✓ Nightmare!I downloaded this app for my six year old granddaughter who usually uses ABC Mouse. I thought this app would give her some variety. She loved the trial, but when I downloaded the app, it took forever for the different activities to load. Deleted it and went back ABC Mouse..Version: 6.5.3

✓ Subscription needed to playI downloaded this app for my 4 year old. She played one round and then it requires a monthly fee to continue. Had I realized this, I never would’ve downloaded it. She’s crushed, but I’m not paying 10$ a month for an app. There’s a 7 day trial, but I’m not doing that. The game was fun for the 45 seconds it lasted, but it shouldn’t be listed as a free app if its not actually free. If you scroll down to the bottom of the description it does show membership options, but who actually reads through all of that when downloading a free kids app? I didn’t find that info till she couldn’t play anymore and I went back into the description to find it..Version: 5.4.3
✓ Rip offDo not buy this app!! They will be quick to offer you 10%, 20% or 30% off, however they withdrew more money from my bank account than what was quoted. ✓ Stopped Playing SoundI got this game for my daughter a couple weeks ago and everything was fine until today. Some things are very limited unless you pay, which is slightly annoying, but oh well. I get it. What I don’t understand is why the sound doesn’t work at all anymore as of today. It’ll play sometimes on the main screen but on the loading screen for a game it stops halfway through and doesn’t continue playing sound unless I exit the game. It’s annoying and ruins the fun for my daughter, since now she doesn’t want to play without music. I uninstalled and then reinstalled, but it still does not work. I’ve gone into my settings as well and it’s not my iPad that’s the issue. Deleting my account and uninstalling soon..Version: 6.2.2

✓ Be careful parentsMy daughter got bored with the app after a month. This app does not allow you to unsubscribe as it is not easy to unsubscribe like any other app. It is just so damn difficult to unsubscribe. As a busy mom, I expect it to be straight forward to unsubscribe from parent portal. I am still figuring it out. ✓ Ok...This app was bought for my 3 yr old son - he can do it but had to delete and reinstall the app because it got stuck on the pause button so it wouldn't go away! It is very educational however, and I would recommend it for 2 - 4 year olds..Version: 2.0.1

✓ Great game but keeps lockingMy 4yo son loves this learning game and we have him play it almost daily. We paid for the yearly subscription, however, the learning paths keep randomly locking and saying that we need to pay to unlock them. I’ve checked to make sure I’m logged in correctly, updated, uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem persists. I have emailed questioning about this but have not heard back. ✓ The app is frustratingWhen I downloaded it was so easy it for my 5 yr old to use. Once she started to play we notice the games were taking a while to load. And a while being 3-5 mins. ✓ Very frustrating appI bought the full library for Kinder and I cannot see what the 'full library' for pre and kinder' contains. The app lacks user friendliness. I contacted the developer by email for no avail because I haven't been contacted. I'm very disappointed with the content I can access. At level 1 (pre and kinder) there are multiple questions in full text when the concept hasn't been explained. How can a child at this level be able to read these questions? And how a child at this level select the correct answer when no explanation of the matter has been presented? Absolutely boring, the presentation of the content is draconian. ✓ Needs workIt’s a great app and program but I’ve noticed it’s making my child redo something she just finished. So I watched her do it over to make sure it wasn’t her , and sure enough it made her do it over again and did not mark it as complete. ✓ Does not have Spanish for parentsI would have loved this app if it was available in Spanish. My toddler only speaks Spanish and I want to keep it that way so I was excited when I saw on the app description in the Apple Store that Spanish was one of the available languages. So we canceled the renewal of the subscription. Surprisingly, as soon as we canceled the renewal, we can no longer open the APP. ✓ Well well wellFirst off, it's a good app for kids 4-6. Trying it for one week then will be purchasing for 1-2 months so my child continues to develop and learn with it since she likes it. We're on day 5 now of dAily use. I would give it more stars.....but you can't use the coins earned. The zoo/aquarium continuously freezes up and glitches/bugs out. So it's a useless feature. It DOESNT work at all. Zilch, nada. We sat there for 49mins with it frozen until my iPad closed the app out itself. It's that laggy and glitchy. Just useless. I would keep this app for longer but I'm sure there's NON buggy apps that my child would like better with mini games. But the aquarium looks so cool so I'll continue trying it until I'm done with the app. As for the learning it's decent. The partial answers helps on difficult levels, and you can turn it off anytime. They have roped me in with a free trial offer and signing me up for autopay, but when it asks for my birth year to prove I am a parent, it will only accept a three digit number. How am I supposed to cancel my free trial like this ? ✓ WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!My kids did like the app but they didn’t use it often especially while they were in school. But I canceled May 29 of 2023. Logging into my account. It says my subscription status is canceled yet I noticed today they had been charging me still there’s nothing else I can do on their website because my subscription already says canceled only gives me the option to “renew”. So I had to contact my bank and get my money back for the months they had been charging me and block them from being able to charge me. Just keep an eye out. But the cancellation option button is nowhere to be found and before even my kid woke up and started trying it we started receiving tons of emails and it is too early. Please, cancel the subscription. It shouldn’t be listed as a free app if it is not actually free. No heads up given upfront to say that the app will not work without enrolling in a monthly or annual Autoplay subscription. I would buy it if my kid was 4-5 years but she is only 2 and it is too early for her. Now I cannot figure out how to cancel and the cancellation option is not in your app or iTunes.
