✓ Play button on the pictures does not do anythingWhat is the play button in the pictures for? I have been trying on various pictures but nothing seems to happen.SRSocialVersion: 1.1.3

✓ Not as picture/title advertisedMy son is a big dino fan at 5 years. A dino walking on the world? Yes please. Dino globetrotting? Oh YEAH! Sadly, although called "dino walk" there are no animated walking dinosaurs in this app. Husband liked it, I wanted to turn pics off and just watch the land masses move over time, but son very disappointed..ElfsingerVersion: 1.0

✓ DisappointedThis could have been such a fantastic app, and I am really quite disappointed that it didn't live up to it's potential. The premise is very cool, and he graphics are amazing. In fact, the graphics are the only reason I gave 2 stars. I could have dealt with there being fewer animals than anticipated, or the frustration of not being able to click on some of the animals. But I can't get past the fact that the descriptions are sadly lacking and even sometimes embarrassing to read (i.e. instead of giving actual measurements it says, "47ft (example) long and some pounds." Some pounds? I didn't know 'some' was an official measurement).The first time I read such a description I winced but figured it was a one time oversight. Unfortunately that was quickly proven untrue, and also not the only mistake made several times throughout the descriptions I read. I started at the beginning of time, and made it through only 3 'periods' before I had to delete the app. And I made it through those time periods and animals in only 10 minutes, which shows the amount of detail offered in the app. All in all, a disappointing end to an exciting download that I thought would fulfill my desire for a fun, informative app that will hold the interest of my kids. ✓ Disappointingly muddled …Oh dear … Dreck … A sorry mixture of living stuff interspersed with fossil species — with no attempt to explain why such confusing juxtapositions are being made. Other than naming orders of dinosaurs, there’s no attempt to explain their evolutionary relationships. (Is this covert design hogwash?) A waste of money & time. ✓ Has potential but not there yetI like the continental drift aspect, but I'm not sure what they are going for with placing species. During some periods, some species of that period are mixed in with contemporary species or species are displayed that are already extinct (e.g.: there were not even close ancestors of the thresher shark during the Silurian period); during the first epoch of the age of mammals (the Paleocene) there are still dinosaurs like the hypselosaurus (who should have been by that time wiped out by Mr. Asteroid) running around with contemporary not-yet-evolved reptile species (and yes there are a few but not enough accurate species of the time). I think there may have been a little of a rush releasing this app as on the pay-for category. I find myself spending time figuring out whether species are aligned with that period or of our time (though a photo rather than an illustration is a good hint that the species didn't exist in its present form 400 million years ago). I'm guessing the authors put these inaccuracies in there as place holders to keep things interesting while they more thoroughly gather research. A big update is in order! I will not seek a refund hoping they will quickly bring this good concept into a more accurate and full potential. I would consider this app in early beta..CirruskingVersion: 1.1.0

✓ Graphics too small for iPhoneThis would be a great app for an iPad but on an iPhone things are too small. I agree it would be nice to turn off the pop up pictures. It also takes up quite a bit of space, 0.3 gigs..Bro. Bill FVersion: 1.0

✓ Good start need tweaksThis review is only for the Apple TV version of the app. The space mystic music is too loud and competes with the voice over when you click play on a certain item. You turn up the volume to hear the voice tell you about the item but the music raises with it (obviously) and drowns out the voice..TeewuaneVersion: 1.1.1
