✓ The PTV APPHi everyone, I would say those who rated this APP poorly either didn’t understand how to use it or it was an earlier version. With this APP you are able to select which train line you use and would like service impacting updates. It tells me when services are cancelled or running late. ✓ Know how to use itSeveral people giving a 1 star review for this app aren't even using it properly. Once you select your route(s), you get all the notifications on delays/cancelations for that specific train line. If you don't select any routes, then you don't get any notifications except general ones. It's pretty simple. I get plenty of notifications for my route, probably too many which made me turn the sound off in notification settings. But still very handy without the sound. Great app, keeps me up to date on my line. Thanks.Big eeazyVersion: 2.1.1

✓ Works almost fineIt works pretty well, my only complaint is that the train arrival times are hidden beneath delay notices. I don’t really care if a train originated at a station further up the line, I just want to know when my train will depart..ElementalSheepVersion: 2.1.6

✓ Good app. Needs some more work though.This app has come a long way since I first started using it 3-4 years ago. The only real criticism I have with the app is the timetable data it uses does not match the times shown on my line, the Belgrave line. It is out buy +2min. Not sure if this is specific to the Belgrave line or all lines. It’s not a huge margin but could cause you to miss your train if you’re not aware of it. You would think the app would use the same data or be able to update its data over the air. Hopefully this will be addressed at some point in the future..Bs0dVersion: 3.0.4

✓ Know how to use itIf you use the app correctly, and add which metro lines you take and want the notifications for, it sends you updates regularly - saved me many times from cancellations and so often I’ll be on the train and receive a notification about planned work and the p.a system in the train will repeat the announcement 2 minutes later, pretty cool, definitely needs a few updates though.Flo.m06Version: 2.2.1

✓ Very helpful appOnce you select your line and stations it shows you the next four train times from the chosen stations and if they are late, all rail works coming up and gives very helpful notifications. I don’t understand why this app has such low ratings!.Robert b!Version: 3.0.4

✓ V/Line ServiceThis app is really good, because I go to the MCG every week for football and I was tired of waiting not knowing how long it was going to be but you get the point, anyway, I head on trains from Pakenham to Moe with a V/Line but I can't seem to find the line that goes from Pakenham to Moe, and I don't want to get a separate app just for V/Lines. Overall it's great 4/5 because no V/Lines..Mickyboo1707Version: 2.1.1
