Me an Bobby were learning our way through the tutorials they gave us. Inspired to show our metal we jumped into it showing how capable we were to others…. We were wrong….I bought my first ammo pack as instructed. Suddenly, violently we got hit out of nowhere! The ADS were made their first strike. Yelling to Bobby I needed to move the ammo to the gunner. A second ADs blast quickly followed. Panic set in, it was now or never. Once in control again I clicked the screen 5 times in desperation to move the ammo belt faster…. But it wasn’t enough. As soon as I gained speed we took a direct hit from the ADs. As the dust settled I looked around and saw that poor Bobby was no longer there….. they had taken him out…. Trying not to to give in to the oppressive ADs relentless bombardment. I loaded for the waves to come. I managed to kill an enemy but was swiftly hit with an AD. Suddenly 5 Enemies charged… Oh it was glorious to hear the sound of the gun firing round after round, the smell of burnt shell casings flinging into the air. But to no avail…. I was laid waste by x3 full minute long ADs. Do not be a casualty of the ADs like myself and poor old Bobby… May your future mobile gaming experience be AD free as they were always meant to be..Version: 0.12

So the only actual way to complete the level was by grinding ad after ad for perks and extra ammo crates which made it no fun to play. I’ve read in the reviews that much of what is missing is hidden behind VIP which is ridiculously expensive and at level 8 it appears there’s only 2 levels left so what’s the point in VIP now? 1 star for getting to a point in the game where I realised the only way to get the satisfaction of finishing is through paying. ✓ Total Add ScamSo the the first few levels are fun and can be achieved by watching a few adds and easy progression. But basically you will not progress unless you watch a million adds. Once you get to about the 6th level it is impossible to pass the next as the ammo progression is so slow, and you have to reply the prior mission over and over and over to level up. I decided to buy some add tickets, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. So to get a ammo cartridge your adds intervals are only 45 sec, however if you use the tickets you have to wait 1:15 sec between intervals. So they force you to buy a tickets so you dont have to watch adds, but you get penalised afterwards. TOTAL BS. There is also no way to upgrade the feeder belt, the only upgrades is to weapons. So you have bulletsa stacking up but cannot get the belt to go faster to help clear them. I’m over it!.Version: 0.13.1

But the real issue with this game is the scaling: enemy health scales and numbers of enemies scale, and while your damage scales a bit, your ammo generation/loading does not. You need more ammo, but that requires money, and money requires you un-aliving zombies, and that requires ammo. But ammo production doesn’t scale after the first time and there’s no upgrades. And even if they did, unloading the stockpile doesn’t scale at all, so even if your weapons fire faster, they can’t load faster..Version: 0.13.1

✓ Great game concept, ruined by monitizationThis is a very fun experience between the forced ads. The problem is that forced ads occur so frequently that it is near impossible to get immersed. The only good use of ads in this game is the ability to buy higher tier ammo at the cost of a 45 sec ad. Which is a pretty good deal, but when you are watching so many forced ads already with no actual benefit, it is really hard to even want to engage in the reasonable use of ads. Also this game made me long for old school flash games, if they pulled this crap on us back then we would not tolerate it, but we have gotten so used to it that it’s just an expected part of phone gaming. ✓ Just a really bad exampleWe all know that these “games” are really just ad delivery devices. The best games keep the ads in check, usually giving you a benefit for watching. This game does that, but it also forces so many adds on you that at best it’s 50% play, 50% ads. This is literally how it goes, I’ve seen this several times. You voluntarily watch an add to get a free piece, then as soon as that ad is over the “game” makes you watch an ad. You don’t get any break from the ads at all and very little play to be had.
