Logic Remote is a companion app for Logic Pro and GarageBand on the Mac. It provides an innovative way to extend the creative power of Logic or GarageBand by using your iPad or iPhone. Designed to take full advantage of Multi-Touch, Logic Remote offers new ways to record, mix, and even perform instruments from anywhere in the room, turning your iPad or iPhone* into a mixer, transport control, and a flexible Touch Instrument.

Mix Your Logic Sessions
• Use Multi-Touch gestures to adjust Mixer volume, pan, solo, and mute controls
• Swipe to scroll or jump in banks to navigate through Mixer faders
• Use the level meter strip to monitor levels and identify clipping
• Enable and change automation modes for each fader
• Use Multi-Touch gestures to shape the tone of your tracks with Visual EQ
• Plug-in view provides access to Logic or Audio Unit plug-in parameters

I have been working on the program with this app ever since and, when I don’t, I see the difference! ✗ Still unusableAnother update and it becomes clear that the developers of Logic Remote aren't listening to the frustrations of the music community. Professional Mac users differ from people who want the latest iPhone apps, our software has to mirror our hardware in terms of being solid and reliable in their compatibility. The last update forced purchasers to update their operating system as well as their version of Logic Pro X to make this application usable. ✗ Great PotentialI want to love (and use) this app way more. The concept is brilliant. For recording in Logic it is fantastic to assign common shortcuts to buttons, really saves time for editing in Logic. However, PLEASE make the iPhone app compatible with MainStage! It works great with iPad, but isn’t cross-compatible with iPhone...why? I want to be able to assign patches to buttons so I can just click a button and be playing a new instrument.
