✓ Don’t waist your moneyVery good layout and super easy to use when it works. So many bugs though. I paid $9.99 and it keeps asking me to pay again. It still doesn’t allow me to make more than 5 invoices and that’s on a lucky day when you are able to save them. When unlucky it will get freeze until you reset the app. But then you lost your work. I also have also wanted to contact support but it cost $57 to have access to it. Looking at the other reviews I noticed that the same problems have been coming back for years and were never fixed. Why am I having the same exact problems that some people were having 4 years ago? Instead of replying, why not spending time fixing the issues? That app should have been taken of the App Store a long time ago as it reflect poorly on the platform..Version: 4.57
✓ Bad AppThis has been a very bad experience with Apple not supplying the software on 3 attempts only supplying the free version. Apple support have been rude and abusive telling me that is it down to NCH to deal with NCH say deal with Apple. I have now asked for a refund and Apple have refused! Buy with caution!!.Version: 4.38
✓ Lots of bugs which render it useless.The program is simple to set up and use, perfect for the small businessperson who needs basic accounting of orders, invoices and sales reports. The implementation, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of bugs make the app crash for even the smallest changes in some of the record fields. Even wanting to send a crash report to the company is a chore as it crashed during the emailing procedure. At this point, the app needs a lot of work before it can consistently do what it's supposed to do. I have zero confidence in having my business records in this app..Version: 4.38

✓ Software 3/5, company support 1/5.The app it self is quite good to use, but it lacks in many areas, there are a lot of bug crashes, and when reporting the issue you have to go through so many hurdles to prove it. The app lacks the physical support and the company expects you to pay for it. The user instructions are basic and don't give any options or help upon areas. For example it asks you for a logo, but doesn't allow you to give the size, you want to add a custom part and it crashes. It syncs up with drop box but when syncing it crashes, you report it and it wants so much details and yet why are you as the user doing their job.... Should be one simple click or one simple explanation to the company... When writing invoices... The sub sections are great but you have to go through absolutely everything to get it what you want. The sub sections and drop downs should give a partial view rather than having to click on so ,many different things to preview what your amending. If I could a refund I would. As I'm sure there is better invoicing software. ****** My advice look around, get the free version and play around. Make a template and then ask can this be used in the field....?.Version: 4.50
✓ Started off good but not anymore!I run my own home based business (massage therapy). After trying out a number of invoice apps I decided on Express Invoice. I started using it in March 2014 and was very happy with it, until this week! After months of running smoothly it just froze up! It will no longer allow me to do anything in it! I can't enter in new clients or invoices, I can't back up the data, nothing! I tried to contact technical support and got an email saying they will respond at some time but only clients with paid technical support get priority! So I'm stuck! No help to fix the problem and no way to continue to use the app! I'm going to have to delete it and start over. I fear that I will have no way to accurately updating my past invoices in a new invoice program since I was unable to back up the information from this app! Truly frustrated!.Version: 4.10
✓ Quotation Sync to cloud issueI am using this software on my laptops more then 5years Love it, but app need a lot of fixes. I request to developer please work in this so that we can access on cell phone as well. Old Quotations cannot sync from cloud as invoices work. And it is hard to search invoices and quotations. ✓ It was great ...This was a great app for tracking inventory and emailing invoices/bills to clients. Simple, not a lot of flair, easy to use. Since iOS 8 though, it freezes at the first attempt to do anything. Because the mobil version and the windows version don't encode their data the same, I can't even use the windows version to access my backed up data. NCH has taken my whole business hostage. Their FaceBook page reported that they were working on an update 2 weeks ago and we still have nothing. I am hopeful I can write a new review soon but may have to switch programs entirely as this is costing me money every day I wait..Version: 4.10
