✗ Unless appThe variety of comics included in this app is brilliant. Unfortunately it’s let down by the app itself. You will queue up books for offline reading only to find later that none of them have downloaded so have to then manually download each issue yourself. One of the biggest flaws is one that certain pages just won’t load while reading so you will have to wait ages for the page to load so that you can continue reading (if the page will load at all)this ruins the flow of reading as your constantly forced to wait to read. This is a flaw that I’ve seen from other reviews which has been going on for a very long time and a flaw that the app makers are either ignoring or just not willing to fix. For this reason I’ll be cancelling my subscription until this flutist fixed and I suggest that people new to the app refuse to subscribe until it is fixed, otherwise the app makers will continue to ignore this critical problem and in turn ruin your enjoyment for reading threes fantastic comics. Hopefully the app makers will take note a fix this issue rather than take money from us subscribers and in turn do little work to make sure the app functions as it should. Such a shame as this app could of been amazing..Version: 5.7.3
✗ Great but needs basic fixesI love it but holy crud I hate it. This latest update makes searching and navigation even worse. The ‘Continue Reading’ section can’t even track the issues I’m currently reading, instead showing a random smattering of past issues. I have to go searching just to finish what I was reading. Massive Marvel library. So frustrating to use. Crashes, freezes, issues take several attempts to load. Seriously sometimes takes 20 minutes for an issue to load successfully. Why can’t I preview a cover image? Sometimes I don’t want to load an issue (thereby adding it to my ‘reading now’ list, bumping something worthwhile off of it). I just want a peak at the cover to gauge my interest. Why are the assistant editors and letterers listed in issue info, but often not the writer and artist? I want to know the MAIN creators when I’m looking for something interesting. Kill Bill stars Uma Thurman in a movie by Quentin Tarantino. No one cares who catered it. Search function often crashes the app. Try the same search again and it does the same thing. I really really want to love this app. It needs so much help..Version: 7.6
