✓ Worthless!I really wanted this app, because I own and love Keri Smith’s books as well as the Wreck This app. Despite the bad reviews, I purchased - and it is even worse than expected. A NO-star app. Not only does it crash when I try to take or upload a photo, it is buggy beyond comprehension. After crashing, I go into the app and cannot get anything to work (home icon, etc.), it just links me to Penguin’s website. Bad, bad developer. And no way to contact them. The red string in the promotional video could have done a better job developing the app. DON’T WASTE YOUR $$..CoftnVersion: 1.3

✓ Love the book version, but......this doesn't work. While the suggestions to 'alter' your scavenge find are great, there are no built in drawing tools or anything else within the app to help you do that on photographs of your finds - as there are in the 'Wreck this App' app, for example. As a result, it's not much more than a place to save photographs of items you have altered IRL. In addition, the app won't successfully sign in to twitter to let me see others' scavenges as I'm supposed to be able to - it freezes my phone every time I try. So, IMHO, this is a bit of a waste of money in this form, but perhaps after a decent update with the addition of drawing tools, a later iteration of this app might be quite good..MsHGHVersion: 1.2
