✓ Screen Orientation is awful. BugsSo, this app has some portions of it that only work in portrait screen orientation. If you are using the app on an iPad in a case with a stand be prepared to be constantly turning the iPad. I reached out to support about this asking they fix it as it makes using the app pretty difficult and they responded that they have no plans to fix this issue. There’s definitely some carry over of bugs from ABC Mouse- content never loading until you force quit and restart, blank screens, sometimes when I put in my parent password to access settings the screen never progresses from the password entry screen. A force quit shows my password was accepted. It’s *working* but I’m also making it work..Caitlin623Version: 1.8.0

✓ App has no soundThis may be a result of the current update. I just started my trial and have spent two hours troubleshooting. IPad Pro is updated, app is updated, system has been rebooted. ✓ A really big disappointmentI got this app because my child loves abc mouse. But honestly it has been nothing but a waste of money. From the time the free trial ended it has been nothing but glitches. Mainly in the My Reading Academy portion. It has consisted glitches it doesn’t load the books and one day I had to refresh the screen 40 times just to get the books to appear and two seconds later it glitched again no books. If they can get the My Reading Academy to work properly it would be a great app. But honestly as of right now I wouldn’t pay for it the amount of time it takes to keep refreshing the app to get it to work properly is taking away from the time my kid could be learning..Kennisha242652Version: 1.10.0
