friendly, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do - or at least it did for me! I found a great handyman within a few hours from posting my job, which was assembling a large wardrobe (with terrible instructions). Very reasonable prices/hourly rates. ✓ WorkerAs someone who worked for them it is a horrible set up for both customer and worker but not for them. You do not get a number to call so if you have an issue on the job you send an email and do not get a response to 3 hours later. If a move runs over you must ask the customer to add time on the app but the problem is most customers do not set up work through the app or are unaware the f how to use the app. So basically if you work over time that’s given you are not paid for your work and they have no answer for except thank you for your work. Instead of simply contacting the customer and asking do they want the worker to continue working or stop within time. There only response is to leave when the time is up not only does it make you look unprofessional it also leaves the customer with an unfinished job. They also take 40$ if you have to cancel a move. If you show up and the customer is no where you’re expected to wait 30 minutes. It is the worst app system I’ve ever seen..Version: 10.35.0

✓ Awesome service!!!I had to reschedule my appointment for assembly from the handyman 4 times due to purolator being the worst delivery service ever. That’s an entirely different story. However, my appt was for 330 pm. My tech arrive at 331 pm. I used the handi app to confirm entry details. He built my item under an hour and let me assess before he left. Overall, I was IMPRESSED. Not even a scratch or sheer bit of damage in my item. Thank you Wayfair!!!.Version: 10.37.0

The app is great and help you manage your preferences, schedule the cleanings.. and all your needs basically. ✓ Energetic and preciseI had Olga working in my house today and I’m mostly happy. Two minor problems was that unfortunately she was 30min late and I had to provide the cleaning supplies ( I paid extra 5£ in booking for supplies). So for me it’s just as easy as 1, 2, 3… 1. Book appointment, 2 be there for the appointment, 3, enjoy the completely installed piece of furniture without breaking a sweat! ✓ Yard clean upIt took some time to get someone here to do the job. This was my first time using the service and quite frankly I was getting concerned that this process was a scam because they rescheduled twice. If they had tried to postpone again I would have canceled. As it turned out the third time worked. The young man who came was great. He was very polite and worked very hard to do the clean up.
