Bikemap: Bike Trails & Tracker for Negative User Reviews

A joke for an actual enthusiastThis app seems really good at first glance. When you start making routes it seems to get fishy. When you actually know the routes it’s obvious. I am not sure how the algorithm choose what roads you can use to plan a route, but, it’s horrible. For example, foothill expressway in my area is a main thoroughfare for bicycles, this app WILL NOT let you route along it when planning a trip. Instead it takes you through all the neighborhoods. It does the same thing in SF and avoids roads with bike lanes for some reason. Also has weird glitches like the volume can only be accessed in the first 0.5 seconds of starting a navigation..Version: 14.0.1

No Bluetooth supportSo excited to see this juicy update. The app designers are obviously very good with beautiful UI (compare with Cyclemeter for example). But despite all their brilliance, I cannot view my power pedals or external heart rate monitor. I use the latter because of the jiggling on my wrist turns out to spoil the readings. I have to unsubscribe because actually Cadence is just as pretty and has greater functionality, although doesn’t have the “discover routes” feature. It’s difficult to beat Strava for this bit though - there are no Bikemap suggestions near me but dozens in Strava. So Cadence + Strava seems to be the dream setup for now. Bikemap has the chance to “take it all” but not until Bluetooth is added. PS if it does have Bluetooth then I take all this back!! But you would have to update your help..Version: 23.0.0

GodI download the app and as soon as I open it and try to look for bike stations add for premium coming up and you can only buy the premium! Waist of my time! I mean why would I pay 40 Euro for something what you can’t see and at least try it before? And without an option to het rid of the add - buying premium is a scam app! You download the app and then you need to pay 40 to use it! Thank you I deleted the app!.Version: 23.0.0

Glitchy and didn’t work properly. We tried the premium version today on a bike ride for the first time. We tried to use a route from another user and because we started part way on a 35km loop, it stopped providing directions when we reached the start/end point on the saved route. Leaving us with 10kms to our start point and confusion about where the hell we were. Ended up using google maps to get back. The app frequently would provide turn directions off the loop for reasons I cannot fathom and would often get confused and lose our position and direction. We were using iPhone 14s on open paths in Sydney Australia on a clear day with excellent 4G and 5G. Google maps worked just as well for our purposes. Cancelled the trial subscription the moment we finished..Version: 26.0.0

Almost useless without signing inFunctionality is extremely (and artificially) limited if you don’t sign in. Why?? I’m very concerned they’ll just want to sell my data or pelt me with ads and spam. Deleted..Version: 17.2.1

BikemapIf you think you can create a route using your iPad, forget it!.Version: 1.2

Some navigation troubleThe interface to find and create maps is great, and downloading/accessing them on the road works fine. The navigation, however, had some problems. I wasn’t able to start at the exact starting location on the map, and was pleased to see that the app has an option to navigate you to the nearest point of your route. Unfortunately, my loop started and ended on the same one mile stretch, so the app began my navigation at the one-mile-until-finished point. Even when I “reversed route” it still left out the other 30 miles. I rode without using the app until I got to the loop portion of my route. The navigation worked fine until it reversed directions halfway through the ride and started telling me to turn around. The interface and potential are good, and if it were free I’d muddle through the quirks..Version: 13.1.0

PLEASE READ BEFORE DOWNLOADINGFor the most part, Bikemap is a very good app. It can be used while the app is closed, does not use a huge amount of battery and I am currently using it as evidence for my Duke of Edinburg physical section. HOWEVER, there is one major issue about this app that needs to be addressed. I have been doing my bike routes weekly and saving them to the app, as I was planning to upload the evidence to the DofE website at the end of my 6 months. About 3 months into my experience, I reached Bikemap level 2 and was asked to sign in using my email (up until this point, I was using the app signed out with relatively no issue). I tried to access my saved routes to take screenshots in case of any issues with signing in, however this did not seem to be an option. I then signed in with my email and my Bikemap account was created. However, upon signing in, I discovered that all of my previous saved routes had been deleted, meaning that I will likely have to redo 3 months of progress, as I can’t seem to recover these routes. If you need routes as some form of evidence, ALWAYS TAKE SCREENSHOTS AS WELL AS SAVING in case of any similar issues you might face. Bikemap, if there is any way that this issue could be fixed, it would be much appreciated..Version: 21.0.1

Not recommendedThe navigation is so confusing telling you 5 times in a row to go straight on the same road then telling you to turn randomly in random streets. Wouldn’t prompt me to turn where i needed to turn on the path i selected. I would have been faster going in the blind by myself..Version: 11.0.0

Subscription REQUIREDDoesn’t do navigation without premium subscription. Google Maps does this for free so depends on your use case but app seems irrelevant to me especially if you consider other reviews about off-road navigation.Version: 29.3.0

Dangerous road mappingThis is a very dangerous site people put up road mapping is not designed correctly anyway I can just put up aI track there’s many good bike tracks in New Zealand professionally designed for safety none of them are on this map it is just stupid and a waste of money we were.Version: 14.0.1

Not great if you want to go off-road at any timeI tried it just doesn’t seem to work for people in the UK. Doesn’t seem to recognise byways and bridleways. The routing always takes me along busy main roads. Sure I can and waypoints but when you do around 50miles you need so many of them. I’ll stick to OS maps it’s so much better, clearly labelled for which routes you can cycle along.Version: 25.0.0

Routing messed upSomething has recently gone wrong with the app. Three times now it has changed my planned route mid cycle. I don’t know how many times I have had to stop while cycling and restart the planned route because it would keep indicating the wrong path… If I take the time to plan a route in advance it’s not for the app to just decide to take a different route whenever it fancies. It’s so disruptive it makes the app unusable for me, will switch to another app. Shame as it worked fine before….Version: 19.0.1

Very badDo not get this App..Version: 10.3.3

Redundant maps?I don’t understand the map downloads. I downloaded a large region and then zoomed IN to street level. Then it asks “do you want to download this area?”. Sure, ok. (I thought I downloaded it along with the larger area?) But then I zoomed out approx. 10%. It asks again if I want to download then area. So I do. Then I zoom out another 10% and again I’m asked to download the area. Sure enough I ended up with many ~20MB map downloads of basically the same few city blocks. Seems like it allows redundant downloads considering I barely changed the zoom level..Version: 10.14.1

Not bike friendlyAs someone currently travelling full time on my bike I found this app not useful at all. Was very awkward to get offline maps and the route planning is clunky. Then the navigation is slow and doesn’t really work well when in a built up area as your always too far ahead of the instructions..Version: 14.0.1

Maybe this works well for your city, but not mine.I’ve used this for a several different destinations in my city. Each time it directly me in the least logical way. It’s taken me in zig zags, and down brick roads and completely avoided roads with bike lanes. I was really hoping that this app could show me new comfy routes. But I’m better off just finding myself. But hey- give it a try. It’s free. And maybe it will work better in your city?.Version: 13.0.1

Free features slowly dissapearingNow that gpx export is gone from free version, no point in using app any longer..Version: 22.0.2

Good on road, unreliable off-roadI use bike map on road with a subscription. It works well on road but there are a few issues that make it hard to use and potentially dangerous off road. I have discussed these with the support team who acknowledged the problems but haven’t committed to fixing. They told me that the problem was ‘probably caused by use off road’. Indeed - but the app description advertises that it can plan the perfect route for all types of bike - including mountain biking. Problems are: 1. When navigating off road, the route is changed unpredictably from the one that was drawn of previewed on the phone. It tries to route back to roads, resulting in very confused routes. It is dangerous to follow an unplanned route off-road. 2. When using preview to follow a route (out of navigation mode) the zoom frequently resets, meaning that this is not a practical alternative 3. Only the default map can be downloaded. Even with a subscription, the open cycle map cannot be downloaded for offline use. This is a shame because open cycle map shows contours..Version: 26.0.0

Horrendous search functionThe search function is completely useless. You can't type in a start and end point. There are other far superior bike route apps available..Version: 3.8.1

Auto-Pause/restart for 4 starsIf you also had a setting toggle allowing a ride started on the watch to also start a ride on the phone app, and combined with auto-pause then 5 stars..Version: 10.2.3

Volume way too low for audible instructionsApp seemed to work well then discovered that the audio was way to low to be heard on my bike. I have confirmed it’s not my iPhone as Maps is giving amble volume when run in parallel. Decided on the basis of this to cancel subscription before being charged..Version: 16.1.0

Constant struggle with navigationI paid up for premium so I could find and make routes when I rent bikes on vacation. Two huge problems: 1) when trying to plot a route the app is constantly trying to take you on side routes and it takes a LOOONG time to get the route u want and unless you go over it really zoomed in you’ll miss a few detours you weren’t intending, 2) once you’re riding even with a carefully edited route, you keep being told to leave it, even when you’re supposed to be riding on the same road for five miles. The only solution I found was to memorize as much of the route as I could so I could guess when to ignore the navigation instructions. Super stressful!!!! Too bad because the app looks so promising and has such good reviews..Version: 28.2.0

Did not work for meCrashed on Samsung g s20 first ride. Wouldn’t load navigation.Version: 14.0.1

Personal experianceA great idea however personally I ride with my phone in my pocket and listening to the navigation i found it can give directions too late if this was sorted the app would be a perfect tool.Version: 15.1.0

It keeps trying to bring me through the statesI don’t want nor is anyone allowed to bike across the border. There should be a button to avoid boarders or something..Version: 13.0.1

CrashedCrashed when I tried to save route..Version: 3.3

Good, but not THAT goodBikeMap is lacking in a few core features: namely there should be a lifetime distance travelled metric, and then also a ‘This year’ and ‘This Month’. Currently, it only shows week by week. Also, they made it so you have to buy premium to access OpenCycleMap which should NOT be allowed. OpenCycleMap is open source and I can access it by going on openstreetmap. Therefore, it should be available on the free plan. Otherwise it’s just stealing the publics work. That has the equivalent of copying Wikipedia and charging people to view it. Finally we need LOTS OF STATS on recorded rides. There also should be a daily, weekly, monthly, this year & lifetime distance leaderboard to encourage people: and riding challenges that you can invite friends to. And this should be all part of the free plan so people can compete. Allow pro users to create their own cycling groups to invite people to join. Etc, etc. Optional (but fun): a race feature. You will race others in real time on similar terrain, across the internet. Whoever completes their 1km first wins. To stop cheaters you must select the route first to show the slope of the land, and if you go off track you will be disqualified. For now I’ll use Strava. When these new features are implemented this will be fun..Version: 18.2.0

Poor mapping abilityUnable to deal with deviations from navigation route. If i take a turn too early or too late before getting back on the route, the app tries to get me to turn around and take the exact route it had planned. It is unable to adjust to any slight changes..Version: 20.0.0

Dangerous app. Not recommendedFour out of five times I used the app, it took me to the wrong location. If you miss a turn, or sometimes even if you stay on track, the app will try to take you back to the start point even though you are riding the opposite way. Two times it took me to a highway, and two times the app decided to take me back to the start point in the middle of my route, and you have nothing to do against it. All the routes were above 30km. The app has good potential, but it does not look like the developers are using the app themselves or testing it in field..Version: 20.0.0

Have to pay to use navigationThe app was pretty good until they just recently made it so you have to subscribe to get navigation. It might just be me but you would think the basic features of the app would include navigation like it did before. The navigation isn’t that good anyways so I especially wouldn’t pay for it..Version: 21.0.0

!!WARNING!!After saving a recorded route, the app posts to web site without notification or option not to do so. If you start the app in your home driveway, your home street address in will be posted because of GPS usage. The route name will contain your home street address. Extremely poor consideration of privacy. I deleted the 5 routes that were automatically posted..Version: 16.1.0

I’ve been a premium user for 3 years, but it is still a glitchy app.Buyer beware: This app is good but glitchy. It could be so much better. It has an excellent user interface (when it works). But don’t totally rely on the offline maps. They take forever to download and then they can randomly disappear from your library when you most need them out on the road. The inefficient gps connection in the app will often drain your battery. In the route planning bit, sometimes things stop working. Routes may just stop magnet attracting to roads. These glitches are often fixed by quitting out of your work unsaved and refreshing your cache a few times. The latest glitch was the kilometre overlay stopped working, but upon being alerted to it, this was fixed. If you send a help message, they will tell you that they are just about to rollout another upgrade, and thank you for the tip. They will refer you to the community forum. But I couldn’t create an account in this because of another glitch. In it you can read comments by some unsatisfied customers complaining about how good the app could be if the creators put more effort in. It is still a much better app than most of the bigger, data mining and privacy breaching alternatives out there. —- Response to developers reply: I don’t want my money back, I still have love for this app, I just want you to persist and do better for us..Version: 10.12.0

TrashUseless trash just about made me late for school didn’t properly direct me to where I was going, and the location is beyond spotty ..Version: 28.6.1

Can’t be installed on iPadI am using an IPad 9th with IPad os15.2. I tried to install the app but every time when the downloading/installing circle completed, it would be automatically removed, only left the empty icon (with a cloud badge) on my screen. Meanwhile, in the App Store it was showing a ‘cloud’ icon on the install button indicating the app has been purchased but hasn’t been installed..Version: 28.3.0

Terrible appJust useless! I was trying the free version and halfway through my ride stops the direction guide and asks me to buy the premium version for the rest of the way..Version: 12.0.1

Took me down a non cycle route onto a highwayAs above.Version: 29.1.0

A very nice app, but ...I very love this app for planning my rides and I love to have offline maps, but the app crashed several time (and I lost all my training data). When you do a 50kms and you lost all your training data, it’s VERY frustrating...It would be very nice if the creator of this app can fix that problem! If the problem can be resolved quickly, I will keep this app and I will continue to pay for premium version..Version: 11.0.0

NOT senior user friendlyI wanted to be able to type in a city and get maps for that location, wouldn't work.Version: 22.0.2

Great idea…doesn’t work well in practiceNavigation algorithm is terrible….made some very strange decisions for me in trying to follow my plotted route; literally took me around in circles and 5 miles out of my way before i ditched the app and went with Google maps instead. Narrated navigation also gave out after 30mins and never reappeared. Some glitches to work out perhaps?.Version: 22.0.0

Terrible app !!!Do not even bother to download this. The GPS does not work and just turns in circles and no matter which way you are supposed to turn it always shows to the right. Dangerous app if you are trying to follow it on a busy street. Also customer service won’t refund subscription even after three days - if you paid through IOS device you can cancel but charged until subscription runs out..Version: 16.1.0

So angeringI really wanted this app to work for me. I commute through London and need a strong navigator. This app constantly directs me to turn onto streets that I’m currently on, sends me through a right turn at the last minute and can’t seem to actually pinpoint where I am. It gives me odd routes with too many turns, and doesn’t seem to know where the MAIN route is. I almost threw my phone when it sent me in absolute circles one night. Literal CIRCLES. I hate it..Version: 14.0.1

Active gps locked behind subscriptionIf you want to use this GPS AS A GPS with turn by turn directions. a feature that comes standard with EVERY GPS. You need to pay a subscription. Otherwise it’s just a static map. I have adhd, I can’t be distracted having to look at a map every so often in order to know where I’m going. Especially not when I’m on the road in la where cars are driving around me at 3 times my speed. Ridiculous that they try to charge you for the basic minimum job that any gps is supposed to do..Version: 28.4.0

All too glitchy to workPaid for the one month subscription so I could use the "offline maps" mode while on vacation in Amsterdam. The offline mode doesn't work, no data is saved or retrievable without data use. Also, EVERY you use another app (like your camera because you're on a scenic bike ride) then return to the app, it freezes and you have to force quit the app and start all over again. Beyond frustrating..Version: 8.0.3

Awful appThis application is not functioning at all. Impossible to log on after you registr an account, tracking feature is not working either. Don't waste your time installing this app..Version: 3.3

Navigation is absolutely terribleI foolishly tried to use this app to navigate me around a route yesterday and it failed completely. It told me about turnings without warning, often after I’d already passed them. Then when I did pass them, it gave no indication that this had happened and no corrective directions (even though the setting that supposedly does this was on). Perhaps worse, it keeps the original directions, so if you miss a left turn and turn back for example, it tells you to turn left again, which is wrong because you’re now coming from the opposite direction. Once I got to a point in my route where the pathway was closed, I had to give up because it can’t adjust your route or tell you how to get back. If the app allows you to export a route to be used with google maps or some other app that has decent navigation I may try to use it again, but if you want to use the navigation don’t waste your time.Version: 10.2.6

Great routing but navigation needs to be faster.I recently started using bike maps to navigate safer bike routes in Las Vegas, and the app does a fine job picking the routes. The only major concern is that the app doesn't give you a heads up when to turn, it only calls the turn as you are right by it. I missed a few of them because of it. If that would be fixed, it could be a great app!.Version: 14.0.1

Good but update ruins itVery good app however the update to the style of map means it is now harder to differentiate between types of bike lanes. Moreover you can’t find out what the smaller bike lanes are called, only the national cycle routes are labelled. Please change back old map style!.Version: 16.0.1

It finishes at level 30A great app but it’s let down by the lack of levels. It didn’t even last a year..Version: 29.3.0

Tricky to make route / having sound onStill haven’t been able to make a route that I can use via bike paths in Brisbane then use to listen to be able to get to where i want to go, looks it hasn’t changed much since last comment about a few years ago, it’s a shame when an app looks promising but in the end your better off to use google maps as it gives you many different directions to head to the same place.Version: 10.1.3

My Ride Disappeared!Today, I had ridden the longest ride I’ve done yet and was quite proud of it. After the ride was finished, like normal, the app told me how fast I had ridden, how far, etc. I glanced at these stats and then got off my bike and went about my day. A couple of hours later, I open the app again to see that this ride disappeared! I keep refreshing the app and my profile, but somehow the ride wasn’t recorded even though I pushed record and saw the stats after. What the heck happened? Disappointed and if this isn’t fixed, I will be using a different bike app from now on..Version: 12.0.1

Had me riding in circlesIm not sure if I took a wrong turn by mistake but the app worked great directing me on my ride to work but in the way home, I just threw in my ear bud and started listening to each turn it said, at one point going through a windy neighborhood i noticed i was passing a st i already turned onto and i open the map to see that i’ve ridden all around the neighborhood when there was a much more direct route cutting right through it (mind you not a busy road that would make sense to avoid). and the route it was suggesting me to go to get back to my way home was basically to turn around and cycle back around the circle i had already ridden instead of just making a turn onto the correct route. very frustrated as this neighborhood has lots of hills and is not the funnest neighborhood to just cruise around. I don’t understand why these apps are so bad with their intended purpose of giving the safest and most efficient route for a bike. only giving two stars because the layout and tracking is nice but the directions are sub-par by far..Version: 28.5.0

Not there yet.Well, I got the premier version paid for that and tried this out. It is just not ready yet in my opinion. The one thing that is needed is being able to connect to Garmin radar units. Like a lot of the other apps do and this doesn’t so I’ll quit using it even though I paid for it until maybe sometime they have it. there’s things I like about it and it’ll work for most people but the way I see it if you look through the reviews and the reaction of the developer is to say they’re sorry to hear that and could they give them information on where it happened and what it happened all that kind of stuff which to me is nothing more than a beta test so it’s just not ready yet. Also, it’s difficult to get it to point the map in the direction you’re going and you have to move there a little computer window out of the way to change it and it’s hard to do while you’re riding. Sometimes it just doesn’t work at all as far as moving on the map the way you wanted to move. They have recently fixed a bunch of bugs which was helpful but I’ll put it away for may be a few more months maybe next spring see how it works..Version: 28.6.1

Cancelling membershipThey make it very difficult to cancel subscription. Apple isn’t any better as it doesn’t give an option to cancel from the subscription area..Version: 17.1.1

Lagged directionsI bike with headphones and when I use this app I have to constantly look at the map to make sure I’m going the right way. It doesn’t audibly start to tell me what to do until the end of the ride when I’m trying to save my route. It would be nice to be told to “keep left” while I’m actually riding so I don’t have to take my phone out of my backpack several times a trip when I don’t know my route by heart.Version: 10.13.2

Battery hogUses so much battery it kills the phone in a 2 hour ride..Version: 15.1.0

HiToo many gimmicks and toys, I just want a record of my rides !.Version: 17.1.1

The voice directions are so quiet you can’t hear it….Version: 28.6.0

Free fee plan?????What happened to free fee plan??? Why you guys not creating option for example $50 life time version. Existing charges are well to high for casual retiree cyclists !!!!!.Version: 21.0.1

Frustrating experience tooI paid for one month subscription so that I could download a particular route on Bikemap which I had found that I wanted to do. Firstly I changed from miles to km in settings but when I would ride it would only show it in miles. Secondly I was about 13km into my ride when the App just flashed at me and switched off. I kept having to stop, go back into the App and find the offline route again and start it again and then as soon as I start riding it would flash at me and go out of the App. I eventually deleted the App and re-installed it but it made no difference. I have other Apps and other cycling Apps (now) which do not do this. I eventually deleted it again and installed ridewithGPS which was a much better choice. No issues. I won’t be using Bikemap again..Version: 10.17.0

Abonnement obligatoireIl n’est pas possible d’utiliser l’application sans un abonnement payant?.Version: 27.0.0

Terrible appIt seems to be impossible to cancel your account on this app before the free trial has ended. On your account settings there isn’t an option to delete your account and when you go to help it says deleting the app won’t cancel your account and subscription- you will be charged anyway. Seems to be a total scam!.Version: 13.0.1

Does not put you on bike paths. Useless without internet.I bought this to pre-plan bike trips in detail with my computer, upload it to the phone and then run it with no wifi or cell service while traveling by bike through Europe. It was a disaster! No matter the settings, half of the time it would route you away from official bike paths. If you decide to stay on the official bike path instead of using the recommended highway route, it will not re-route you. Instead it will stop routing and pick up your original track later (sometimes hours later). Until that happens you have no idea where to go and how much longer your trip is. Using this app completely offline did not only nor help, it often made the routing a lot worse and ruined several days of a very nice bike trip (Austria, Switzerland and Italy). Imagine for an hour you think that you only have 20 kilometers left till you are there, and after an hour of cycling you find out it’s still another 17km. It’s super aggravating! This app might be neat when used while having an active internet connection. Do not use it offline; it’s awful!!.Version: 29.0.0

MOTORWAYSThe app like all other maps keeps directing me onto the motorway, I have a scooter that is only allowed on paths and Definitely can’t go on motorways because I’d get hit by a car, so essentially this app is useless and I may as well use google maps sorry I had to delete it but I appreciate the details showing actual paths.Version: 19.0.1

WhackYou used to be able to use a lot of the great features of this app with the free version, namely being able to use pre-made routes for navigation. A recent update made it so you NEED premium to use that feature and it's total garbage. Cycling is already an expensive sport, why should we have to pay 120 dollars a year just to use navigational services. Imagine if Google maps costed money? Maybe I'm just poor but I think it's ridiculous..Version: 22.0.0

Can’t loginI like the app and have used it to navigate places in the past, but I have an account that I can use on the web page version but the iOS version won’t let me login unless I use Facebook. Every time I put in my account details it says it wants to use Facebook to login and fails to log me is with my email address. Very frustrating..Version: 10.9.1

Decent but buggy.Good for a free app, the trip recording function stopped working the other day for no reason, have tried everything, it just no longer records. As thats the only free feature thats worth anything, and it no longer works, im giving two stars. App is useless to me now, will keep for a few more days in case of a hotfix but i obviously wont be keeping it installed much longer if it no longer continues to work..Version: 22.0.0

Keeps trying to upsellAlmost unusable as it just keeps trying to push the paid service..Version: 27.0.0

DisappointingI’m more than happy to pay for an app (unlike some other reviewers), but if I’m going to purchase an app, it needs to work. Sure there will be glitches from time to time, but I encountered too many in the short time I used Bikemap. In Bratislava, it sent me on the really indirect route that became a muddy path. In Vienna, on the first day, it gave incredibly confusing directions and I struggled to follow the route (perhaps that’s my fault). On the second day in Vienna, it sent me down a dead end street, not once but twice. I’ve cancelled my free 7 day trial and gone back to Google, which is far from perfect, but at least it’s free..Version: 28.0.0

UselessThis app makes me so angry. Tried to use the reverse route and while cycling it kept reversing it back, so incredibly annoying. Also the app has real issues working with understanding my direction. Fix the bugs!.Version: 13.0.0

Cannot export gpxThere appears to be no way to export gpx data so I can import it into my beeline app or a gps unit. So it’s quite useless unless you buy a phone mount, but a lot of bicyclists like to use their garmin/wahoo/beeline devices for navigation. The ‘share’ button is greyed out, that would be a good way to export the route into the beeline or another app, I’m not willing to spend $8 to unlock premium just in case it works, which I don’t know if it will or not..Version: 12.0.1

Won’t loadApp is not loading at the start when it asks me to log into Facebook, an email m, etc. I’ll log in and then get perpetual loading symbol. Not the first time this happened. I used this before and it was fine for calculating ETA. But now that I’ve moved to a new neighborhood and need to calculate a new route and can’t even open the app, it’s a major disappointment and will be ridding of this app completely..Version: 17.0.1

Could be so much moreI'm impressed.....but this could be so much more. The maps, in design, are some of the nicest, clearest and detailed maps I have seen in an online format but this app should also be able to be used for travellers as well....not just bike riders. There should be options to not only expand the maps to a full screen (currently cut off by a display of various bike route plans on the right hand side of the screen), but get rid of the 'blue' dots showing bike routes on the actual maps ( if you don't need them) and have the ability to zoom in further on the maps than they currently allow. Congrats to the developers, better than some major players.....but as I said, still very much a work in progress..Version: 1.1

Deleted the appI get that there is a paid tier for this app and they need to earn money, but a) the free version still needs to be useful, and b) the paid tier needs an affordable plan. C$12/mo? Insane. On the free version, it seems like EVERY time I touch something there's an upgrade popup. Constantly. It makes the app useless..Version: 28.5.0

Updated and ruinedThe latest update removes turn by turn navigation from the free tier - without any way to downgrade, and without a cheap tier for just that feature. This seems unfair and counterproductive if they really care about encouraging cycling. And it leaves all my months of routes stranded. (Ingeniously, exporting routes is now also a paid for only feature!) I have tried the subscription but the added features - especially the mountain biking routes - were deeply unimpressive. It is outrageously expensive just for turn by turn navigation, a month’s fee equalling a lifetime fee from one rival app! I am moving onto the many other bike maps that are available..Version: 22.0.0

Why?You can’t plan a route using bike trail unless you pay for a membership while Google map gives you that for free... OOTB planning is just a dumb drive through using bike unfriendly boulevards, so unless you plan on purchasing a subscription, it’s useless to me..Version: 11.0.0

?????Hello? What is this nonsense. U need to pay premium on the IOS version just to start a navigation route. I am very disappointed that the very reason this app exists has now become a paid feature. You may as well say oh buy the app for $20 and get the navigation feature. I’m downloading something else and uninstalling..Version: 24.0.0

Routes are incorrect...Unfortunately the routes where I live are inaccurate showing bike paths where there are none and missing some that do exist. For me this is the most important feature and if I can’t rely on this then the app is of no use to me....Version: 10.13.1

What is this app’s unique selling point? Not sure I ‘get this app’ — doesn’t seem to offer anything above the main competitors & the free trial is only 7 days so doesn’t give me a chance to properly evaluate it. Alas even with the free trial so much of my phone screen is taken up with “stuff” that the mapping’s not very easy to use. & the features that I would really want this application for (offline maps, bike optimised routing) are only available with the ‘premium subscription. Developers — I think it would really help if you could explain what this app does what the others don’t ! Also this doesn’t integrate with my bike computer unlike the other mapping apps..Version: 22.0.0

App costsNot worth the money (Expensive).Version: 11.0.0

Useless can't even get startedPut in you email address, your username, and password and all I get is a code 400 , with no explanation no other course of action. Did I mention useless ?.Version: 10.0.3

Can’t NavigateLoaded a gpx file and shows fine. When I’m on the phone and I bring this route, the ‘navigate’ button is greyed out even though I am on the route. The web app for creating routes is fantastic, but the app is really worthless if it can’t help me navigate. I’m using the paid version, have contacted support and have yet to receive a reply. Supposedly you receive premium support with paid version, but does not seem like it..Version: 10.1.3

Navigate to the closest point.Hi, I havent had the chance to actually map a route yet. I have selected a few I like which run close to my house in battersea but each time I initiate the navigation and ask to be taken to the nearest point it still directs me to the start of the route? Thanks.Version: 11.0.0

I wanted to like it, but this app needs a lot of development to perform as advertised.I really wanted to like this, and used it for a long bike ride this past weekend in Southern California. I thought the app had great design, and it was an easy signup process. However, there are a few key areas that I’d love the development team to focus on: Turn by turn directions — The Apple Watch app was pretty useless. Instead of telling me when the next left turn was going to be, it told me my current speed and heart rate. While that was ok, every few blocks I had to stop my ride, pull out my phone, and check the app to see which direction to turn. The phone app also shouts at you the turn by turn directions, but when I was traveling at high speeds, I couldn’t hear it at all, rendering that feature pretty useless. Battery Drain — After the first hour of my 2-hour bike route, my iPhone 13 phone battery had drained from 100% to 18% while using Bikemap. Didn’t track any data — Because of the significant battery drain during the first half of my ride, I had to end it on Bikemap and use my memory for how to get back to the start of the route. When I got back to the car, I wanted to check my stats for the first half, and Bikemap didn’t save anything. I expected Strava quality and got something much more elementary. Again, I really wanted to like this, and hopefully your development team can take my experience and make improvements..Version: 28.5.0

TerribleApp unstable, has trouble finding navigation. Chose some route and midway through told me I reached my destination. Had trouble completing the circle as a result (tried another route and that one was a failure too). I’ll look for another one.Version: 15.1.0

Fails to record between now and thenNot sure what the issue is but this is the third time it simply fails to record. Also, it is easy to click Start then End and subsequently not see Save so you end up delete workout. Back to Strava after deleting Bikemap..Version: 16.1.0

Free version is uselessDon’t bother. Constant nagging to upgrade to a very expensive package. The free version offers nothing of value (I can do the same with google maps for free) and the paid package is not worth the price. To the company, I don’t want to hear any justifications. The product simply isn’t worth it..Version: 24.0.0

Really let down by voice navigationThis is handy for the planning tool, but the in ride navigational part just isn’t quite up to scratch. Generally I ride solo. I wear some Bluetooth open ear headphones. I normally only listen to music, or more likely an audiobook on some of the quieter off road parts of my rides. Most of the time they are just worn with no sound. I don’t attach the phone to the bike. It’s generally in my pocket. Voice navigation was really the key feature I was looking for. I tried the free trial in a ride. To start with the voice navigation was barely audible. If you’re not listening to music the first part of the instruction is lost whilst the headphones reconnect via Bluetooth. Reading the support page I was able to adjust the volume. However it was ridiculous that one has to restart the route navigation to adjust the volume. My suggestions to the product team are; - use a tone at the start of instructions to give Bluetooth headphones time to wake up before the instruction. - allow the rider to turn that tone on and off. - improve the ability to adjust volume of instructions - allow a rider to be able to adjust all these whilst in a ride..Version: 27.6.0

It lead me to a dead endI had high hopes for this app, I live in Cornwall, UK. The first time I used this app it started off well… but then it lead me down a dangerously waterlogged path up to a dead end. It’s a good idea but too many problems at this time.Version: 27.5.0

BEWARE: Takes your info unknowingly! My sister did a simple google search of my name and was able to find my whereabouts including my address, how often I bike, where I bike, for how long, etc. all on the first page of google! So inappropriate! I had no knowledge of my routes being saved much less posted to the public! And it was hard to figure out how to get rid of that per trail They don’t even let you delete your account on the app. You have to go on a computer. And best part- On my computer, it won’t even let me login; it claims my email address does not have an account linked to it! So how am I to delete all the information you have on me? I feel so scammed and gross about this and how my personal information was used without my consent. BEWARE! Horrible design of the app and just a scammy feel to it. SO DISAPPOINTED!.Version: 12.0.1

Free version not workingFree version stopped working. When you input the address and click on start, the app asks if you want to do a free trial or continue with the free version. When you click on continue with free version it goes back to the screen for you to click on start, looping over and over. Was excellent before.. but no free version anymore.. 😒.Version: 21.0.1

Not worth itIt doesn’t show you places around your location and ask for premium service.Version: 18.1.0

So bad it’s actually dangerousProbably the worst app for navigation ever created. Tells you to turn onto the road as your at the mouth of it. Tells you to take random left and right turns based on nothing. Suggests to cross a roundabout the wrong way around and then turn back on yourself. Every road entering or leaving a roundabout is counted as an exit - for good measure I guess. It told me to take exit 5 on a roundabout that only had 3 exits. Told me to cut through a block of flats and take a sharp right onto the pavement. And if you don’t believe it I’ve got one of my favourite screenshots ever now thanks to this app. AVOID IT! For your own good..Version: 11.0.0

BuggyA decent app with a nice variety of rides to choose from, but it suffers from frequent crashing and it is slow to refocus the maps when scrolling through the route while zoomed in. Toursprung is apparently working on these problems since they admittedly rushed the new version to market before it was ready..Version: 1.2

Illogical search result sortingWhy would a bicycle app sort by who-knows-what where “results” that are 2000 miles away are presented before those that are 5 blocks away? Is it common for someone on a bicycle to select a 2000 mile destination? Glad I haven’t paid for this yet, as I still have to use other apps to actually find destinations and then round trip to this for routing..Version: 10.9.1

Lost my records. Cant record full routeIt’s so easy to accidentally hit X while navigating, when you mount your phone on the bike and need to do things on the phone. The app then assumes that you finished riding, without another confirmation prompt. There is no option to resume the ride if I accidentally hit X. Also, shouldn't there be a pause button while navigating? I don’t want to count my breaks (0 mph) towards my avg speed. How can I cycling app miss these essential features!.Version: 14.0.1

Expected better from a dedicated appPoor map zooming. Can't hide side bar on the left. Fixed orientation to portrait. Can't find tracks by name ie mike turtur bike path. Text on top of screen is superimposed. Better off using the web page..Version: 1.4

Unusable without subscriptionBasically the screen is obscured by things demanding that you buy the upgrade so as to make it unusable. I really can't see what this offers out of the box over Apple maps. Other apps within app purchases at least have some basic functionality. I am quite aware that making decent apps cost money and I’m perfectly happy to pay for them. However in this case the developer has made it all but impossible for the novice to find out what the application can do by the overuse of nag screens.Version: 19.0.1

App freezes too much!On an iPhone 6s. App freezes when you background it when following a route you made, so I hope you like reopening the app and clicking six times to get back to where you are every time you need to stop to take a message! Not to mention, the app takes too long to reopen probably because of all the resources it needs to free or something..Version: 8.0.2

Handy appVery handy app. I really like the route suggestions for a more bike friendly route. Much better than the routes Google Maps give for cyclists... I only wish that the app used Google or Apple maps instead of OpenMaps and the Bikemap app default. The Google Maps on the web version is great, please update the app to include it. Update: just recently with one of the updates, the routing is messed up… It used to be very accurate with finding the best routes, but that is no longer the case… for example, I will choose a “balanced” route which will tell me it will take 45 minutes. So I will switch it to do the “fastest” route, and it then tells me that same destination will be 56 minutes… it will do this with almost every destination I try to route too… it’s becoming pretty useless, since Apple Maps usually finds a better route now. Not sure what changed, since it used to be great and very accurate. But not so much now. Please fix!.Version: 16.1.0

Everything locked behind paywallCompletely useless unless you want to pay $15 a month. No better than google maps. Night mode, elevation, navigation and basically any other feature you would want is locked behind a paywall. Save your time and don't download it..Version: 28.3.0

Bike mapBeaucoup d’informations et aucune mention du coût Dannytourtiere.Version: 26.0.0

It’s a fantastic idea, and i love what it has so far, but...You should be able to choose from routes that work better with the specified settings you chose and with the bike type you chose and have it like curated to you instead of like one standard/default/exclusive one. also, the fall detection is extremely faulty in the sense that it barely works and sometimes the alert doesn’t sound and it should be able to bypass the iphone’s ringer being off and/or the volume being low/down all the way, and it also needs to show an alert on the screen too so there’s an option to turn it off after the fact because all it says now is just “alerted” and doesn’t change after that, nor it there a way to have it reset besides restarting your whole route, especially if you’re in a bad neighborhood, and/or it’s dark, and/or you barely have any type of connection/signal whether it be wi-fi, or service, or what....Version: 12.0.1

Failed navigationThe app did an excellent job providing route options while I was cycling in a new area. However, it failed miserably while I used the navigation option on a route. I was forced to take a slight deviation due to a closed road and the app directed me down what ended up being a very dangerous road (steep with older, loose pavement). I am not willing to trust it anymore..Version: 24.0.0

GpsGood app until i find one that reroutes so i dont have to go into someones neighborhood to make the gps continue to the same path if i didnt make a silly 100ft turn just to turn back around.Version: 10.17.0

UselessThis app is garbage. You can’t do anything without signing up and create a profile. When you do this you can’t even create custom maps. It won’t work like I want it too. And you get a notification all the time to sign up for their premium plan which isn’t cheap either. No thank you. Deleted..Version: 18.2.0

Doesn’t seem clear which paths are safe - UKHi, this app has a lot of potential but seems to be operating on a base map that is designed around cars. There are many different colours used for different types of roads, however for cycle routes there are only different shades of green, and these are hard to distinguish between one another. As well as this, I’m not sure what the different shades of green tell me - one path in medium green near me is a dangerous medium-high speed road, but the map would indicate it at least had some cycle infrastructure on it (it has none yet). I think this mapping needs to differentiate on-road, segregated-on-road, beside-road and off-road better before I would consider using it for planning..Version: 27.0.0

Needs actual support center.2nd update: After a fresh start and using a new user name I have the same problem. While I’m paying for the premium edition, I can’t use it. Support has been lacking. Save your money. I really wanna like it more just needs some work. Here’s what would improve it for me. •A map legend on the cycle map so you know what the different colors mean. •better syncing between app and browser use. The app gives a 7 day free trial. Browser only 3. When I logged in on the browser it wiped the route collection I had from first use of app. UPDATE: when I canceled my subscription since app usage was wiped out by my browser login, it said I could still access Premium features-Not!! Now I’m supposed to contact support but only way to do that is if I have Premium. But when I go to re-enable it it says it’s already in use by the same login. Pretty messed up. Lowering my rating to 1 star..Version: 11.0.0

Latest update is no goodI have the premium but I can’t login anymore, it is just a circle wheel of death for hours. I don’t want to uninstall and reinstall for fear of losing all my routes and data. Not sure if this is happening with all accounts or just the paid ones. I usually really appreciate this app but the latest update is Stink City..Version: 17.1.1

Offline maps are uselessI have really enjoyed the route planning feature in this app. But after planning 24 routes to take me from Italy to London I am finally giving up since offline navigation is absolutely terrible. You download a map so it should work on the iPad using GPS but it simply doesn’t. It would work for the first few KMs and then stop but there is no feedback as to why and what you should do. I tried everything (restarting, deleting the app and reloading it, trying to start it with internet access toggling from my hotspot on the phone) but nothing works. The Bikemap team is very responsive when you ask for help but they simply can’t help. So After three days of getting really frustrated - and sometimes a bit lost - I’m giving up. Time to go back to google maps or I’ll try another biking map. A very disappointed user who will not be renewing her subscription..Version: 17.2.1

This app gives up too easilyIf the starting and ending points of your planned route are close to each other, it won’t navigate: as soon as you start navigating, it says “you’ve arrived,” and stops navigation. If you deviate from your planned route (e.g. because of a detour) and then rejoin, at the next waypoint it says “you’ve arrived,” and stops navigation. If you turn off your screen to save battery, when you turn it back on it sometimes won’t update the display to your current position. One thing that would be helpful is if the Lock Screen could display a minimap of the current location. I came to a point where it told me to take a right turn, but there were two trails leading off to the right. I had to stop, take off my sunglasses, unlock the phone, find my current position on the map, and see which trail I was supposed to take. A minimap showing the current intersection and which route to take would be really helpful in that situation. Update: went on another ride. The app randomly loses all sense of location and direction, so it places me somewhere I am not, and tells me to “continue onto” the trail I am already on. The only way to deal with that is to stop navigation and restart. I have 6 saved “routes” for a 19 mile ride. This was easily the worst $50 I’ve spent on the App Store..Version: 28.6.1

No turn by turn navigationNo turn by turn navigation so how do you navigate? The map only shows the general location of the route. I haven’t figured out how this will help discover and cycle new routes..Version: 10.4.4

Great for short trips, buggy on longer ridesI have used Bikemap for a while to navigate around London and have found it brilliant for that. I upgraded to Premium so that I could plan longer trips out in the countryside where I live. I have found it to be buggy and lacking in key functionality compared to other apps I have tried particularly when using routes uploaded from GPX. Examples of issues: - no way of knowing the direction of a route in the web app as there are no arrows. If you upload the route the wrong way round the navigation doesn’t work and you might not know this until you start your ride. - trips randomly resetting to a much longer ETA (both distance and time) - app has crashed losing all routes both off and online until phone has reconnected to the internet. Not great when in the middle of nowhere. I thought having offline routes would allow a route to be accessed even if no internet connection but this is not the case. - distance is shown in miles despite setting to km - speed is mile/hour but units shown as km/h. I have checked this against my Garmin. As things stand I cannot rely on Bikemap for longer trips until it is more stable..Version: 11.0.0

Another app demanding your life details. Binned. All I want to be able to do is sketch out a ride on a map to see how far it would be. This app looks like it should, except that I can hardly press any button without getting a sign up screen in my face. Sorry, deleted..Version: 23.1.1

Ridiculous routingI dont feel this is much use in the UK - I tried out routes I know well and apart from starting 150 yards from my hone address it sends you around ridiculous routes - one of the routes that is ignored is shown as North Eastern Railway - which closed in 1964 and is a well known cycle route. quite frankly if you have to pay use Ordnance Survey app as they are the original masters or even Google maps which also does a superior job DELETED.Version: 28.4.0

Stops recording me-bike rideAnnoyingly without warning the app stops recording so I cannot keep track of my distance and speed..Version: 28.6.0

Not that useableThe main screen is clogged with so many pop ups- messaging, bike recording etc etc I could barely see the map and every attempt to zoom in on the route resulted in accidentally opening one of the pop ups. Deleted after 10 mins..Version: 15.1.0

A near missThere are so many bike apps out there but this seemed the best so I gave it a go. Immediately it proved so mind numbingly frustrating I ended the subscription before the free trial expired. A few points of irritation: 1. Why when you search for a route does it not allow you to search for them by the route name?!? If someone has gone to the trouble of designing a route and giving it a simple title, why do you then have to pour over every route in your local area until you eventually find it. Dumb. 2. Why when you press the ‘edit route’ button does it not allow you to edit the route? I mean seriously, like not at all. You can relabel the route but can you edit it? No! 3. When you find a route you like on the website… good luck opening it in the app, I mean you can download the gps coordinates and then load that in the app and save it as if it is your own route or go through the same laborious searching process described in point 1, but I mean… Jesus..Version: 20.0.0

Poor User RoutesTried this on a cycling trip to Mallorca - user routes are full of trash routes some of which are literally just ferry crossings. Also just shambolic routes that lead you up dirt tracks when it says it’s a road bike route. Basically the original user getting lost and leaving that error in their published route. App doesn’t give you proper alerts when you make a wrong turn, annoying if you don’t have a bike mount. Doesn’t show max gradient - literally would have needed a ski lift to cross one mountain! Ended up using Apple Maps to get me home. Could have got me in a lot of trouble as was running out of sunlight. Feels like abandonware..Version: 27.5.0

Poor navigatingIt’s great for mapping out the route and finding out roughly how long it will take but worlds best is a bit of an understatement. Make sure you give yourself enough time to compensate for all the misdirecting.Version: 10.17.0

Navigation seems to get confused all the timeCreated a route that started by my house and went to a park and back. As soon as I started and hit the first (and last) waypoint, it said I had completed my ride. Had to stop and start various times to get it going again, then at some point it was trying to take me back along the return path before I was even 1/3 of the way to the park. Had to stop the route and just do on the fly navigation. Also the warnings for turning are sometimes way too slow and I have to stop and retrace my steps..Version: 10.10.0

New to cyclingI just started cycling LITERALLY a week ago. This app is cool for me. My only complaint is that it’s sssooo hard to map a bike route using my phone (iPhone 11). The app tells you to tap an icon, but nothing happens, but I do like that you can track and save a route that you’ve ridden already. I paid for the Premium..Version: 13.0.1

Don’t botherUseless unless you sign up to pay monthly! Just don’t waste your time..Version: 22.0.2

Not workingThe keyboard for the app is not working. I updated my phone to see if was a fault from my phone but after I updated my phone the keyboard for this app still did not work and it was unresponsive. I have no other problem using the keyboards and the screen on my phone for other apps. So I couldn't type at all in order for me to use the app! Would like this to be fixed pleased as I am very keen to try this app..Version: 16.1.0

Zero StarsThis app is crap. I’ve used it twice with my kids in hopes of a good safe trail. The first time it took us to some random place on the side of a street. Literally zero paths anywhere. The second time the parking for the trailhead was on a private county club where we couldn’t access and street parking was NOT an option. So we parked way further down and it literally took us to a dead end instead of a park like we had thought. Had we detoured to the road, which was literally the only other option besides turning around (which is what we did) it would have been along a dangerous road. Ruined our bike ride. Will never use this app again..Version: 18.2.0

Not up to date with route closuresThey are not up to date with route closures the route they put me on had a trail closure by the government and there was no warning on the app. I was not able to reliably trust the app to find me a safe route. Super frustrated.Version: 10.17.0

Awful - it's a trap!!This app is terrible, and if you forget to delete it you'll be faced with a new $60 recurring charge and they are quite rude if you ask to cancel and get a refund. They want to keep you ensnared. They hide behind apple and say they can't refund. THE APP: the UX is very bad. There is no map search, only by city. The rides are dearthy and random, lacking the main rides in my city, for instance. The UX of riding along with the ride is really bad: you cannot join along the way, if it thinks you did not start at the precise beginning, it will refuse to align you and keep barking at you to go back to the beginning. You can't reverse direction if you want to start at the other end. You can't even zoom out and try to follow your blue dot on the app. It looks like its VERY MUCH still in beta. The developers are cranky and unhelpful... this app is WAY overpriced. And its not easy to add rides. There is no developer oversight of the routes, ratings or anything. Honestly, very frustrated. The will not refund you if you are unhappy with it, even if you only used it for a few days..Version: 29.0.0

3D route preview not available/working in premiumI have no idea what it’s supposed to do, but it doesn’t work,.Version: 10.16.1

App crashed and I lost my dataI rode the bike with an intention to capture my progress. However after almost 18 miles the app crashed and I lost all my data. I was trying a new route, faster speed etc and lost all of it! I think it is better to use the default activity app available in Apple Watch. I had no complaints and not sure why I spent money to buy this app.Version: 13.0.1

Absolute shocker1. Had just downloaded app 2. Presented page to ‘go Premium’ for $60 3. Closed page. 4. 4 seconds went by in the app. It then presented the page to ‘go Premium’ for $60. 5. Closed and deleted app. What a dumb app. Have some respect, and I might consider using you..Version: 26.0.0

Voice feedback volumeThe voice feedback volume was extremely low to the point of being unusable. Interestingly, when I finished the trip on my Garmin watch, the volume increased to normal. Can’t find anything on google to solve this, so the app is basically unusable to me. It’s a shame because it seems to have the potential to be great..Version: 13.0.1

Beware lack of updated info about accessWe tried this app and it took us first to a tunnel that was blocked off, then to a disused service road that was mostly rocks and sand - impossible for us to ride. It might have been okay for experienced trail bike riders on bikes with wide tyres. Not sure we would trust this app again..Version: 24.0.0

Didn’t workTried to navigate from my location to a nearby school. It plotted my location but suggested a route starting from well over a kilometre away and going to the central business district (not via the school).Version: 10.5.1

Thank youHowever, as people have stated before, sometimes it will not record a portion of my ride. It has deleted/not recorded a couple of my rides when I was not in range I guess for Internet maybe that is on me. And can there be an option to put the start recording ride button as it was before as a circle on the bottom left? It’s a bit easier for me to find. Thank you..Version: 21.0.0

Apple Watch App DisappointingMain app on the iPhone is great; however, the Apple Watch app completely shutdowns the Apple Watch or simply closes when attempting to save the current route or simply pausing the ride..Version: 18.0.1

Paywall in front of everythingYou can’t do anything in this app without paying. Even navigation is now a premium feature. This was exactly why I started using Bikemap as Google Maps doesn’t have cycling directions for my city, but now I’m locked even here and I’m definitely not paying. There are a lot of bugs as well, for example turning your phone horizontally while cycling breaks the app. They don’t listen to user feedback either..Version: 21.0.1

TerribleI had an appointment and the app would say that I had arrived half into the ride. I missed my appointment because of this app!.Version: 17.2.1

Maps don’t loadMaps don’t load..Version: 10.13.2

Frustrating experienceI use the internet based of BikeMap to pick routes when I cycle abroad and it’s very good. I was expecting similar things from the app but they seems very disconnected. For instance the app’s point-to-point route builder is great...but you can’t save the routes you make like that, so can’t make them available offline ( a feature designed to save battery life and data usage 👍). Whereas on the website you can’t build a route as easily, but you CAN save from there and access them via the app. That means you can make those routes available offline via the app...except it took me 3-5 attempts on each route to get it complete without errors. And then when I came to use an offline route, it didn’t work right...it just routed me back to the start point!! 🤯 So a great idea but too unreliable, basic features not in place, key functionality doesn’t work, and too disconnected from the website..Version: 10.12.0
