✓ Was it worth it?The video call is great. But I would of liked a different automated speech for the normal phone call. Seems obvious it’s fake if you do it one after the other. The text messaging didn’t work for me at all. The child’s profile asks for a lot of information but only uses the name. Over all I’d say it’s worth £1.99 at most. Maybe if they sorted the rest out and advanced it a little more it would be worth the full £5. Stick to the free version..MadHead_93Version: 7.2

✓ Pack01Paid £4.99 for nothing. Exactly the same message as last year. You can set up a timer to receive a call but it’s exactly the same video as calling him. There is options to say why Santa is calling but they don’t work. Exactly the same as free version without timer option. It looks like they have done nothing to update app. So much for new Christmas Eve message video. My son hasn’t stopped asking why Santa has said the same thing as last year. Imagine having more then one child and explaining why each child got the same video except for name and a few choice answers. Very poor App..FOB4444Version: 9.0.9

✓ FunApp is fun and Santa looks authentic however the voice when saying g child’s name is different and could do with being the same as the Santa in screen. Kids notice this error!! ✓ ExcellentEdit: I have to downgrade my original score. Turns out, there’s a bug in the application. I’ve selected different scenes/calls. However it keeps playing the same one. I’m super disappointed. ——— The look on my kids faces at the end of the call said all I needed to know to give this a rating. Hopefully functionality is extended. I couldn’t really play multiple calls because the repetitiveness was going to ultimately give away the fact the app is fake. But if you limit it to one or two calls per child, it’s excellent. I purchased the upgrade, but there are additional packs to buy to extend functionality. So given that the upgrade was rather expensive compared to most apps, I should have been able to do more than just have Santa say their name. But overall, it’s a great app. It falls just short of five stars only because of the upgrade cost vs what’s actually available after the upgrade. I used that constantly and the kids always ask to be scanned and now it’s gone. My daughter was absolutely distraught because I couldn’t scan her today. ✓ DisappointedLooked good on initial download. Paid for full version but a bit disappointed. Very few options in set up to customise the video call. Favourite vegetable? Really? When did any child ever tell Santa that they really like broccoli? The voice over for the customisation is a different voice to the rest of the video.
