I love to do local flights in ultralights and longer cross-country tours in light sport aircraft, but don't fly exact routes due to weather and other factors. This app gives 'real time' tracking, much like Spider Tracks does. Being up in the sky means I have good cell coverage, except when I am flying in valleys (where the mountains block the signal). The app stops tracking when the aircraft is parked, but restarts tracking my position as soon as I start moving. It's really easy for my wife to login on the computer and see where I am. As a pilot, FollowMee is dead simple to use - it has a user-friendly interface and a Panic button. Thanks for a great app..Version: 4.2

I cycle cross country for quite a part of my journey (no one around) and it tracks my entire route which can be watched remotely. If I was to fall off and get hurt this app will let my wife know my current position and if Iโve stopped. It even mails her to let her know Iโve arrived or left work! Brilliant app for the iPhone. The basic version gives us the location of our whole family. There are a lot of additional paid options available. The one we wish was free is the real time tracking where you can see the phone moving. That would be nicer than having to repeatedly refresh the locations. Paid version gives you full history of daily movements and also ability to control the app remotely. The app does not use much resources and I did not have difficulty stretching monitoring for 3 days. Disadvantages are: position gets updated every 30 mins ( if no movement was detected) and absence of SMS notifications (email only). Quite happy overall..Version: 5.3

โ A great solution with many featuresWe use FollowMee with an MDM solution to set up geofencing for 100+ iPads at a nonprofit educational institution. It works well for this purpose. I do think the GUI needs to be modernised, but what the interface lacks it makes up for in flexibility and functionality. Our biggest challenge we are facing is more to do with pricing - the paid options are quite expensive, and the limitations of the product when using WiFi only iPads, but that is hardly a reflection on the app. I think apps of this nature are often limited by the walled garden that is the iOS ecosystem.
