✓ I LOVE Foundr, but…Guys, your magazine app truly is atrocious. 😢 Not only has it always required a painful re-login every time it’s accessed, is clunky/laggy and unresponsive, but the recent updates have rendered it impossible for me to even login at all and/or restore my subscription. Please fix this… In the meantime I’m dreaming away about an actual Foundr app with courses accessible via mobile soon! 😍🙏 I love you guys and all the incredible work you do, but definitely NOT this app..Version: 15.1.20211020

✓ Terrible App!This app used to be good. But it looks like they changed either the developers or publishing platform or maybe both. All the magazine issues in the app are Previews. And the Foundr login does not work to gain access to purchased issues. Reaching out to support yielded the only solution as being accessing the magazine via a browser. It’s been a long time now that the app doesn’t work. Ridiculous! Either fix or completely remove from the App Store until it’s done right. The world revolves around mobile, so spend the time and effort to deliver an app that matches Foundr’s proclamation of being a company that delivers quality..Version: 9.11.17

✓ What changed!?I used to enjoy the app. I even got a lifetime subscription by purchasing the Foundr book 24K gold edition. Now I’m unable to access the full magazines. I reached out to support and they told me to delete the app and redownload it. I also tried to restore purchases several times and it never works! ✓ App doesn't workThe magazine content is great but the app is terrible. I have purchased the monthly subscription and purchased a few magazines. Since I downloaded them I would have guessed they would stay in my download folder. Well that's not the case. I've re-downloaded the magazines ten times. I have emailed support and contacted them on Twitter and I have of yet heard from anyone. Not good business or customer service. I have canceled my subscription and I guess I will re-download the issues I purchased whenever I want to read them since I haven't gotten an answer or solution. ✓ Nice content, the worst appContent is good - interesting, useful, high quality. It is actually managing to read it that's the problem. The app is awful. Get used to watching a spinner - very slow to load content, random messages about expired membership etc.. an awful experience. ✓ 1 old sample issue, the rest overpricedThere is a sample issue from years ago and if that is the level of the current content it isn't worth the money. Lots of old issues, not included in the subscription price. Interface was okay but you have to zoom out fully to turn the page and can't use landscape to zoom in (on iPhone) because it coverts to 2 page spread which makes it even smaller..Version: 7.7.1
✓ Great mag, terrible appLove the YouTube videos and the magazine but the app is awful. It frequently fails to let me stay logged in, there is no account facility to address this and the code is super basic. So every time I open the app to read the great content, I can’t as it says everything is Private. The app is therefore causing me to be wasting my money and doing the exact opposite of what it is for - to facilitate the accessing of the content!.Version: 7.8.1

✓ Very Glitchy AppThe content is amazing, but the app is pretty terrible and full of bugs. For that reason I can’t give this app 5 stars. I’ve had to contact support many times to get my access back on my app. I can access the content on the browser, it is just continuously removing my subscription on the app. This seems to be happening to several people from what I see in the reviews. Might reduce Foundr’s support debt if they fixed this one ongoing glitchy bug on the app..Version: 7.8.1

✓ Stay Away!I purchased a subscription yesterday and it’s sill not allowing me to download the current issue. All I get is the sample. Absolutely terrible user experience. The app also looks like it’s from 2009 and cost at the most $50 to develop. No option to view magazines on their website either. Foundr dropped the ball on their magazine once they saw the income potential of selling course. The magazine is merely a funnel to their courses now. All their content is. It Won’t be long now before a entrepreneur magazine competitor comes along and wipes the floor with them..Version: 9.11.13
